3-night minimum stay - Marina Memories is located at 326 Marina View Dr. in the exceptionally quaint town of Southport, NC. This well furnished, two-story townhome is in view of the Southport marina.
Featuring four bedrooms and three full baths, the entire unit is hardwood floors. The Master bedroom offers a four post king bed and private porch with lounge bed, ceiling fan and a view of the marina. Two bedrooms have queen size beds (one of these bedrooms is on the first floor).The fourth bedroom provides a twin bed bunk. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans. Other features Netflix on demand, Bluetooth hi-fi audio system, Wii game system(4 controllers). Additionally, the use of the community pool and large backyard are included.
Restaurants and shopping are a pleasant walk or bike ride away. Charter fishing and rental boats are available. Enjoy truly fresh seafood from many of the local restaurants.
Southport is a uniquely located southern facing town, offering incredible sunsets over the picturesque yacht basin, marina and Intracoastal waterway.

We had come in for a good friends wedding and it was wonderful to be able to stay and spend time with our adult kids all together. The house had everything we needed and was so relaxing just like being at home. If was a short walk downtown and down to the pier area was quite and peaceful. House was very well decorated and very clean.

My family and I stayed in the house during Labor Day weekend 2023. I was married on 9/2/23 at the Fort Johnson house. The location of this rental house was perfect for walking to the marina and various restaurants. The house was very clean and a nice front porch for relaxing.

We loved the house, but the twin beds were shown as bunk beds online. Pictures need to be updated. Additionally, there was a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig. We were told there was only a Keurig so we brought our own coffee maker.

The location was great, easy walking distance to the water, marina, and plenty of excellent restaurants. Easy check in and out, had no issues or complaints with anything. Pool is just a short walk away. Parking was adequate but kind of tight. Share a narrow driveway with a neighbor and can be tight to get in and out if you have a bigger car. Living room and master bedroom have tvs. Plenty of beach toys provided in the house can in very useful, but need to bring your own beach towels. All in all, enjoyed our stay. Nice, relaxing vacation and the rocking chairs on the porch were a great way to wind down the day.

We stayed here so we could take out our new boat that is at SPT Marina. This location is super fun and out of the way of the busy SPT. You can walk to Fishy Fishy and find fun and then come back to the front porch of peace and quiet and have your favorite beverage. This house seems huge, the way it is set up. Loved it!!

Wife and mother in-law enjoyed the trip and house. Great location for a walk for coffee, lunch or dinner. All the neighbors were gone most of the week, which made for a good trip with the dogs.

First time in Southport. Loved the the town. The house was awful. The photos are not accurate. The home is not comfortable at all. The couches are old, lumpy and smell. In fact the home itself smelled of old cooking oil. The beds were old and the synthetic sheets disgusting. The pillows were a hodge podge of old and lumpy. the knives in the kitchen were rusty! The wood floors were filthy my socks told the story. The blinds are plastic and full of dust. Parking is challenging. In the end, pick another rental.

This property is exactly how it is represented on VRBO..The location was PERFECT!!! Visited Southport for my nieces wedding and it was absolutely perfect for our family. My elderly parents stayed on the first floor which was perfect for people who cannot navigate steps. The home was nicely appointed, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in Southport from Tuesday thru Sunday in October for my son's wedding. The house was perfect for 8 of us to stay. The only thing not clear in the listing was the parking. There's only two parking spots available for the house, but there were some guests spots in the circle. So, we took advantage of that. The house was perfect for our needs and it was walkable to the restaurants down on the water. Thank you!

We were in Southport for our son's wedding, and this was a great place to stay! We had 7 adults in the home and all of has plenty of space to get ready for the wedding, relax and hangout together. The primary bedroom upstairs was awesome - comfortable bed, and private bath. The place was clean, and all around comfortable, and within walking distance to the restaurants & bars. We rented a golf cart to get around town and I would recommend that to anyone looking to stay. We had a fabulous time, would definitly stay here again!

Loved the quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to shopping and events going on for July 4th weekend. We really enjoyed the beautiful house. It was spacious and we had plenty of room. Couches need updating but everything else was awesome.

We started a new Easter Tradition gathering all of our children together for the holiday weekend. Beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only thing that could be improved in our opinion would be having TV's in every room. We had a several babies and only a TV in the master bedroom and livingroom.

What an easy transaction with Southport Realty! Not many places do we go we feel is clean enough, but this place, wow, we didn't feel the need to wash the dishes before we used them! It was immaculate upone arrival. Great location to everything, and will most likely return! Awesome experience.

I use VRBO often, and I have to say this is hands down the nicest, cleanest, well kept property I have stayed at. I had my mother, sister and her spouse and between us, 3 boys ages 3-6. The description was spot on and even roomier than pictured. The community was quiet, pool was clean and it was walkable to downtown. Very happy! Will book again next summer.

The house was the perfect size to accommodate our 7 people. Kid friendly. Great, quiet neighborhood. Close enough to town that we generally walked or rode bicycles. This home met our expectations and more! The house was perfectly kept clean when we arrived, and air conditioning worked great, the house was close to a few restaurants and shops, so we stopped by both! About a 19 minute drive to the nearest beach and it was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Thanks for letting us stay !!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the marina memories townhome. Our friends were getting married at the cape fear house and we were able to walk to and from the wedding easily. The townhome is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfy and the townhome was kid friendly which made our stay even easier. Southport Realty was easy to work with. We did not need to reach out for any additional services during our stay. The townhome community is very friendly as well. Thank you!

This house is even nicer in person than in the pictures. It was perfect for our quick weekend stay in Southport. The house is in a great location. We walked to nearby restaurants and to the marina to watch the boats. The community pool was wonderful! I highly recommend this property.

Southport was awesome!

We had a large group and the layout was great! We cooked all of our meals in the spacious kitchen and loved the table and bar area! Great vacation spot! Close to the fishing pier and a private neighborhood!
