Looking for a house close to the beach? This 2,800 sf home is located directly across the street from Jamestown Shore's private neighborhood beach! Total beds include 2 kings and 2 queens.
Enjoy fantastic views of the bay from almost every room in the house, or relax on the top deck as you watch spectacular sunsets and colorful sailboats in West Passage's Narragansett Bay. This home is located in a quiet, family neighborhood and is comfortably furnished with genuine leather furnishings, plush linens, and memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. The front porch, which overlooks the bay, is a great place to put your feet up after a day at the beach. You can watch your children swim or search for sea life from the top deck or front lawn.
The fenced backyard provides privacy and a cool place to spend the evenings outside for dinner on the patio. Use the grill to cook some fresh fish on the barbecue!

Downtown Jamestown is an easy drive and offers several great restaurants and shops. Newport is only a 10-minute drive, or a short ferry ride away. Here, you can explore more shops, beaches, fantastic restaurants, and the famous mansions on Bellevue Ave. Providence restaurants are just 25 minutes away, and Narragansett's beaches aren't far either. Or, you can take a short ferry ride to Block Island or Martha’s Vineyard for the day.
The first floor of this home has a living room with two large sliding glass doors that open onto a porch that overlooks the ocean and brings the afternoon sea breeze. Also on this level is the kitchen, dining area, and separate family room, which is separated by a door for additional privacy. The second floor has a large master bedroom w/ a king size bed and sitting area overlooking the ocean. It's magnificent. It also has a full size master bathroom. The house also has what we call a second master bedroom with a king size bed and sliding glass doors to the top deck overlooking the bay. This second master bedroom and the third bedroom share a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds. The fourth space is a private den. It is connected to the master and the master bathroom. You can access this den through the master bedroom or through an outside sliding glass door off this bedroom's private deck in the back of the house. This home is also equipped with whole house air conditioning.

Family from the local RI area, MA and MD assembled here for a long weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays and attend the Salve Regina football season opener to cheer on a very special player.
The home is amazing with so many spaces both in and outside to congregate or just to find a quiet space. It is comfortable, spacious and you will find just about anything you may need.
The hosts are available if needed but otherwise invisible during your stay.
We found the location perfect for us. Jamestown is serene, beautiful and of course the views are spectacular. It’s away from all the crowds and traffic of Newport but just a short drive over the beautiful and scenic bridge.
I highly recommend this rental and would definitely return in the future.

Our stay in Jamestown was made so wonderful because we were staying in the best house ever! This is a clean and comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood. The greatest part is the location! We had amazing sunset views and were steps from a private beach. Alyssa was communicative and helpful with both details on the house and tips for food and activities in town. Thank you Alyssa!

We had the pleasure of staying at Alyssa’s property for a week. Six adults and a toddler. House was beautiful and right on the water. Absolutely beautiful views and sunsets. The house had everything one would need for a beach vacation. Would definitely recommend packing water shoes because the beach does have a ton of shells. My daughter had a blast collecting them throughout the week! The house is in a great location. Short drive into downtown Newport and close drive to the ocean beaches. Alyssa was also wonderful and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful 2 weeks in Alyssa’s property. The property is attractive and across the street from the beach! The house was especially nice for our group b/c there were multiple areas for relaxation—such as the living room, a den and a seating area in the primary bedroom. We also loved the second floor deck facing the ocean, the fire pit and the fenced back yard perfect for our dogs. Alyssa was easy to communicate with and very helpful during our stay. The check in process was quick and easy. We hope to stay there again!

We had an amazing time staying at this rental. We were pleasantly surprised with how stocked the kitchen was with everything required to prepare meals for 12 people all weekend long. We also loved the flow and seating arrangement for eating...some inside and some out on patio....back door open for conversation. The front yard also amazing with plenty of seating for watching the sunset and with the beach right across the street and the very quiet neighborhood, there was plenty of areas to safely go for walks. We loved our stay here and would definitely consider this rental again! It was amazing.

