About this apartment rental
Enjoy sweeping views of the beach, the dunes, and the boardwalk from Seawatch, an oceanfront vacation home in Long Beach. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this.
This comfortable, casual third-floor condo, accessible via stairs or elevator, has almost 900 square feet of living space, with 1 bedroom and 1½ baths, and sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. The open floor plan at Seawatch means you have gorgeous ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with a full-size microwave, blender, and even a French press and coffee grinder. There’s room to seat 2 at the breakfast bar, and the dining table seats 4 to 6.
There’s a king-size bed in the bedroom, which also features its own HD TV and an AM/FM radio with iPod dock/charger. The spacious full en suite bath has plenty of fluffy towels and a Raindance shower head with massage settings. The convenient half bath includes a full size washer and dryer for your use too. The living room features a HD TV and DVD player. Secure Wi-Fi is available, as well as expanded cable TV, a second AM/FM radio with iPod dock/charger, and an emergency weather radio. A full-size sofa bed sits in a nook surrounded by bay windows, and a queen-size sofa bed is in the living room. Just off the living room is an oceanfront lanai; canvas captain’s chairs can be moved outdoors for relaxed views of the ocean. Nature-watchers can scan the nearby dunes for ducks, deer, and other wildlife. Other amenities include a reserved parking space, a Graco Pac’N Play playpen/crib for toddlers, first-aid kit, books, games and puzzles.
Enjoy the laid-back lifestyle of Long Beach and the Peninsula. Seawatch is near the beach and the Discovery Trail, with an easy walk to beach activities or downtown. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are all close by, as well as lots of things for the kids to do, including the Kite Museum, bike rentals and horseback riding, and a movie theater. Miniature golf, an arcade, and carnival rides are just a few blocks away. The nearby Bolstad beach approach is a hub of activity year-round, but especially during the summer months, with the International Kite Festival in August and fireworks on Independence Day and New Year’s Eve (Seawatch gives you a front-row seat).
There’s even more to explore on the Long Beach Peninsula—all 26-plus miles of it. The Port of Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment State Park and lighthouse are only a short drive away, as well as Waikiki Beach and the North Head lighthouse. You’ll find great art galleries and a well-stocked bookstore at the Port of Ilwaco, and during the summer months there’s the Saturday Market too, with a variety of local arts and crafts, foods, flowers, and plants for sale. Ilwaco also has its own fireworks in July. Ilwaco features some fine restaurants with local seafood offerings created by great chefs. If you prefer to catch your own fish, take a charter trip for salmon, halibut, tuna, or sturgeon. On the north end of the Peninsula is Ocean Park, with bookstores, restaurants, a yarn shop, and gift stores. Visit historic Jack’s Country Store for groceries, hardware, general goods, and a variety of nostalgia-inducing items. In Nahcotta you can buy fresh oysters and enjoy the wonderful views of Willapa Bay. On the extreme north end of the Peninsula, the place to see is Leadbetter Point State Park, a wonderful place for hiking to the beach or the bay.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Perfectly located along the boardwalk to the Discovery Trail. Private walkway to the beach and the boardwalk. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back!

Excellent Condo. Clean and Cozy and Warm. Excellent Ocean View. Very Nice Deck. We highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed condo, with well furnished kitchen. Although TVs and modem were present we had no programming or internet. Did owners forget to pay the bill?

The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The view was much better than the pictures seemed to indicate, and we enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean from the deck. Loved being able to easily walk to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was very accomodating with basically 2 separate suites for our 2 families. The kitchen is well appointed and offers opportunity to make meals rather than eating out. The walk to the beach is an easy one. The parking situation only allows for 1 car per condo so it's a bit of a hassle to park blocks away. One suggestion would be to bring extra "paper" products as backup, limited supply on hand

Seawatch was great. Lovely 3rd floor ocean view. Sparkling clean. Huge comfy bed. Kitchen had everything you need.
Our only issue was with property manager. We had booked a 2 bedroom unit and were switched to one-bedroom Seawatch without any advance notification. Even got an email confirming the 2 bedroom unit the day before arrival.

First time at Dragon's Keep and it is now our new favorite! We came to the beach for a memorial - couldn't believe the weather - and loved our home away from home.
This unit is very spacious and immaculate. We had our son and daughter-in-law as well as our grandpup with us. We will definitely be back.

We have been coming to Long Beach for many years. I loved how close we were to the board walk and the beach. We had deer coming through every day morning and evening.

This is the best place to stay. We were in Long Beach for our daughter's wedding and it worked out perfectly.
The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine.
We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Location and great property
The condo is very bright and cheery with comfortable furniture. Nice set up for sitting and watching the dunes and wildlife outside the window. Easy walk to downtown, restaurants and boardwalk. Location is great. Kitchen is well stocked. There wasn't shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms, so be sure and bring your own!

Good value and location
Ground floor unit, end of building so very quiet.
Units are Dog Friendly - be advised.
Minor issue with wall heater. no response - but easter weekend so not a surprise.
Furniture (Futon) seats are not super comfortable. There are other chairs that are fine.
Be advised that city water is typical for the beach - you will likely want bottled water for cooking and drinking.
Would stay again.

Awesome location!
This location was perfect! Right on the beach and a couple blocks from town. The only bummer was the broken futon when we arrived, but we adapted and it will hopefully will be fixed soon. We would stay again!

