Make your next beach vacation on the Isle of Palms one of your fondest memories by staying at this "beachy" oceanfront home. This is the perfect home for a multi-family vacation. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms plus a large pool and spa, offer all the comforts of home with the Atlantic Ocean in your backyard.
The first floor consists of an open living room, dining room, and kitchen with hardwood floors and fantastic views of the ocean from every room! The kitchen features granite countertops, a center island with 3 counter stools and an electric cooktop, a built-in microwave and oven, a dishwasher, and a large side-by-side fridge.
The dining room seats 8 and offers easy access to the covered porch. The open living room, with a cathedral ceiling and amazing views of the ocean through the wide sliding glass doors, features a gas fireplace and a 47" flat panel TV/DVD/CD/Stereo entertainment system.
The large primary bedroom with King size bed commands another great ocean view and provides private access to the covered porch. The spacious primary bath boasts a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. One guest bedroom is also on this floor and consists of 2 Queen beds with a TV/DVD. It has access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is outfitted with a full-size washer/dryer.
The second floor consists of 4 guest bedrooms, 2 with ocean views with access to the full second-floor sun porch. One ocean view bedroom features 2 Queen beds with TV/DVD/CD, while the other ocean view bedroom has 1 King bed and 1 Queen sofa sleeper with TV. The remaining 2 guest bedrooms offer one with a Queen bed and TV/DVD/CD and one with a Queen bed and 1 Twin sofa sleeper with a TV/DVD.
Two bedrooms share a full bath with a shower only and the other 2 bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy an outdoor breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the 2 picnic tables on the first-floor porch overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean, or lounge by the pool and spa with the sound of the waves to relax you.

Pool/Spa Heating can be added for an additional fee of $1050 per week, plus tax. Pool only is $800.00 or Spa Only is $500.00 plus tax. Note pool heaters change water temperature up to approx 20- 25 degrees.
*This is an integrated spa. The spa runs on an on-demand timer system. When you decided to use the spa you turn it on for 30-60 min. prior to use then it shuts off after 2-3 hours. It does not remain hot 24/7.

When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

We had a blast at this beautiful oceanfront home! 6 adults and 5 children ages 6-10. The house was even better than the pictures and very clean, bright and cheery! The pool area and the covered area by the pool - top notch!!! The location on the beach was amazing! We had golf carts but you could easily walk to lots of restaurants etc. The rental company as always was great to work with! We would definitely rent this home again. We were all very sad to leave which is an indication of a great family vacation!

Everything about this house is perfect for our extended family Christmas gatherings. This was our 2nd time to stay at this home. The space is perfect! I will add that some attention should be given for updates and deep cleaning as we could see a noticeable decline in the general state of the home, and I can understand - I'm sure this home gets a lot of rentals due to space perfection and location!

Letting us get early was fantastic. We flew in really early and had nowhere to put our luggage. The gentleman working at the office let us store our luggage and transported to the house after we had brunch. The house is very spacious. There were eight of us ladies and everyone had their own bed. Being directly on the ocean haves us wonderful views. The house could use some updating. Some fresh paint, new carpeting and updated bathroom’s.

The house is big and bright, right on the water. Wide, unobstructed view of the ocean. Lots of natural light. Enough space for a big group. I liked the big open plan for living and kitchen space.
It's also walkable distance to some of the restaurants and bars nearby, which is convenient.

We have stayed in this vacation rental for 3 years. Overall we had a great stay. The problems we experienced with this stay: the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (East Islands remedied this situation as soon as possible and refunded one night); the HVAC system needs some maintenance, upstairs was inequitable distribution of the air, one side was much warmer than the other. East Islands was great at addressing anything we reported wrong with property in a timely manner.

Great location and floor plan but house and pool suffer from a lack of routine maintenance and upkeep. Carpet throughout the house should have been replaced a few years ago as it's heavily soiled and stained throughout. Dishwasher is new but improperly installed making it a challenge to close. An upright rusty nail on bannister leading to pool was a safety hazard to our toddlers that we corrected on the spot with a makeshift cover.Bathroom off kitchen had ceiling repairs that were never completed and that coupled with old shower doors and other junk stored in the laundry room left us with the perception that renter throughput is far more important to owners than a quality experience for the renter.We found it a bit disingenuous--and it reinforced our perception above-- to advertise a jacuzzi bath in the master bath and then to find a nicely framed sign there, "Jacuzzi Jets Do Not Work."Previous comments called out similar things and at least one response indicates maintenance is planned for the fall and it's sorely needed. There's a difference between worn and neglected and this house suffered from both and detracted from an overall great time.Home condition matters and if choice is made to defer what should be routine maintenance and upkeep, e.g., shampooing carpets and pool landscaping, then it should be disclosed and reflected in some sort of discounted pricing.

