This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!

Water in villa was out all day on Saturday, we had plumbers coming in and out of the villa all day we were unable to shower, use restrooms etc.

Stayed here with my family (5). Overall the place is super nice and clean and convenient. Ovi was very helpful and sent his housekeeper several times when we had a few issues.
There were a few areas of complication/miscommunication.
1. There IS a hottub on the patio, but it's not for guest use (apparently it occasionally is, for an extra fee per day, but when we were there it didn't look to be operational)
2. There are 3 pools and 2 hot tubs in the courtyard, but the pool and hot tub closest to the apartment are not for guest use either, they're only for owners.
3. There are loads of power strips conveniently placed around the apartment, but they are VERY touchy, which resulted in sketchy electricity for several devices and appliances. The overall wiring of the place is a bit suspect, as one of the lights in the bathroom was very unreliable. We thought that the internet was unreliable, but it turned out to be that the router was plugged into a power strip, and once we shifted that, it was good.
4. There's supposedly video games, but it seemed to be only an Amazon Fire Stick which had no log-in info.
5. We were there with 3 teens/preteens, and loved how spacious it was. But we weren't prepared for how crowded with decorations it would be. There was very little surface area to put down our own stuff, 'cause there were breakable decorations everywhere. Had to move some to the floor for safekeeping.
6. Well stocked kitchen but only 1 dish towel. Could have used more.

Ovi’s place was in an amazing location. There is a path that leads directly from the back to the public beach. It is also right next to all the Calle 13 restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The security is very strict but as long as you don’t take your wristband off, you’re fine. The ac was not working well but Ovi called someone immediately and it was fixed. He is very responsive and a good host

Excellent stay with plenty of amenities
I have only stayed a few places in Puerto Penasco and this condo happens to be on of the great ones, it’s extremely clean, the a/c was perfect for the heat outside, the tv’s had channels from dish, the freezer had frozen mugs to put your beer in which is a nice touch. checking in is simple, it’s secure and feels safe with security constantly roaming. Thank you I may come again

Great Location Very helpful staff
Was worried About going to Rocky point considering My Spanish is weak to nonexistent. Staff a ploke English and I felt very safe and had the most relaxing 3 day weekend ever. Will be going back soon.

The property itself was nice. The location was pretty good. If you are staying with kids, I wouldn't walk around, as it's on the main street with the strip clubs, and drunks. But for a group of adults, it was ok. It wasn't the best place I stayed, but not the worse. However, we did have issues.
First major thing was, we rented this property specifically for the private hot tub. I wrote the property manager about how we pay to use it (as it says in the listing, you have to pay an extra $50/day to use it). I never got a response. Then the day we were heading there, the property manager called to give me the entry code, so I asked again about paying the extra money to use the hot tub, and he told me it wasn't working. (It was super dry, by the way, so he had plenty of time to note that on the listing). When I told him the private hot tub was one of the reasons I booked his place, he rudely told me "to cancel then," and then proceded to yell, asking me if I thought he was happy to pay $1,000 to replace the pump.
Second, the inner door of the place does not shut or stay shut. It's a safety issue.
Third, there were NO extra anything. The place said it is suitable for 6 people, there were only 4 towels. No extra. No extra toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The listing says the place has "everything you need for your vacation." I wouldn't exactly say that.
And last thing, there was security EVERYWHERE, to the point that it was annoying. They were hovering over everything we were doing. It felt very uncomfortable, and that we were treated like children, especially as it became later, and we were still in the public hot tub.
It was fine for the weekend. I wouldn't stay again.

Parking was right in front of condo, but if you are riding a bike know it is a bit steep. You might need help to get bike parked.

Cozy Exotic Retreat
We loved staying at this condo! It is located on the ground floor and has a view of the ocean and pool area. We were able to walk right off the patio to the pool area, but also felt very private. The resort has staff constantly monitoring the various pools for cleanliness and each morning a crew cleans the grounds, actually hand wiping the surfaces of walls, benches, planters. The condo was ultra clean, updated and beautifully decorated. We relaxed in the jacuzzi (which has all the bells and whistles). We appreciated the fact that the jacuzzi is emptied and cleaned after each guest. The kitchen was well equipped and the host left chilled beer mugs in the freezer for our use. The host is very easy to reach and answered all questions. This is an A+++ condo.
