Our two bedroom home is modern and cozy with an open layout your family and guests will love. Also, check out our One Bedroom home at VRBO.com/969884. Professionally decorated, each room is simple yet of high quality. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow you to experience every sunrise, sunset, starry nights and magnificent scenery without ever stepping outside. When you do step out, you step onto two large patios designed for your comfort, a place to relax, read or to entertain. As you dine, the balmy breezes and red rock vistas just add to your enjoyment.
For your privacy, the home has bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends. Main bathroom features a large, rain head shower and the other a jetted tub with shower. Each bedroom opens onto a private patio. The beds, mattresses and linens are of high quality for a good night’s sleep. For your convenience, we have a new stacking washer and dryer, if needed.
If cooking is your passion, look no further. Our vacation home kitchen is complete. All new Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and island. You’ll find all of the cooking tools you need from good, sharp knifes to quality pots and pans. The cupboards are filled with dishes, utensils and glasses, mixing bowls and the main staples – flour, sugar, coffee, spices, plus more. Included are top of the line coffee maker, tea pot, waffle iron, popcorn popper, pancake griddle, blender, mixer, etc. You’ll love preparing your meals as you look out the 8’ window to the creek below and the clouds forming over the Boulder Mountains.
The east patio has a first-class, gas, BBQ with a beautiful wicker table that seats six. There are also two lounge chairs with ottomans for relaxing and watching for wild turkeys, rabbits, deer and elk that frequent the area. We enjoy our morning coffee watching the sun come up from this patio. The west patio and entrance to the house is best for the views of the red rock vistas and sunsets from the two lounge chairs and ottomans. Both patios are covered for year round enjoyment. Off the patio are gravity loungers for star gazing.
We have all the electronics you’ll need – large screen cable TV, DVD/Blue Ray player along with movies, high speed Wi-Fi internet and wireless printer. Relax in front of the fireplace while watching the game or catch up on emails at the desk in the master bedroom.
We are located minutes away from beautiful hiking and biking trails, National Forests, Torrey Town and its restaurants, bars and shopping, and the gateway to Capitol Reef National Park. Other Utah destinations like Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and Lake Powell, are within hours drive making our home a perfect base camp.

This was our second stay at this Torrey location, and no contest it is the best rental we have ever had in 40+ years of doing vacation rentals. Linda is a fantastic host. The property is beautiful, and the hosts have thought of everything. I almost don't want to write this because I don't want too many people to know what a great place it is. Will definitely come back.

Our favorite VRBO. We spent two nights with our family on a NP trip. The house was exactly like the pictures. The view is amazing too!!! The house is close to Capitol Reef and all kinds of kitchen supplies/condiments/etc for you to use came in handy.

This house was well stocked, comfortable, clean, and 20 min from the west side of Capitol Reef National Park. The owners are very helpful and communication is easy if needed. We would highly recommended this rental to anyone coming to the area.

The views from this property are gorgeous. The location is peaceful. The home is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and there is every amenity required to make yourself at home. The kitchen is well stocked with provisions for a day or two and every kitchen item you could need. The hostess, Linda, was very gracious and thoughtful.

This was our first stop of a three week long national park trip with our four girls (ages 1 1/2- 10). The house felt like home for us. There wasn’t a thing we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided.The girls loved exploring the property and the 360 degree views were beyond amazing! Linda met us upon arrival to make sure we were settled and didn’t need anything. We loved being so close to the park. Color Ridge Creamery and the Wild Rabbit were our faves. We’d love to stay longer next time!

This gem in Torrey was beautifully decorated, clean, comfy and filled with everything a guest could ask for! Front and back porches have beautiful views and comfy seating. Plenty of seating in the living room to watch TV or one of the DVDs available! Plenty of books for reading and puzzles if you want to stay in rather than go to Capitol Reef. Short drive to Capitol Reef. Linda is an amazing hostess, very responsive to any questions.

