About this apartment rental

Clean and cozy beach front condo on the ground floor...where the deer will be waiting to greet you!!

Beach Please is a comfortable and convenient unit ready for a relaxing getaway. This great unit features a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It’s fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. There are baking dishes and a blender, as well as Tupperware to store all your leftovers. There’s a breakfast bar and a separate dining area. Also, for those early mornings you can make yourself a cup of coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar. For evenings or rainy days each room has a TV with cable and Roku. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you cozy and warm.

The entire front room, including kitchen, dining and living room, shares the view of the ocean. You can also see the ocean from the master bedroom, which has a queen size bed and its own private full bath. The second bedroom is cozy with another queen bed and bath with shower. Beach Please sleeps up to 4 people total.

The location is perfect. You are given a proper amount of solitude, although getting to town won’t be inconvenient as there is only a 7-minute walk to the center of the downtown area. Leave your car under the reserved covered parking space and bike or walk to restaurants, coffee, shopping or get out and just explore all that town has to offer.
If a stroll is what you want this condo is perfect. Only a 5 min walk to the beach.
Don’t want to get sand in your toes? You can access the boardwalk and Discovery Trail from a private path in front of the unit.

There’s even more to explore on the Long Beach Peninsula – all 26 plus miles of it. If you drive north from the house to Ocean Park there are bookstores, restaurants and more beaches to explore. Visit Jack’s Country Store to see this historic and lively meeting place. In Nahcotta you can buy fresh oysters and enjoy the wonderful views of Willapa Bay. On the extreme north end of the Peninsula, the place to see is Ledbetter Point State Park -- it’s a wonderful place for hiking to the beach or to the bay. There’s lots of wildlife to see in our local parks. Keep your eyes open for bald eagles.

The downtown is a hub of activity, especially during the summer months, with the International Kite Festival in August, the Rod Run to the End of the World in Sept. and of course fireworks on Independence Day and New Year’s Eve. There’s great shopping and a variety of restaurants, plus lots of things for the kids to do -- miniature golf, the arcade, go-karts and bike rentals. Just a couple miles south of Long Beach are Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment as well as Waikiki Beach and the North Head lighthouse. There are some great art galleries at the Port of Ilwaco, and during the summer months there’s Saturday Market too, with a variety of local arts and crafts, food, flowers, and plants for sale. Ilwaco has its own fireworks in July. The Port also features some fine restaurants with local seafood offerings created by our great chefs. Or take a charter trip for salmon, halibut, tuna or sturgeon.

The property is well maintained and clean. We had a nice view of the beach. It’s a trek to get to sand but that’s not unusual for Long Beach. Nice kitchen, good beds, and lots of windows. It is not right in the middle of Long Beach which we like. It’s a bit hidden away. We will come back.

We had a great stay here. It was comfortable and cozy and met our needs. We enjoyed the view out the windows and the very comfortable, plush rocking chairs. The beds were comfortable. The toilet in the second bedroom was not appropriate for an older person like me. It was too short and there were no grab bars. There were grab bars in the main bedroom s bathroom and the toilet was higher. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing day

Very nice unit. Well supplied, except for a muffin tin. My wife said it had the sharpest knife she has ever come across in a VRBO.

Didn't receive any pre-arrival instructions - had to hunt down where to get the key. One person at the property management company was a little persnickety - but did get the keys and had a great stay. Will stay there again.

Great unit in a great location. The size and layout are good for a family with a fully stocked kitchen, games, tv, and anything you would need for a beach vacation. The only issue we had was the constant flushing of the toilets in other units. The water runs through the wall exactly where the headboard of the bed sits. Throughout the night especially peaking between 4 am and 6 am the flushing of the toilets consistently woke us up. Other than that it is a perfect place to stay!
