Loved house and location. When first arrived at entry to community trash can overfilled and mountain of trash next to it. House is great but in need of updated furniture, blinds and beds. Hot tub cut my grandsons foot. Hose needs replacing. Overall grounds trashand cigarete butts all over in front..I am just telling you this because I qould hesitate to book again due to those issues.

Pleanty of room. Really nice.
4.3
The cabin was just what we needed. Close to our comp location and all the attractions. The cabin could use a good deep clean like corners etc. Also the trash at the entrance to the resort was never picked up in the week we were there. It didnt affect us but it looked poorly for your resort being right by the pool area. We would definetly stay again if in this area.
4.3
The location was near most local attractions and had enough space to accommodate my entire family! The hot tub, arcade game and pool table was used every day of our stay. They upgraded the washer and dryer unit while we were there so doing laundry was quick and easy. The wrap around deck had a great view and was a great place to spend time with family in the evenings. I would highly recommend for your family trip and rate this a five star!
4.3
Overall place is satisfying. Carpets in the lower level are not clean. We had to call office staff to clear hot tub water. Dryer is not working.
4.3
The space was nice but alot if minor things wrong. Broken blinds, doors not closing propely, drains not draining, light bulbs out but overall quiet place and nice view
4.3
The stay was wonderful. It was close to everything we wanted to do very clean and quiet would definitely stay there again
4.3
Enough Room. We enjoyed our stay. Could use some updating on beds and blinds. Fireplace did not work and the grounds of the community needed a good clean up. There were a lot of Cobwebs in upper ceilings.
4.3
The cabin was great, however it did have a few minor issues. The rails on the outside were loose and it made me a little nervous with the kids. The sofa bed in the living room the bed itself was broken and the mattress was molded which caused us to be one bed short for our guest. Overall it was a great place with a great view.
4.3
Very nice, clean place with excellent view! Easy to get to! Couch and loveseat need replacing cause broken down. Mattresses very hard and ceiling fans out of balance and very noisy and fireplace is electric but doesn't work!
4.3
The cabin was really nice but the beds/mattresses need updated, the sheets were really rough, and the floors were dirty. Other than that it was a great location with lots of rooms.
4.3
Great atmosphere. Beautiful cabin, great location to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.!

We had a great stay at the Cabin. Scenery was lovely and free Xplorie tickets were easy to use and there were many choices to choose from. The cabin however lacked basic amenities that affected the overall stay. Floors and rugs were soiled, there was no broom in the cabin to sweep dust an pine needles. Blankets and Linens were minimal. Two beds in the basement had sheets only. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, zero spices including salt and pepper. No dish soap. One roll of toilet paper for each bath room, and one roll of paper towels. Although we were prepared with some supplies, I really don't want to have pack or purchase an entire kitchen when I'm going on vacation. Had to call customer service as there was an issue with the door lock and code upon arrival. Noone came out until the following day to assess. I'll rethink this before staying at this location again.
4.3
We really enjoyed our stay, the view was beautiful, the cabin was big enough for all of us the only thing that I would change if I could is the bed on the bottom floor, it makes so much noise with every turn I barely slept and the bathroom was too small but everything else was good. Oh it was also difficult to unlock the door, you have to do it so many times.
4.3
The cabin was great, enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and the cabin was clean. I have few minor issues—the mattress were bad, it was like sleeping on a rock, the sofa sleeper in the living room was missing a couple of springs. The glider on the porch was broken, the dryer did not dry , we had to run it two or three times before the clothes were dried, the hot tub did not have a hose to fill it back up, no one came to change the ac filter, the remotes did not have a back on them and we didn’t know which remote controlled which device. Besides these minor issues, we still had a lovely stay and a great time. Thanks for the offer of a Duncan Donuts card but we do not have one around here.

Our stay was amazing, the cabin was great! The listing was very close, the one hiccup we had, our property mgr more than made up for! Renting a property from the Explorei group will definitely be a must in the future!
4.3
This location was amazing! I was thrilled to see that it looks just like the photos. I only had two small issues all the televisions in the house are small and the location has a lot of construction happening right now. However, none of this interrupted my stay. I will definitely book again.
4.3
Great cabin for a large family or group. We took 4 generations and had a great time. Location was perfect for the main attractions and restaurants.
At the time of our stay, there was construction workers near the entrance which impeded on our comfort. We were afraid of nails and such being on the road. I think that will be temporary.
4.3
Overall our stay was excellent. The parking area could have been bigger as we had three vehicles and it was a little tight. The shower in the master bedroom was weaker than a gentle spring rain. A new shower head might fix that. Other than those two little negatives, the stay was great! Out Walden Creek Road to Wears Valley Road to the Parkway took less than 10 minutes. Kroger and Publix are right across the street from each other. The cabin is in a very convenient location. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids aged 3 yrs and 5 months. Overall, a great place to stay.

