About this house rental
No Pets Allowed. This beautiful and inviting home is just "A Step Away" from Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach, the Fiscalini Ranch preserve and the West Village of Cambria. The large and comfortable living room has amazing ocean views and a gas fireplace - a great place to be, morning, noon or for sunset watching. There is a dining room off the fully furnished kitchen and a large deck, with a charcoal barbeque. Both the dining room and the deck have tables to seat six people. The house has WiFi, two flat screen TVs with DVD players. There are three King beds (a regular King and two California Kings). The backyard is protected from the wind and offers a beautiful spot for relaxation. The laundry room is on the ground floor. Ocean views, gas fireplace, charcoal BBQ, two TVs WiFi. TOT#6003870

The home is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. My family had lots of space to relax, read, watch shows, and cook. There’s a nice ocean view from the living room which makes it a great place to read and relax. It’s a short walk to the beach and to Fiscalini Ranch for hiking.

After an unexpected cancellation by Vacasa, the manager of a rental we reserved on VRBO - we had to take matters into our own hands to quickly find a replacement . Wow we could not have been more pleased with the rental house, service provided by Scenic Coast, sometimes things work out for the best and this was one of those times!!

This is a very clean, well maintained and well stocked house. The kitchen is easy to use. Everything works. It’s a very comfortable house with lovely decor. Beds were big and comfy.There doesn’t seem to be any directions about using the tv and maybe there’s no cable or streaming, but there are plenty of DVDs. . The views from the livungroom are fabulous. It’s just such a lovely house.

We loved staying here. The property had great access to Moonstone Beach and the Fiscalini Ranch trails which yielded sightings of several dolphin pods and numerous sea otters. As a bonus, we were able to watch sunsets and sea action from the great room windows.

The house was beautiful and very clean, we enjoyed our stay in Cambria! Deer and wild turkeys were in the lot behind the house in the morning and the walk to the park and beach was close, the hill was a little steep for my mom but we would drive to the park which was close and she enjoyed going to the beach from there.

This property is everything it is advertised as on the listing. We had 4 adults and 2 children. Large 2 car garage. Within walking distance of the beach at 2 blocks, but downtown would be a commitment and you have to cross Hwy 1. The gardens are beautiful and tranquil. The home was spotless and we are pretty picky. The view of the ocean from the living room and deck were so very special as well as being able to hear the ocean when the windows were open. Be sure to do a breakfast at Linn's but skip Sea Chest as it is a hassle, expensive, too much food and rather bland. Pizza at Gianni's - yum.

The property is very close to the water and has a great backyard for your dog, it is completely fenced. The house was just as described large comfortable living room with a ocean view. It was a nice surprise to receive a bottle of wine, it was a very nice gesture. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for six or more even though it was just the two of us. It was really nice to just walk a short distance to be at the beach or at one of the restaurants. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We wanted to escape the heat of the San Joaquin Valley and Cambria was the perfect choice. We’ve rented other homes in the area but, this was our first time at this home in Park Hill. The people who rented prior to us took the garage remote with them. The property manager told me that we should have it within a few days. We were there two weeks and never had a remote, which was somewhat inconvenient. The house is very comfortable with large rooms but, there are a lot of stairs. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was although, there was only one spatula. The bath towels need updating and it would be nice to have a few more. The bedrooms have no chest of drawers to place clothing and luggage on, but there are shelves in the closets with plenty of hangers. Having an indoor laundry room is a plus. The TV was a disappointment.; very few channels to watch and not user friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet (except 2 days of Next door neighbor having a new roof installed). We took advantage of the great location with lots of walks through the neighborhood to Fiscalini Reserve, Shammel park, and Moonstone Drive. The villages are very close with a grocery store, gas and many restaurants. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this house.