The setting was gorgeous. We have never stayed in a home while on the road the equal to this. Everything was provided. The friendliness and caring shown by the owners was unsurpassed.
If you book here, you will be amazed. Everything from restaurants, shopping and unbelievably fantastic hiking all so very close. Do yourself a favor, stay here.

This was a perfect house. The owner lives nearby and greeted us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave use some recommendations for local places to eat. The house was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, even things we didn't know we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The linens and towels were wonderful. The location is outside of town and was very quiet. The views are wonderful. It was a quick ride to places to eat and Capitol Reef NP. This house deserves more than 5 stars.

Everything about our stay was perfect. This is a beautiful place with everything we needed : comfy beds, a lovely well stocked kitchen, beautiful views from all of the windows. A perfect home away from home. We have never stayed at vacation rental whose owner went so above and beyond to make her renters feel at home (she seems to have thought of absolutely everything.) This combined with the stark beauty of Torrey, Utah and the proximity to Utah's best National Park (Capitol Reef) creates an absolutely magical place.

We stayed for 2 weeks. We truly enjoyed the house: it was so good to come back there after exploring the Capitol Reef National Park and its surroundings. Outstanding rental in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood a short commute to Capitol Reef. Well designed home, spacious and bright. Large windows with great views. Decks on both sides of the home with comfy furniture for lounging after a day’s hike. On a scale of 1-10, this is an eleven!

If you are not completely inspired by the jaw-dropping views from each of the expansive windows in this home, you will be amazed at the various appointments, including a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The home is, in a word, perfect. Our vacation was made comfortable and relaxing by staying here and it is close to the national park as well as a grocery store/deli (there is a larger grocery 7 miles away). Our host thought of everything: coffee, tea, water and soft drinks, plus a drawer filled with herbs and spices and so much more. The favorite area for us is the large back deck where we relaxed, used the grill, ate and pondered the millions of stars in the night sky. What a wonderful place! We hope to go back again.

Hands down the nicest, cleanest, best stocked place we have ever rented, and we have rented many. Linda came to meet us and explained all the amenities. The home is spectacular and the views from every window are like a postcard. Would highly recommend this location.

The home is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean, all new appliances, and very comfortable. The views from either of the two patios are incredible! The pantry was stocked with everything we needed to make food, and the drive to a nearby restaurant when we took the night off from cooking was also convenient.

This is a great house to just be outside at. The stars at night were amazing in this Dark Sky Community. The humming birds at the kitchen window were so fun to watch. Both Linda and Martin were very nice.

Our family began our Natl Park roadtrip with our first stop here and what a great stay it was. Perhaps the most fully stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and the cleanest too! Kudos on that as not every VRBO takes the same care and consideration. House is really cool and the views are awesome. My wife and I, and our kiddos really enjoyed it! My husband and I are our two teenage kids adored our stay at this property! Luxurious yet humble and homey, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Linda was just the right amount of attentive and communicative to make you feel taken care of yet "left alone". The proximity to Capitol Reef is fantastic and there are several great restaurants in the immediate area. The Chuckwagon has an excellent hometown, country vibe and was perfect for the basic grocery essentials we required, plus the sandwich counter was epic for lunches and served up a great breakfast. We utilized the zero gravity chairs for star gazing at night and the patios for morning coffee and afternoon dozing. So perfect! I highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Book it.

This property was absolutely one of the very best places we have stayed. The owners are super great and friendly and they have fitted this rental with everything and anything you could want or need. No need to pack in anything for kitchen use. The views are amazing in every direction. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the spaces are well placed and plenty big. What a beautiful location. I porch sat out front of a morning and we gathered on the back porch of an evening. Absolutely spectacular views. The house is cozy and we truly enjoyed the amenities. Would love to come back but for now I will cherish the memories and moments. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is hands down the nicest VRBO our family has ever stayed in. Beautiful clean property, all the amenities you need for cooking some nice meals, cozy fireplace, very comfortable beds and beautiful views off the front and back decks. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us some peace and star gazing. Linda the host is so personable and kind and really made us feel welcome.