The location of the home is outstanding, with views of the bay from both floors. The home was clean, perfectly appointed, handsomely decorated, and quite roomy. With balconies on the upper floor and a nice porch on the first floor, guests have perfect views of the water. The home is also located in a delightful neighborhood of active residents and affords convenient access to numerous sights and sites on Jamestown, Newport and Narragansett. We so enjoyed our stay!

I traveled with 6 other women to enjoy a few days of knitting and conversation. The house had plenty of places to gather. The lighting could have been better. The dining table chandelier couldn’t be dimmed without flashing and we never did find the switch for the can lights in the living room. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could have used some empty space to store our stuff. 7 out of 7 of us happy.

My family came to town for a celebration and this property provided spacious, comfortable accommodations for 2 families. The hosts were conscientious in their communication, even checking on us when a storm caused an electrical outage in the area (we did not lose power). The location directly across the street from a small beach is beautiful.

The house was very nice, comfortable and clean.There was a issue with the front deck. It rained for 3 days and the water from the upper deck drips on the lower deck especially in front of the front door and leaves a good size puddle. Plus everything on the deck gets soaked.
there was no broom for the house to sweep with.
The knifes for preparing food were so dull they were useless. There was only 5 spoons and some nice glasses
were needed. I am just pointed out these little problems to help out. The home was great and we would do it again.

This house does have neighbors quite near by, but it is oriented in such a way that from it, one sees only the bay . The house is very large, with so many beds It would be possible to house a good-sized family re-union. There are many comfortable seating areas, indoors and out, room for children to play, tv’s, games and grills enough to keep a group happy too. The kitchen could use a bit of organizing and re-stocking, but again we found everything we needed. The beach is shell, and is frequently used by other residents in this largely residential neighborhood. We were thrilled with the ease of visiting popular sites in Newport and, at the end of a day surrounded by many tourists, returning to this quiet, private lodging in the comparatively rural area surrounding Jamestown.

My family stayed at Alyssa’s beautiful property when we went to Rhode Island for a wedding in Newport. Her property is simply gorgeous! The views of the water and the sky from her house – especially from the decks adjoining the 2 king bedrooms - were amazing. She was very nice talking to us before our trip when we were trying to figure out the sleeping arrangements for our family. We didn’t need to contact her while we were there because everything was perfect. While at her house, we enjoyed taking morning walks on the beach and in the neighborhood, and I enjoyed riding my bike all around the island. We will always have fond memories of this stay by the Narragansett Bay.

The location was perfect to be close to the water, close to the town of Newport while still being removed for a quiet space. The house is a great for a large group with plenty of things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. Fantastic location in a great neighborhood with beautiful views. This was a perfect place for an extended family of seven to spend several days around Christmas. There are plenty of comfortable beds, a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room table big enough for family dinners and board games, and plenty of comfortable sofas with more TVs than we could ever possibly use. During the day, there were state parks, beaches and cute small towns in the area to wander as well as walks outside the front door of the house itself. The house feels cozy but provides lots of public and private space. We couldn't have been happier there.

The location is beautiful with great views of the bay from all locations of the house. We enjoyed drinking coffee watching the boats in the morning and the cozy den for reading. The kitchen is well equipped and great if you want to cook. The fenced yard was a major plus for us as the dogs loved it!

This was a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay on the island of Jamestown. Easy access back over to town and Newport, but a tranquil spot to come home to. There is a small beach area right across the street from the property which is a lovely adjunct to the house. House had everything we needed , comfortable cottage furnishings and good sized comfortable bedrooms. We would stay again. Hosts were very easy to reach and prompt in all of their responses to our inquiries. No issues whatsoever. Excellent experience.

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 children.
The kitchen was stocked well with equipment, everything was clean and tidy. There were extra twin mattresses that could be used on the floor. It was nice to have a fenced in back yard for the kids to play and the beach was right across the street. The house was lovely and roomy. It truly was PERFECT!
