This spacious 3600 Sq. Ft. 5 Bedroom / 6 bath Tuscan style Villa sits on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, FL.
An indoor elevator is a must when staying at the beach. Not only is it convenient for your luggage and groceries but it's a nice amenity for older folks who may not be comfortable climbing stairs. This Townhome has 5 Master Bedrooms - all having their own private en suite bath. Two of them are Grand Master Suites overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with private walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs. The 4th floor Grand Master Suite has a private soaking tub overlooking the gulf. Each Grand Master Suite has its own private balcony with spectacular views of the white sand and emerald water. The other 3 master bedrooms have a queen bed and their own private full bath with beautiful tiled walk-in showers and great views of the sound. Every bedroom and bath offers a spa like experience that includes luxurious bedding & linens. The large deck with seating for 10 is perfect for overlooking the tranquil views of the gulf while dining in. There's a private boardwalk to the white sands and turquoise water that await you. Each floor has its own air conditioning, furnace and hot water heater. The elevator provides easy access to each floor from the ground level to the 4th floor. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The living room and Grand Master Suites also have DVD players. There's WiFi and free long-distance phone access via land line throughout the house including the elevator.
The kitchen has state of the art appliances for your culinary preparations. Lots of counter space with an over-sized granite covered island that houses a wine chiller and doubles as a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. The main floor is open concept and offers a spacious living room with plenty of seating while looking out at the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Travertine floors and high end furnishings are throughout the house. Dolphins and stingrays can be seen from the decks and inside the living room in the mornings and evenings. The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after spending the day enjoying the beautiful beach.

Every summer my husband and I vacation with my friend and her son. This year we had a new addition to the vacation trip….6 month old grandchild with our son and wife. The house was perfect as we all had our own space. Beach is never crowded so we can really enjoy every day! We have stayed here before and just keep coming back. I highly recommend!

Everything about our stay at Tuscany Navarre was simply wonderful! We gathered a group of family & close friends from all over the country here to celebrate FIL’s 89th birthday! Navarre Beach & this place was everything our family had wished for! This house is spacious, well decorated, very well provisioned & exceptionally clean. The owners were super responsive in setting up for our arrival & answering any questions. Everyone in our group of seasoned travelers was super impressed with all aspects of our stay. A special thanks to Tammie for making sure our stay was an excellent experience. We hope to come back for a future stay!

The house is beautiful & wonderfully furnished & very very clean! We had everything we needed to cook with except the food! There is markets close by so that was also a plus. The white. sandy beach is right out the front door so laid around, built sandcastles & look for seashells. Also saw pods of dolphins almost every morning so again a plus! If & when we go back again we will definitely stay there!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The elevator was very convenient for my parents. The rooms were very spacious and everyone had PLENTY of room. The view is incredible from both balcony suites. I couldn't have picked a better condo for us all to stay together. This place had it all and then some! Stores were very close by along with lots of dining spots. Most importantly we were right on the beach! The hosts were awesome and responded very quickly anytime we needed anything. We were definitely spoiled and really can’t see ourselves staying anywhere else. Thank you to Tammie and Curtis both. You made our stay very enjoyable and would love to stay again. It was hard saying goodbye. Till next time… you won’t want to leave! :)

This house is truly just as beautiful as it looks! We have stayed there twice and will come again. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality cookware, the beds are comfortable and the elevator makes loading in and out much easier than other places we have stayed. Working with the owners is easy and they are available if there are any issues. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Three years ago, five retired siblings, after being scattered across several states, decided to begin getting together for an annual reunion. This home was the perfect retreat for us. Five bedrooms, five baths, big kitchen and an awesome view of the the gulf. And the elevator! Yay! Super easy to get all of our bags and groceries to the upper floors. Spouses and sibling all agreed this was the perfect retreat, the best yet! We will be back!

We have been coming to Navarre for many years and this was probably our favorite place to stay. There was plenty of space & seating for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything thing I needed to cook for my very large family. The bathroom in every room assured no fighting over showers. Every floor had a vacuum and cleaning supplies for the inevitable. Finally I felt I got much more house for the price I paid. I have spent a lot more on other properties and did not get anywhere near what I got here.

Tuscany Navarre is fantastic for a large family. The elevator was essential for my elderly mother. I felt the property was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. It was nice that there were some kitchen items such as soap, dishwasher soap, spices, etc. as well as some paper products to get started for the week. Definitely have groceries delivered. So much better than arriving and having to to grocery shopping right away. The only suggestions and not a big deal at all was the lighting wasn't the best to apply makeup and it would be so nice to have a full length mirror somewhere. If there was one, I didn't see it. Also, I loved the gift of the beach bag and towel. At least I hope it was a gift. lol Tammie, the owner was always so quick to answer questions and provide lots of information.

Due to COVID-19, I knew that Christmas would be different this year. I wanted to spend a safe Christmas with my immediate family in a place that would allow us to still make memories. I could not ask for a better place to make those memories. My family spent the entire Christmas weekend together; there was no reason to leave. I can not thank Tammie enough for sharing her home with us and providing a safe place for my family to get reacquainted.

Great condo at an even better location

Our extended family of nine, had a wonderful Thanksgiving week vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and a nice family room for us all to eat snd watch TV together. With just a very short walk to the beach we had plenty of beach time and took some long walks along the shoreline. We also brought our bikes and enjoyed the bike trail. All in all, the entire family said it was our best family vacation ever.
