A relaxing getaway.

The look of the hotel and the pool area

Well we paid a lot to stay there and still had to pay for breakfast, a can of soda in the lobby was 3 Dollars, and had to pay for parking in garage.

Lovely building, staff shortages lead to bad costumer service.

The location was great. Everything was nice and new.

A lot of staffing issues - at times no one was at front desk? My husband tried to get a burger and gave up after 45 minutes. We found SOMEONE ELSES UNDERWEAR IN OUR BATHROOM. Was it even cleaned? I will be writing the manager. There is no manager on duty for questions. The front desk guy did not know what to do with complaint. I asked for a voucher.

What a great experience!!!

The location was perfect for this trip. We traveled in from out of town to see stand up comedy at Vorshays. It was literally a 1 minute walk from the Hilton.

The free parking situation was very limited, besides that I liked it all, we went down at 4 am to get some items from the shop in lobby, the self check out wasnt working and the friendly staff took care of us immediately. It was all together a fun and enjoyable experience.

Will not probably stay again

I loved how clean it was. I really liked a few of your workers

I had to ask for towels and take out my own trash, the parking garage was creepy, I was told there was security, I did not see one security person the whole time I was there. The guy i checked in with was not friendly at all, explained nothing to me, acted like I was putting him out. I know this is not something you can do anything about, but it is a sketchy neighborhood, I had, what I assume, is homeless people right outside my window.

Great hotel!

We liked the mobile check in/out. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed for our overnight. It was close to the venue we went to and lots of restaurants.

Lovely stay in downtown Wichita.

We were there right after Christmas so it was quiet but beautiful downtown.

Starbucks could have opened earlier (it's in the hotel).

Stayed for hockey game

Like how close it is to intrust bank arena. Like how clean the room was. The beds were comfortable. The room stayed warm in sub zero weather. Liked the ease of access of the parking garage. Has a bar in hotel lobby.

The toilet lid was missing the two front spacer pads on the bottom of the lid. No other complaints.

Very Pleasant Stay

Nice bartenders, very friendly shuttle drivers, great staff overall. Clean, comfortable room. I especially appreciated the shuttle service driving to our conference location daily. Very attractive decor.

If you don't provide bottle openers in the rooms, I recommend you only sell twist offs in your convenience area. There was a mistake on bill. My breakfast gratuity was not added to the card I gave for incidentals and I had to reimburse my employer for those since they went onto my work credit card which was only for the room charge. The area had a lot of closed, boarded up shops and restaurants which was too bad.

Great hotel, don't stay for breakfast.

The room and the staff were wonderful. The wait staff was nice also. They were kind and gave us a ride to InTrust for the concert we came to see. That was an added bonus.

The breakfast buffet was not good. The food was lukewarm and not as good as I would get at a lesser hotel. I was very disappointed. After waking up in a very nice hotel, the last thing you want is a subpar breakfast.

I would return for a stay if I am ever in Wichita again.

Room was very quiet and clean. Staff was very efficient with requests. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I never had to wait very long for an elevator.

There wasn’t enough lighting in the room to read at night. View was to a parking garage.

Its alright

The location was alright, pretty close to where everything happeneds. Its still a lil walk. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

You kinda get what you pay for. There is nothing special that you can get for the hotel price. Like free breakfast or a swimming pool or something besides the gym. If you just want to stay the night its a good hotel. If you want breakfast and more things to do in the hotel itself i would choose another hotel for a better price.
