Decent…

It was clean and the bed are comfy! The salt water pool was amazing

There was no ice in the hotel at all, every single ice maker was broken!! The bar didn’t even have any ice! We was there for a football tournament and had to buy ice for the boys to have ice water

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room, good location near downtown Wichita if that is where you want to be.

DO NOT STAY HERE, FILTHY, DOES NOT MATCH LISITING.

The location would have been great.

The property does not match the listing, the only thing that is accurate is the newly painted exterior. The facilities were filthy upon entering the parking lot. There was trash everywhere, along with homeless people living in their cars in the back of the lot. The dumpster overflowing. After entering the lobby, the facility was also filthy. The lobby restroom doors were painted white, but had black hand prints all over. The front desk attendant was on his phone, with a screaming child in the back office. He did not say hi, but informed me my room would not be ready until check in time. After talking with another traveler that was checking out, the rooms were not clean either. They ended their stay early due to the bad accommodations. We left to wait for our room, and decided to read more recent reviews as the reviews from when we booked were ok. The recent reviews in the past couple of weeks echoed the above with additional concerns and photographs. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. We ended up finding accommodations elsewhere and I am so glad I did!

Would not recommend staying here again- and then they put a surprise deposit hold on your card for using booking.com.

Proximity to arena.

Dirty. Neighborhood. Room was gross. Walls were dirty. Property was run down. Lots of homeless/drug activity. Awful neighborhood

The pool would’ve been much easier to enjoy with chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc. Anything… but was nice to have in the heat.

4 people in front of us as check-in were back in line complaining about their rooms. We took our chance and got out room, only to go into it, and it's under construction. I asked to be refunded they said yes with everything that had been previously going on. A month later still have not returned money.

Really sad that your welcoming representatives have to represent this.

The bed was comfortable (we brought our own pillows, but theirs were not horrible). And the air conditioning finally kicked in for full comfort after 2+ hours.

Had absolutely NO idea that this property was under construction (renovation?). Chose to make reservations based on the attractive cost: which stated that it included breakfast (NO BREAKFAST--due to construction), a pool and hot tub (NO AVAILABILITY--"Seasonal"), plus free off-street parking (3 out of 4 entrances were closed -- and they changed the entrances before we left the next morning). Short story: got our room key, went up to the floor . . . right beyond our room was a DEVASTATING mass of demolition left in the hallway. Saw that we only had two sad (threadbare) towels in the bathroom. Upon asking for two more -- we were told that our room (King Bed) was only "allowed" two bath towels. WHAT?? Turned on the sink faucet--brown water first trickled out. The water pressure never got better in the sink, but we were glad that the shower had better pressure. Just don't want anyone else to succumb to this scam.

the location for what we in town for was great. the room was small but fine. needed more towels

they put us on a floor that was being remodeled and construction started at 7 am 😡 the breakfast was a joke. coffee was full of grounds and tasted like it was a week old overall not very happy with this hotel

No heat, bad breakfast.

Location fine. Staff somewhat good some not so good. Good they were polite. The room was very clean.

their was no heat anywhere in the hotel. Not the room not the dinning area not the reception. Extra blankets not provided. Not even when asked for. The kitchen had something wrong as well so cold cereal was provided. They advised they could not give hot water for tea. When we complain about lack of heat staff act surprised. All staff are wearing parka or jackets some wore both jackets and gloves and hats indoors. Other customers say same thing, no heat also, in front of me. They need to provide blanket s, lower prices and more fruit and hot water for breakfast. Instant oatmeal would also be nice.

The hotel was in construction which was not mentioned anywhere. We asked for 2 extra towels we were told we'd be charged for that. Our toilet would not flush. The beds were awful literally could fill the springs. We asked for at least a ten minute late check out told us they would charge up for a whole other day. We didn't check in untill after 11 with 2 small children this was the worst stay ever incountered

Didn’t know that there was construction happening before we booked. The continental breakfast consisted of toast and cold cereal. There was a community jar of jelly that didn’t look sanitary.

great /peaceful/ friendly staff

it feels like home. very peaceful and quiet,. since i'm having trouble finding a place to live , they have been very kind to me which helps me feel better. it is also the most affordable place compared to others since my budget is really tight.

It served the purpose, to be near intrust at a clean spot

They put me in the furthest room from the elevator on one of the highest floors. It wasn't cool because I'm disabled and I had luggage and I had a skirt on.