Overall worked out great for a family beach vaca. Could use new chair cushions in the porch. East Islands was VERY receptive to any needs. Would absolutely use them again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at 902 Ocean Blvd. We love this house!! It felt like coming home since this was our 4th year staying here.The floor plan is perfect for our family. The pool is great for our little ones. The location right there on the beach is perfect. Our family enjoys every inch of the property. We particularly enjoy the porch for eating family dinners and fellowshipping together. God willing, we will be back next year.The A/C was not cooling well on Thursday. I called and the A/C guy was out within 2 hours!!The new dishwasher is nice. Unfortunately it was difficult to close.The new refrigerator is very nice. A new cook top would be nice.Again, we made wonderful family memories!!

This property was a great fit for our family group of 8 women. We had plenty of room to socialize and everyone had their own bed. The pictures and descriptions of the home were accurate. The only suggestion would be to soon replace the first floor bedroom carpeting. It was not bad but is showing signs of wear. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the large pool and hot tub. The rental company was helpful and responded quickly when we called with a question. I highly recommend this property and would happily return!

I am return customer with East Island Rentals. The office is great, the homes are perfect for groups and the location is unbeatable! We really appreciate the free upgrade when the original home we rented was switched out because of renovations! And we made great use of the hot tub!Generally I am someone to give all 5s however there were a few issues with the condition of the house - window is still broken in one of the bedrooms (stayed in the same house in Nov 2021 and we notified the office). Could use a new set of pans in the kitchen. Water dripping from a ceiling light in the living room the day it was raining. We called maintenance and they would be out the very next business day!Overall IOP is our favorite. We love the restaurants, bars, customer service and pretty much everything about the area! Thank you, we will be back!

We really enjoyed the house, but the bar near the pier was so loud every evening that we could not enjoy sitting on the deck. It was even loud inside the house. We won’t be renting there next year.

Communications with company, location and house (overall) were wonderful. The home needs some improvements (updating and touch ups) to make it look nicer and cleaner. There were some issues that the company knew about beforehand but did not tell us. The pool lights were broken which prevented us from swimming at night. It was too dark to swim at night with kids and be safe. Also, there was is a big leak in the living room that made itself present during a storm. Luckily someone was home otherwise our computer would have been ruined. We understand these things happen but the company should have told us of these issues ahead of time especially since they already knew about them.

The location was great, and the house comfortably fit our family of 8 adults and 5 children. We did have a fun vacation. However, there were serious issues with cleanliness and overall condition of the property. The front bathroom had black mold covering the ceiling when we arrived. Workmen came out on our day of arrival and the next day to try to remove the mold, and then the ceiling was primed with Kilz the following day. A tech was checking our pool and shocking it when we arrived, thus we had to wait a couple of hours until we could use the pool. The tech was supposed to return mid-week to clean and check chemicals but never did. The floor of the pool had algae in several areas and the skimmer was never cleaned. The propane cylinder was empty when we first tried to use the bbq pit, so we had to go to the office to exchange for a full one (should have been checked before we arrived). A chair broke when we sat on it on the deck. The cooktop vent duct was separated and blew into the cabinet below. The icemaker did not work, nor did pool lights. Too many things were broken, and attention to detail was lacking. The mold covering the entire bathroom ceiling was completely unacceptable. These things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival.

We had a great week at 902 Ocean Blvd. The location is great. We love to eat our meals out on the porch, so we were disappointed to find that one of the two picnic tables had been removed. Apparently, it had fallen into disrepair. After contacting East Island, we had a new table to accompany the older one. For us, it all about being beachfront with just enough distance from the pier area to give us some privacy and quiet.

This was our second year renting this house, and we again had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. It is at least as nice as the pictures depict, if not nicer. This year we inadvertently did some minor damage. The managers could have reasonably charged us, but they didn't. I have come to the conclusion that this is the perfect house for our family. We're coming back next year!

Very accommodating house for our entire family. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, cups and pots. We love having the ocean so close, and a pool to wind down in at the end of the day. We seemed to live on the porch for visiting and meals, very spacious! Looking forward to our return!

Family Vacation 2022
We love Isle of Palms! This property was great for our big family. Right on the beach and the big pool was roomy for everyone. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly addressed. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to create memories!

East Islands was very responsive to requests for repairs, very appreciated. However, we paid quite a lot & very early for heated pool & spa. It was not turned on when we got there, & ended up losing more than a day & 1/2 of this service without compensation. Very happy with everything about the house, but the mattresses have seen better days. Even so, we would rent again! Keyless entry would be nice, traffic around East Island office was a zoo!
