FireHenrys 111 is a newly remodeled beach house with a private heated pool and a new hot tub with a cascading water deck. The house is a quick walk to the best stretch of beach on South Padre Island, with a wide section of beach near Wanna Wanna and Claytons. You'll find the backyard perfectly secluded yet spacious- a true paradise.

Our custom-designed, two-story home has four bedrooms, three baths, two kitchens and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The primary suite upstairs has a king-size bed, a daybed and a private bath. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full-size bed.

The fully-equipped poolside apartment suite downstairs has a queen-sized bed, a built-in daybed, and a kitchen perfect for preparing snacks and meals as the family gathers around the pool and has direct access to the backyard.

The new, custom-designed bunk bed room is also on the lower level, connected by a hallway and sleeps four guests.

The home has quality furnishings and amenities. The upstairs kitchen is spacious and complete with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, equipment, and cooking amenities/utensils needed to prepare that special island meal. A well-appointed family room provides a relaxing and open environment easily accessible from the second-floor bedrooms.

We provide quality bed linens, comforters, quilts, and blankets for all beds. The washer and dryer units are available in the upstairs hallway. Bath and beach towels are provided. The driveways can accommodate four vehicles.

This property is amazing! It was clean, well stocked and as lovely as depicted in the photos. The well maintained and not overly crowded beach is a short walk away. The wagons, chairs and other equipment enhanced our beach experience. Honestly, though, some afternoons we preferred to stay in the beautifully landscaped backyard playing in the delightful pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The property manager was very approachable and answered any questions we had. We were sorry to leave and hope to stay at this house again!

The property was very clean and the kids loved the backyard pool. They stayed in it alot. There were a few little things that could have used attention but overall was great place to stay. Plenty of dishes and everything you needed to cook. Loved that they had lots of clean bath towels for everyone. The beach wagon and chairs in garage were great for short trip down the block to the beach. Storm came in and weather kept us from being able to go back to the beach. Would have loved some more time there.

Home was nice and lots of pool and beach accessories. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub was a plus. In the far back area where the construction had been needs to be cleaned up, maybe a concrete area to sunbath as a lot of the area around the pool is shaded by the beautiful tropical landscape. Some water damage noted at bottom of basement stairs that could be fixed. Suggestions for items to be stocked in home with a large family staying would be more dishwasher pods only 6 were available for a weeks stay, laundry pods 6 available, and not a stock of toilet paper available, we went a purchased these items as we ran out. Location is wonderful and easy communication with owners and rental management.

This house is amazing! Short walk to beach. My family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Pool area was amazing as well, my 4 year old granddaughter did not want to leave. Host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely want to go back. Everything you need is already at the house.

Loved our place! It had everything we needed and more! They don’t tell you, in the listing, how much beach gear is available. The wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc were so handy. I wish I could give it 10 stars. We had a wonderful experience!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks end of January and beginning of February. This house is in a great location in the middle of the island. Brought our bikes, so we used the bike/walking trail a lot. The beach is a 5 minute walk and a few restaurants within walking distance too. House is completely stocked with dishes and cookware. Pool area is wonderful because there is little or no wind by it. The property manager, Chris, took care of any of our needs immediately and Jason and Amanda were great to work with when booking this property. I would recommend this property if you are looking to rent in South Padre.

This house/location worked out well for our group of 7 adults. We all had room to spread out and the house was nicely equipped for cooking large meals. Would definitely recommend this spot to potential beach seekers!

Took a weeks vacation down at Padre with our adult kids and their spouses. Very comfortable House for 3 couples. Enjoyed the heated pool, although it is much smaller than it looks in the picture. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. There was construction in the neighborhood so walk was muddy; not a problem for us but had our dog with us so that was messy. Kitchen was great, very well outfitted. My only complaint was that the beds weren’t that comfortable. Some kind of comfy mattress pads would be a big improvement.

Property was lush and green. Backyard is beautiful. Enough sitting room for 5 adults and 3 kids to all hang out together in the living room and enjoy meals at the table together. Very comfy family home. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The home is in need of a little TLC but otherwise good.

House had lots of nice amenities, beds for up to 14, bathrooms are a little small but clean. House is well stocked with dishes, keurig coffee makers (upstairs and down) and a mini kitchen downstairs for easy access to the pool and patio. Pool area is beautiful with lots of tropical plants for privacy and enjoyment. Golf cart is convenient for trips to the store or beach.

My friends and their children and a wonderful stay at this cute beach house. It’s very clean and the decor gives off the beach vibes. The pool area was beautiful and very shaded which is perfect for keeping children out of the sun. It’s rare to find shaded pools and this was a huge selling point for us! Loved out stay!

This home had absolutely everything we could have wanted for our stay. We love to cook and there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The beds were all so comfortable, we slept like babies. Plenty of towels (bath and beach), beach chairs and toys, and even cribs and high chair for our little ones. The backyard is truly an island paradise. We will be back for sure!

Eight women spend 4 nights here and it was a wonderful location! Close to beach, entertainment, and food options. We spent MANY hour just chillin’ poolside and enjoying the wonderful foliage of the backyard. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.

The home was in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to beach. Beds were comfy, appliances nice and well stocked kitchen. The back patio area with heated pool was the hit for grandkids and adults. Lush flowering shrubs around pool added beauty The Best communication with property manager we have ever had. Golf cart was an added bonus. We normally go to Florida but glad we tried SPI. Check in was simple. House is is good shape-some wear and tear but seemed very clean and beds were comfortable and sheets smelled great! Stairs creak a little and a few doors need to be oiled. We had a few teens (that were later sleepers) and it was hard for the littler kids to wonder around and be quiet so we had cranky teens that didn’t get enough sleep. I think the pictures are a little mis- leading on vrbo (rooms are a touch smaller than we anticipated) and description noted pool house (I assumed it was a separate building) but it’s part of the basement/ground floor. We had 9 in our group (two families)- I think that is about max for size of house. The pool is the star of the property. It was heated and the setting is gorgeous!! The kids spent hours there! A short walk to beach was nice and centrally located- we walked to most places or took free shuttle that runs on island. The garage has several beach accessories to use which was nice- the beach umbrellas that we grabbed did not work (try them before dragging all the way to the beach). A beach cart would be a great addition. One thing to note is the wind. Apparently it is common for it to be windy on the island. We did not see/read about that when we were searching for vacations. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and get in touch with. Check out was also easy- not too much required. Which is great when trying to pack up and corral kids:)

Property overall was nice, pool area was very tropical, inside was updated and layout worked great for us. It would be nice if there was towels hooks and a couple of bar stools for the outside bar. The house could use some general maintenance, loose deck spindals, stain etc.

Very nice property, the heated pool was the cherry on top. Communication was great, we had a small issue with the pool due to the weather (turned green due to massive rain), contacted Jason in the evening, first thing in the morning someone came to fix the chemical balance of the pool. Would stay again for sure!

We were a family ranging from 1 1/2 to a 83 years of age. We all loved going to the beach in the morning, relaxing in the shaded pool during the day, and enjoying the open kitchen living space in the evenings. I will say all the stairs were a bit much for the baby and the 83 year old.
