Stayed here with my 3 daughters and myself. Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Be aware - this is a first floor unit but there are steps to get to it which made carrying a beach cart a bit annoying. There are also a lot of steps to get over the dunes to the beach. The condo was small but not overly so. The furniture needs some updating as the recliners do not recline and nothing was comfortable. Communication with the owner was great! Great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

We loved the location of the property! It was close to Fort Macon and the state park which we loved walking to every morning on the beach. The complex itself was quiet and being on the first floor made it easy to carry up luggage, groceries and beach chairs! Christine was easy to communicate with and had all items you may need for your stay organized and easy to find, like pool keys, parking passes, menus & beach chairs. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

Awesome location. We loved bottom floor. Easy access to pool and beach from our room. Condo was exactly like it looked online and what we expected. It was in a great location to food, shops and activities like Fort Macon State Park, piers and mini golf. The beach was gorgeous, and we had plenty of room every day we went. No one was on top of us! The owner was readily available and always responded when I had a question before we left. We have stayed at Sea Spray before, and we’re never disappointed. We loved it and had a wonderful time!

Atlantic Beach is wonderful. The Seaspray condo grounds are very nice. The condo we stayed in was adequate. A bit small and needed some fixing up and better cleaning. I would not stay there again.

We loved our stay. The location was terrific, the condo is roomy, there were 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable. Be aware that the sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable so if you plan on using it bring a mattress topper!

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. It is beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean. Even though there was minimal view of the ocean, we enjoyed its privacy and easy access to the amenities. They also provided a washer and dryer, which was such a blessing. It was a wonderful relaxing stay.

Two buddies and myself stay here for our dive vacation and we were very happy with everything. The condo is nice and clean, on the first floor and a short walk to the beach. The owner was easy to get ahold of if we needed to. It was a great stay and I'm looking forward to staying here next year.

We loved our stay at this condo! It's cute, and comfy! The owners actually have quite a few things there for guests, that aren't listed in the description. Washer, dryer, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cart, beach umbrella, and a few toys! We actually didn't know all of that would be there so we brought our own! Now we know for next time though! We had an amazing time, and can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo, clean and tastefully furnished. We enjoyed spending the mornings on the balcony listening to the sea. Very close to the beach, a beautiful and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

I brought my husband for his birthday and the Atlantic beach music festival and stayed here. The unit was cozy and quiet. Nice view of the water even on the first floor. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

House was clean and nice size, pool was great, very family friendly atmosphere on resort. Quick walk to the beach, nice balcony although it doesn't provide much of a ocean view, overall we had a great week here!!