Had water leak in upstairs shower no tip on cue sticks table very unlevel fireplaces didn’t work. Call to report got quick response and the maintance guy was very helpful.
4.3
Everything was great!
4.3
Our cabin was very nice and clean. There were a few things that were broken that needed repairs but overall the cabin was very nice.
4.3
Very nice property with a few issues. Every mattress was super firm, but everything was clean. Pull outs were not comfortable, very thin and stained.
Pool table did not have chalk, and all but 1 cue did not have a end. Hot tub was very over concentrated with chlorine as well.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but for the price most of the minor issues could have been addressed prior to arrival.
4.3
The cabin was nice. There were a few things that could be updated. The dishwasher wheel on one side was gone so you had to fool with it to get it to go in. The pool sticks had no felt tips on them and no chalk. There were only two dirty pot holders, and only a couple dish towels and dish rags. We really enjoyed the double deck and the front porch. These were just minor issues but definitely did not damper our stay there. We did not contact management but hopefully they will correct for the future guess.

amazing view and perfectly fit my family of 14

We had a great time with three families in the house. Everything was clean and picture accurate. The staff was very easy to get in touch with when anything was needed!
4.3
The railing on the back deck was quite loose and that made us parents very nervous when hanging on the porch with the kids. Overall the house was pretty comfortable, but could use some updates.
4.3
Our family of fourteen spent five days in one of your beautiful log homes, in Covered Bridge Resort. We traveled from three different states to be together, and had the time of our lives. The home was beautiful and well appointed for our entertainment and comfort. We have all agreed, we would like to make this trip again, sometime in the future. These log homes are conveniently close to all amenities, including both necessities and entertainment, while still being tucked into a beautiful mountainside. Everything was clean and in good working order.

Mountain Oasis
It was the perfect getaway for me and my family. The only things I would suggest is to update the washer and dryer as we had to dry each load multiple times especially if it was more than 1 towel. Maybe get some new pool sticks as well the current pool sticks do not have any tips. Keep a broom and small vacuum for guest to use during their stay as well. Overall it was a great stay!!
4.3
We had 4 families stay here for a baseball tournament and it was perfect. Plenty of space and about a 15 minute drive to the Calripkin fields. Close to many restaurants and places for the kids. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had and the non emergency maintenance crew were very quick to come out. Only concern was some of the rails seemed a little wobbly and would make me nervous if I had small children. GREAT HOUSE!!! Highly recommend!!!

Had a great time!
Our family of 5 adults and 3 children stayed here. I can't say enough great things about the owners and the cabin. The location is perfect, literally minutes from food, gas, and entertainment. The view from the main balcony every morning while we had our coffee was so relaxing! We did have some issues with the hot water and the hot tub, but they were very attentive to our problem and worked as quickly as they could to fix it. If there was one thing I would change, it would be the bathroom situation. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom except the 2 bedrooms on the main floor. We had to share that bathroom including the person sleeping on the hide-a-bed ( I wouldn't recommend it for an adult, a child with a strong back should sleep there ) - we worked it out and it didn't hinder our vacation. It's just something i would have changed. Other than that, I highly recommend this cabin (I think we had the best view out of all of them) !!

Great Spring Breaks for 3 families
We are a group of 3 families with teen girls. Every one got nice bed to rest after full door outdoor activities. The view from balcony is great and that's main reason we booked this cabin. It's true as picture shown. Location is wonderful and close to lots things. We are all happy with this cabin. Only one suggestion, add a small dish washing liquid in kitchen will be great!

Great stay in Pigeon Forge
We had a great weekend with friends! There was plenty of space for 10 adults- we enjoyed the hot tub and the fully stocked kitchen. I will note, they tell you that they don’t provide any spices and they mean it! We forgot to bring salt and pepper and had to go purchase some! The cabin is a very easy drive from the Island and we enjoyed our time there. We would highly recommend this cabin!

Just as good the 2nd time around!
Great location! Perfect for handicaps! Clean and comfortable! I’m so thankful we’ve found this! Will be staying here many years to come!
4.3
The property was well described and accurate. The location was just 6min from pigeon forge and a 30min drive to Gatlinburg. It was also about 40min from Knoxville. There was a pizza place, gas station and general store about 4blocks from the property, very convenient if you had to pick up quick supplies. I would have appreciated if the property would have been stocked with more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher soap. Especially since we were staying at the property for 7 nights. The home only comes with one role of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel and a couple of trash bags. Also, the area rug could’ve used a cleaning. So be prepared to buy them when you stay on property. Besides this, we enjoyed our stay.
4.3
Our cabin was just as promised. The only problem was that the downstairs heat did not work. It was 52 degrees downstairs. Company tried to make it right, but did not have the part to fix it. They did bring a heater to use, but it was not strong enough to warm the downstairs.
