This historic three bedroom two full bath house built in 1920 and wonderfully restored to its glory days is located just one block off of the main drag in downtown Long Beach and right across from an access point to the ocean and famous Long Beach Boardwalk.
If the words location, location, location are important to you this house could not be situated in a better position. Convenient to everything in Long Beach including restaurants, bars, shopping, miniature golf, arcades, horseback riding, go-carts, the museum, ice cream shops, antiquing, the bakery the movie theater, and more. It is all an easy walk from this house. No car is needed once you arrive, but if you want to drive on the beach (yes, that is allowed on the Peninsula) the downtown driving access point under the famous arch is just one block away.
Let this relaxing well-equipped beach home be the classic vacation retreat you need for your friends or family. Have summer cookouts on the picnic table in the yard or simply relax and enjoy the ocean air. Let the kids or dogs play in the completely fenced-in yard. The whole group will sleep well with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a pillowtop queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a trundle bed (single top and pull out single below) in the third bedroom, plus a bonus full-size futon in the living room. You can have your friends and family share its ample space with plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining in the large open-air living, dining, and cooking area of the house.
Use our large dining room table to seat your entire party for a getaway from it all dinner. Curl up with a book and relax by the cozy electric stove on those cool winter nights. Be entertained by our high-definition tv with easy to use dish network. Play games, test your skills on a classic puzzle or simply relax and read a nice book from our large collection.
Historically known as a fishing and clamming area, the Long Beach Peninsula now also boasts whale watching, fishing charters (inland and ocean), hiking, boating & kayaking. Enjoy easy access to Cape Disappointment in the south end of the peninsula, Ledbetter Point on the north end, Willapa Bay, the Port of Illwaco and Fort Canby State Park in nearby historic Astoria right across the river.
Video doorbells at each door allow for worry-free check-in with a direct communication option with the owner should there be any check in issues.

Great location, well-stocked, comfy beds, walking distance to amenities, and perfect for family trips.

The cabin was comfortable enough and the location was ideal. The kitchen is small but well-appointed and we had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The beds were comfortable, and we slept really well on each of the six nights we stayed. There are a few really lovely original paintings in the cabin which was the best part of the decor for me. :)
The property was clean but did have a detectable dog odor which makes sense since it is a pet friendly rental. The yard didn't appeal to us as there is no privacy or inviting space to hang out. It is a decent dog run though! Our only real inconvenience was the lack of any place to unpack and store clothes and other belongings for the week.
I would recommend this cabin, particularly for short stays.

This house was great! Within walking distance to everywhere you want to go in Long Beach. Such easy access to the beach and downtown, we only had to walk a block or two to get to where we wanted to go in town. Also very comfortable with plenty room in the common area and comfy beds. A perfect getaway spot for families.

This cottage is located a block off the main drag in Longbeach. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the shops and restaurants. If you are looking for an economical place to stay, with the beach, shops, and restaurants an easy walk away, this is the place.

Easy check in, short walk to all of the downtown area. Nicely stocked with essentials (pots, pans etc). 10/10 would stay there again.

Great location! Plenty of parking. Walking distance to shopping, grocery store, restaurants, Scoopers ice cream and the beach. There were plenty of walking trails too. Inside was perfect size for the 5 of us. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. It was peaceful at night. We got lucky and had 2 1/2 days of great weather. The selection of streaming services was excellent for those days when stuck inside due to heavy rain. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

The house was great for the price, and so cute! We loved being able to walk everywhere. The LB Tavern (awesome pizza), Fun Center (with laser tag), go karts, and a variety of places to eat. The beach is not a far walk, and driving on the beach was cool and new to us. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this home. I brought my dad, my aunt, my uncle, and our dogs. The yard is fenced. The home is comfortable, as are the beds. Close to the beach and to downtown Long Beach if you want to walk through town. We came for family time with our pets and to go clam digging. Having a place that lets us bring our dogs is what determines whether or not we travel. We will be back again. The host is easy to communicate with and eager to ensure our stay is comfortable. Very grateful for his hospitality and for offering a space for those with pets to enjoy time together.

We took my husbands special needs sister to Long Beach WA for her first time. She had a blast watching the sunsets, shopping and especially enjoyed the food. This house was perfect for our needs. Not too many stairs, and the night lights were the perfect touch for her night time trips to the bathroom. Perfect location and close to all the shops. It was nice being within walking distance of everything. Over all we had a great time and enjoyed out stay.

We are in our 70's and 80's. Grab bar at back door would be helpful.
We had a wonderful time and will be back!

This little beach house as perfect for our last minute end of summer trip. Kids loved being so close to the beach, I loved being able to make them sandwiches while we got take out from the surrounding restaurants. Close to everything we parked the car and didn’t get back to it until we left. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and beds were comfy. I love an old house so staying in a beach house from 1920s made the experience all the more fun.

the place was okay but the steps to get in and step down to the bedroom was really hard with bad knees. The location was great, but the house itself wasn't worth the money. I tried to wash the sheets, but couldn't work the washer. it was okay, but not sure I would recommend it to friends.

So easy to walk to so much - restaurants, bicycle rentals, mini golf, go karts, the beach and boardwalk. We had four adults and one 19 year old and there was plenty of room for all. Two bathrooms was great

Clean, except the floors, but with the environment it’s understandable. Only issues we had was no basic amenities, no salt or pepper or anything, children’s games, books puzzles was non existent - though the ad said there was. Location was great. Its a cute, small place. We were able to cook meals, enjoy vacation time with family!

Great location to downtown and the beach. Pretty quiet. Yard is dog friendly but needs a lot of work for it to be nice. Inside house is spacy but no place to put clothes when unpacking.

The place is one block from the Main street in town. It's a little farther walk to the beach. Very doable. But, that is normal for the geography of Long Beach.

We were able to stay at this location for the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely lovely! Everyone was comfortable and the place is so cute. Located right downtown yet not a lot of loud noises from the streets or businesses. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

The location is perfect. Short walk to beautiful beach and short block to cutest beach town ever! Great house for dogs and fenced yard! Yard could use a little help for small dogs who are prone to escape. We have frenchies and we're fine if supervised. House is perfect for quiet getaway! We hope to go back.
