Welcome to this Spectacular, South Facing, Sweeping Ocean View Penthouse-style Condo (B324) in North Coast Village! We call it a 'Slice of Heaven' offering the LARGEST 270 degree Ocean View Balcony in the complex!! Sensational ocean views, Westerly Sunsets, and resort-style living just steps from the beach. This amazing, updated and refurnished 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is bright and airy. It is fully furnished and provides every item possibly needed to make your stay serene and enjoyable. The living area is comfortably furnished and opens up to private balcony equipped with a Bar Style Bistro set for relaxing and relishing the ocean views. The downstairs features a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, a bedroom with 1 Queen-size bed, 1 Full-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The full kitchen is suited with all new cooking utensils and appliances needed to prepare any size meal. The entire second level includes a King size Bedroom Retreat with its own private bathroom opening to expansive roof top balcony, amazing views, and wonderful ocean breezes.

For your enjoyment, the condo features cabled, HD plasma TV's, Blue-ray players, Wi-Fi internet access in each of the living spaces and a music tower that is Ipod, Ipad, Mp3 compatible. The Penthouse balcony offers 270 degree beach and ocean views for relaxing and taking in the sunset from a large patio table that seats 6, 2 Bar Height Bistro tables with swivel barstools, or you can work on your tan (Vegas Style) on 2 lounging chairs! The unit comes complete with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a rolling cooler.

North Coast Village sits right on the beach surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, waterfalls, running streams, and a Koi pond that transport you to a tropical oasis. We had a great time and stay! The manager went above and beyond for us as on the day we left, we forgot some clothes (nice ones) hanging in the closet and she went to extra lengths to arrange for us to get them back and we were very grateful!

Everything was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed having the second floor bedroom + rooftop patio. Our 4-yo loved having dinner on the roof. Being able to walk over to the beach is amazing, plus we enjoy all the landscaping at the complex with the pathways, bridges, fish to feed, pool & BBQ. Plus, having the gym onsite is really cool. I have to mention how the parking garage has a posted clearance of 6' 6" ... we were worried about that because the sharkfin antenna on my vehicle is 6' 6.5" ... I brought a tape measure with me on this trip and before attempting to put the vehicle in the garage, I went around and measured and determined that the clearance was actually a few inches higher than 6' 6", so we were fine to park in the garage. If we couldn't, there is parking across the street. **There may be a "lowest point" of 6' 6" somewhere in the garage so it's up to you how you use this information, but we were fine with our vehicle.

My family stayed at North Coast Village multiple times growing up. My brother, sister, and I have continued to meet here over summer break with our kids and this is really the perfect place for a family vacation. We’ve stayed in several different units over the years but this was one of my very favorites. We loved having a giant balcony to enjoy meals. It really adds to the experience. Host was accommodating and made communication easy. We’d love to stay here again

We were a family of four with teens and loved Liz’s place. The complex is close to the beach, pool and hot tub. Something for everyone. We could just walk to the harbor for dinner and never had to get in the car again! The condo is clean and comfy with a gorgeous balconies (has coffee watching sunrise and drinks watching the sunset). Liz provides beach toys, games and everything we needed to enjoy the condo, complex and harbor. It was so easy!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The positives are the upper patio views of the ocean, very comfortable beds, nice beach chairs, nice tv in every room, plenty of games, and beach towels. The owner did have grill utensils and provided wax paper, parchment paper, and tinfoil. Many utensils for the kitchen were supplied. Things that need improvement are pots and pans, no hook in shower area in master bathroom, second bedroom door latch is misaligned so the door won't latch, and the toilet paper stand is very awkward to use. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay with the family. We are a family of 4, girls loved their room, we enjoyed staying on the upstairs and hearing the ocean when you fell asleep, The roof patio has lots of seating and was a favorite spot to hang out.

Location was perfect , close walk to beach and to the pool. The amenities at the complex are a tropical setting. This unit has large roof top balcony for dining and entertaining with beautiful ocean view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we were at the condo. It was perfect weather and we didn’t get all the June gloom that is typical. Overall a great week!

Wonder ocean views, perfect beach location. Can walk right onto the sand or just a short walk to the Harbor. Unit was quiet and the beds were really comfortable. Slept great!

The property was set up nicely, the number of and size of beds fit our needs. The proximity to the beach is excellent along with the unit coming with beach chairs, towels, etc. The only negative was that that grill did not come with any propane tanks. We wanted to barbecue and utilize the large deck but had to go out an purchase our own. It would have been helpful if this was stated in the listing. Owner was receptive.

The set up for a family is quite nice. It was crazy windy, and not warm, which made sunset watching hard.. you can’t quite see it as much as we thought one could as the pics online felt. But all in all, it was a great place.

The big porch was our favorite part. We had other family members staying in a separate condo, but all of us could gather together on the big deck together, which was so fun. The master bathroom tub/shower was a point of frustration. We knocked our heads often on the bar that used to hold the shower door (there is a shower curtain now). Also, the bedroom with two queen beds was packed in very tightly with furniture; my kids were constantly stubbing toes. The location of North Coast Village was incredible and the amenities of the location were just what we needed!

This was an awesome stay for us. Being this close to the beach and the views from the apartment was well worth the stay. The complex was overflowing with Christmas lights which made for a festive time. A few minor issues at the apartment but overall a great holiday!

My family of 4 enjoyed this property. We were close to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The rooftop balcony was amazing and the views……every night was spent outside. Enjoyed the pool too. Reserved Parking spot was rock star too.

We had a great time at this property. The place is very clean and well equipped with amenities. The roof top balcony is spacious and has a good view. The owner was always quick to respond and provided clear instruction on check-in check-out etc. The village is well managed with wonderful facilities. We enjoyed very much the pool, the Jacuzzi, and other facilities. The only down side to the location is the larger neighborhood beyond the village. The noise from passing trains at night is audible, although we did not mind too much about it.

My two daughters & I had a wonderful stay. The condo was everything that I had hoped for and more. It was super clean, and nicely furnished with a complete kitchen. It was fun to visit with family in town and still have great lodging conveniently located. I would definitely book another stay in the future.

We were so please with our stay at Paradise By the Sea, B 324. The location is ideal for those visiting a Marine at Camp Pendleton--close enough for easy access, yet gated and quiet. The complex is beautifully landscaped with great pools and hot tubs. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and equipped beyond anything we would have expected. The beds were awesome. Pamela was so easy to work with, and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. If we have an opportunity to visit the area again, we won't hesitate to call Pamela.