Nice location, no real view.
Monica with the property management company was amazing to work with. She was responsive and helpful.
Beds and pillows need updating. The mattresses felt really soft and worn out.
The rental has a view of the boardwalk but no real view of the ocean. However, it is an easy walk to the ocean, boardwalk, discovery trail and town center.
It was nice to have our dogs with us. Unfortunately other people have allowed their dogs to some damage to the unit that needs repaired. Including a couple of urine stains on the carpet.
Kitchen was well stocked. The burners are uneven on the stove so keep an eye on what you are cooking so you can make adjustments as needed.
Check in and out was super easy!

Excellent Stay
The Dragon’s Keep was an excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. And the check in /check out process was very simple. Will definitely come stay here again.

Great location
This is a nice property with lots of windows/light in the main area. Beds and pillows were great! Living room furniture and 2 chairs in the dining area could be updated. Not very comfortable. Big kitchen! Side tables in living rm and bedroom side tables could have nicer covers on them such as a piece of faux marble or glass? Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful property, will be back!
The condo was perfect for our summer getaway! My parents stayed there for two weeks and my family of four visited and stayed when we could. Everything is close by, Sid Snyder is within walking distance. We ate the Chowder Stop, there clam chowder served in a bread bowl was spectacular! You have order pizza from Serious Pizza (call in the afternoon to place your dinner order!) too! The kids walked to the go carts, putt putt golf and went horseback riding, all in walking distance from the condo! We will be back!

So much fun!
We had a great time at Dragon’s Keep. The location is awesome. We have rented many places on the peninsula over the years but I must say this was the best stocked kitchen! We like to cook in and we had everything we needed!
We will definitely rent again!!!

Relaxing stay near the beach
Bright, clean, comfortable with great interior decor. Close to the beach, boardwalk and trails. Watch the deer from your living room window. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place and great location
The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness and check In process is a few small stains on the rug(I expect this on a place that excepts pets) and to check in/out you need to go to another location to get keys and drop them off.
This place is in a great location, 2 block from the heart of downtown and 100 yards from the boardwalk. This place has 2 separate rooms each with their own bathroom! Wi-Fi in unit.

Fantastic spot for a stay at the beach
The property is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and the main drag.. The condo is spacious, clean and has all the basics. The king size bed very much needs to be replaced, the mattress sinks in and it feels like you are sleeping in a hole.

Nice private location
Very quiet private area, yet very short distance to many attractions. Definitely the way to go for our first time to Long Beach.

Lovely Location
Condo is in a great location with easy access to beach, boardwalk, and town. Main living area is nicely put together with great spots to relax and enjoy the view. Functional and well stocked kitchen - if a little dated. New mattresses should be added to the “to-do” list. Overall, a nice spot for an easy family long weekend.

Back to the beach!
My husband and I took our first trip since the pandemic started. Vaccinated and ready to have fun again. Brought our little schnauzer with us. This condo was perfectly located. You could walk to town or walk to the beach or boardwalk easily. The condo is quite large. The kitchen was amazing. The longest island I have ever seen. I joked to my husband that I was going to rent it again to do my Christmas baking. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. The dining area was wonderful. Two full size bathrooms in the unit. The view was lovely with a whole wall of windows. Of course the deer visited. The beds were not the most comfortable with the master being too soft for us. The futons in the living area make great extra beds but not a comfortable seating arrangement.
When we checked in to get the keys, the property management place was a bit confusing and chaotic. When we arrived at the condo the main door would not lock from the inside. We ended up locking it from the outside. We called property management to report it. For the rest of our trip we used the 2nd entrance through the spare bedroom. Certainly not a deal breaker just frustrating. The condo was wonderful. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo
Our stay was a lovely escape and the condo was nearly perfect. Check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. The condo is beautiful and the views are great. Everything was clean and tidy and the manager was an angel. I will say that the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable but other than that, we appreciated every moment of our stay.

Fun theme! Made the stay feel more like a vacation.
Great corner condo with lots of light! The kitchen has a nice long peninsula to set out all the food you prepare with stocked kitchen. Walk to beach and town (near Marsh's free museum) in minutes. Appreciated the washer n dryer. Carpet is in need of replacement. We didn't use the back bedroom, kids slept on living room futon. The back bedroom faces the carports and has a squeaky bed. Master is on ocean side.

Family time on the Coast!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s peaceful and quiet. The access to the beach and boardwalk to walk with our dog was outstanding. Restaurants and shops are right there! The kitchen was very well stocked. We brought supplies just in case but it was definitely not needed. Laundry room was fantastic and gave us space to put wet beach clothes and dog food etc rightntgere at the front door. This space perfectly suits 4 adults and maybe a smaller adult and/or two children with the futon, not a large adult on the futon. But my 6 foot tall son said he was fine curling up, because he could see the outdoors and the sunrise in the morning when it was clear out. The property management ladies were great. Only recommendation I would have is to put an easier latch on the door leading to small patio. Oh. And the deer come up to about 6 feet from your patio to say hello in the morning. We’ll be back to Dragon’s Keep. I

We enjoyed it. The weather was horrible but you expect that on the Oregon coast. The kitchen could have been better supplied (a few basic spices etc) and we had to figure out how to get the gas fire to work but overall it was a great place.
