About this apartment rental
Clean and cozy beach front condo on the ground floor...where the deer will be waiting to greet you!!
Beach Please is a comfortable and convenient unit ready for a relaxing getaway. This great unit features a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It’s fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. There are baking dishes and a blender, as well as Tupperware to store all your leftovers. There’s a breakfast bar and a separate dining area. Also, for those early mornings you can make yourself a cup of coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar. For evenings or rainy days each room has a TV with cable and Roku. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you cozy and warm.
The entire front room, including kitchen, dining and living room, shares the view of the ocean. You can also see the ocean from the master bedroom, which has a queen size bed and its own private full bath. The second bedroom is cozy with another queen bed and bath with shower. Beach Please sleeps up to 4 people total.
The location is perfect. You are given a proper amount of solitude, although getting to town won’t be inconvenient as there is only a 7-minute walk to the center of the downtown area. Leave your car under the reserved covered parking space and bike or walk to restaurants, coffee, shopping or get out and just explore all that town has to offer.
If a stroll is what you want this condo is perfect. Only a 5 min walk to the beach.
Don’t want to get sand in your toes? You can access the boardwalk and Discovery Trail from a private path in front of the unit.
There’s even more to explore on the Long Beach Peninsula – all 26 plus miles of it. If you drive north from the house to Ocean Park there are bookstores, restaurants and more beaches to explore. Visit Jack’s Country Store to see this historic and lively meeting place. In Nahcotta you can buy fresh oysters and enjoy the wonderful views of Willapa Bay. On the extreme north end of the Peninsula, the place to see is Ledbetter Point State Park -- it’s a wonderful place for hiking to the beach or to the bay. There’s lots of wildlife to see in our local parks. Keep your eyes open for bald eagles.
The downtown is a hub of activity, especially during the summer months, with the International Kite Festival in August, the Rod Run to the End of the World in Sept. and of course fireworks on Independence Day and New Year’s Eve. There’s great shopping and a variety of restaurants, plus lots of things for the kids to do -- miniature golf, the arcade, go-karts and bike rentals. Just a couple miles south of Long Beach are Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment as well as Waikiki Beach and the North Head lighthouse. There are some great art galleries at the Port of Ilwaco, and during the summer months there’s Saturday Market too, with a variety of local arts and crafts, food, flowers, and plants for sale. Ilwaco has its own fireworks in July. The Port also features some fine restaurants with local seafood offerings created by our great chefs. Or take a charter trip for salmon, halibut, tuna or sturgeon.

The place was lovely, quiet, and had a gorgeous living room with windows straight out towards the beach.

The property is well maintained and clean. We had a nice view of the beach. It’s a trek to get to sand but that’s not unusual for Long Beach. Nice kitchen, good beds, and lots of windows. It is not right in the middle of Long Beach which we like. It’s a bit hidden away. We will come back.

The place was well equipped, quiet and in a fantastic location. Would stay again!

We had a great stay here. It was comfortable and cozy and met our needs. We enjoyed the view out the windows and the very comfortable, plush rocking chairs. The beds were comfortable. The toilet in the second bedroom was not appropriate for an older person like me. It was too short and there were no grab bars. There were grab bars in the main bedroom s bathroom and the toilet was higher. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing day

The unit was very clean and cozy. The furniture set-up was great for lounging and every spot had a view. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice unit. Well supplied, except for a muffin tin. My wife said it had the sharpest knife she has ever come across in a VRBO.

Didn't receive any pre-arrival instructions - had to hunt down where to get the key. One person at the property management company was a little persnickety - but did get the keys and had a great stay. Will stay there again.

Great unit in a great location. The size and layout are good for a family with a fully stocked kitchen, games, tv, and anything you would need for a beach vacation. The only issue we had was the constant flushing of the toilets in other units. The water runs through the wall exactly where the headboard of the bed sits. Throughout the night especially peaking between 4 am and 6 am the flushing of the toilets consistently woke us up. Other than that it is a perfect place to stay!

Great condo. Great location. Great vacation!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay a lot. Great location. Quiet. Padlock on the lock box needs to be changed, combination did not work. Luckily someone was in the office and was able to give us the keys.
4.8
All was good, except only 1 extra TP for 4 people.
4.8
Everything was good. The toilet paper was super thin. I don’t understand that.

This condo is in a great location. Clean. Easy parking. Exactly as advertised. We loved it!

The four of us - My husband and I and my sister and her husband - had a thoroughly wonderful time! The condo is the perfect size and has many great opportunities to just relax and spend quality time together. We spent a lot of time doing just that. We only come out to the Pacific Northwest once a year and it's great just to spend time with my sister and her husband. But we also like to get around and see all the sights in the area (it is a place where we spent time as children) to see how things had changed or not. I am also so grateful that the weather was so lovely. We are very pleased with the place, the company, and the sights. We'll be back for sure.

We found out we were the first to stay in this condo since it was totally redone. The four of us, all in our early to mid 70's, were very happy with the layout and having a water view from a ground for was amazing.
This place is well equipped, especially the kitchen. We prepared breakfast every day and a gourmet dinner the second night. We lacked nothing and TOTALLY ENJOYED our stay.
Would we visit here again?
Damn Toot'n!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. Feels like a summer home. We will be back!!

Everything was perfect. Great location. The daily visits from momma deer and her babies was a highlight!

This is a very comfortable and well located property. The beds were very comfortable. Nice bathrooms. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The furniture was a bit old, but it made it easy to put your feet up and not worry about anything. The home does need a bit of paint. The only downfall is you do not have a full view of the ocean. You can see it slightly when you stand up. Though the boardwalk and long beach walk are very close, in addition to beach access. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!
This first floor condo comes with a reserved covered parking spot, is very spacious, has a washer and dryer in the unit, large bright kitchen, a private patio with room for chairs and a small table and comfortable queen beds in each bedroom. Floor plan is a lovely master suite with full bath and an additional smaller bedroom with smaller bathroom. It’s an easy less than 1/2 mile walk to town, a lovely short path to the beach and a less than two minute walk on that same beach path to the spectacular Discovery Trail Bike path!

Great location
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything about the place was great except for some of the living room furniture which was quite old and had a bad odour. Unfortunately, that prevented us from enjoying the living part of the
unit.

Weekend get away
Wonderful stay - comfortable bed, clean place. Love Long Beach. It was great they had liquid hand soap available - always better than bar (which was also available). Even from the ground floor, we could see a bit of the ocean over the boardwalk ...

Everything perfect. Excellent service from property manager Monica who also gave us excellent restaurant recommendation for a birthday celebration.
Just wanted to mention that the tap water had a strange odor (chemical?), ok on taste though, But we purchased bottled water for drinking just FYI. The condo was very roomy, clean, and very quiet.

The space was very large and the view was so so. If we were higher up, we could see the ocean better. I didn't care for the white carpet or white furniture, wouldn't be a good place with kids, too many restrictions. The kitchen supplies for cooking were good quality. The space was clean. The beds were small, would have been better to be queen size, not full. It is a nice location in town and beach access.
4.8
very nice quiet with easy access to the beach and boardwalk.

Property needs a little TLC and maintenance. One bedroom door knob needs tightening; the cover for one shower drain is not attached; baseboards and one wall are scuffed and in need of fresh paint; there were cracker crumbs and cookie crumbs on the rug when we got there. Nice location and nice place. As stated before, just needs a little TLC.
