This condo follows an open floor plan, featuring a comfortable living area, an expanded kitchenette, and a single bedroom. On days when it's best to stay indoors, snuggle up on the living area's black leather couch to enjoy a cable TV show. Free WiFi is provided for your convenience.

Speaking of dining, you'll find the kitchenette's updated appliances, assorted cookware, and ample countertops sufficient for cooking most homemade meals. Store any leftovers or restaurant takeout in the mini-fridge. There's even a coffeemaker for a fresh-brewed cup of joe in the morning.

Devils Lake (two-and-a-half miles north) has family-friendly activities including kayaking, boating, and stand-up paddleboarding. Reserved for the 21-and-over crowd, Chinook Winds Casino (five miles north) has gambling.

Loved the view from the window, super comfortable bed, and having a place to cook. Great location close to the beach and stores. Would stay again.

The place was clean and in a nice location. The lack of some kitchen amenities made it difficult to cook, which was one of my main reasons for picking this room. Over all it was a pleasant stay and the staff I talked to were kind and informative.

The room, the kitchen, and the bathroom were all clean with the exception that there were no towels, cooking pots, not as many utensils, bed covers, and the door at the bottom of the building entrance was staying open at night. Also, if you were to open the windows for some fresh air, there was no screen for protection. I feel like people who go there with kids is very dangerous. I think that the company should add some protection to the windows so kids or sometimes adults don't fall down and especially from a high distance since we stayed at the seal: upper. In rest, the place was great for spending some time at Lincoln City.

I'm not one to leave a bad review but when there is multiple things that can be easily fixed but are not, I have a problem. We had the slam our front door shut because the locking mechanism is being held together by cardboard, one of the other doors had a cardboard wedged into the side to keep it from moving, the floor was disgusting and needs to be moped in between visits, one of the plates where still dirty, there was no screen in the 3rd floor window, the couch had a massive rip in it, the coffee table had a piece of paper wedged under it to keep it from wobbling, and the cabinet above the microwave/stove is covered in grease. This one is more of a person problem but if your anything like me and like to be comfortable, the bed is rock fucking hard... we couldn't stay another night do to the fact we hardly slept the night before....

Where to begin? We rented at the Seal property upstairs. There were so many things wrong with this place I am not sure where to begin. The pictures may be of the same place, but they were taken MANY years ago because it does not look like that any longer. They did some upgrades inside, new cabinets, new bathroom etc. BUT…. The parking lot has light throughout EXCEPT by this building. The entrance isn’t marked and there aren’t any lights outside to see to get in. There is a lock code on the door, but it doesn’t work so you can just walk in. The hallway is dirty (spiderwebs, leaves, trash etc.). When we walked into the room it is very dingy, but I thought it is ok we are just going to sleep here. Then it went from bad to worse. Most of the walls have separated from the ceiling. There were visible cracks all around the room and bedroom. The pictures don’t show the bedroom. That’s because it is AWFUL. The house is shaped like a triangle and the point is where the bedroom is. The bed looks like it was someone’s old bed they were getting rid of, and this place was the place it got dropped at. There were sheets and one blanket on the bed. There isn’t any place to put your suitcase but on the floor. We heated up the dinner we brought and tried to relax. Things went from bad to worse. The house LEANS! I don’t me just a little it LEANS. By the time we finished eating I was sick to my stomach from leaning. We wound up booking another place and left this dump behind. I like Vacasa and will rent from them again but this property is one I will never go back to.

Loved the view from the window. Bed super comfortable. Having a place to cook was amazing. Being able to have my fur baby even more of a plus. Just wished the heater in the living space worked and maybe some how put the tv in the room. Very close drive to everything. About 5 mins to the beach or to a store. Would definitely stay again.
