About this apartment rental
There is no better property from which to enjoy the largest ski resort in the USA -- we are pleased to present our superior Sundial Lodge 3 Bedroom unit.
Sundial Lodge boasts both premier location and premier amenities, as such, it is no surprise that the property has won Conde Nast's Reader's Choice award, putting Sundial Lodge among the top 25 properties in the US West and #1 in Park City, and been recognized by Forbes as one of "The 30 Best Ski-In And Ski-Out Resorts In The World For 2022".
In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain from. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres ski. No "near" or "close" to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts in spring and summer. Summer enjoys golf, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more (all just out the door).
Meanwhile, the property has the amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. From the circular entrance with sparkling lights to greet you upon your arrival, to bell service (seasonal) to assist you with your luggage, and to the front desk to assist you with your check-in. The property has a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas firepits (both pool and roof level), a gym, luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary wifi, paid underground parking, and more.
And this is one of the best units at Sundial, the unit is on two stories, with vaulted ceilings, an expansive oversized balcony running the full length of the unit, and everything in the unit upgraded above and beyond others within the property (from the hardwood floors to the Bosch dishwasher and LG washer/dryer, right down to the L'Occitane amenities, everything within the unit is designed to set the bar for the property from start to finish).
Living area with fireplace, door to balcony, flatscreen TV with DirecTV, internet TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), DVD, music w/iPod/mp3 dock, sofabed, seating at both table and bar, oversized windows, vaulted ceiling.
The full kitchen features granite countertops and slate floors and is fully stocked with everything to enjoy eating with family and friends. Details matter and we go over and above standard with everything from the quality of the silverware, to the provision of both drip coffee and Keurig is above standard for the prop.
On the main level, you will find two bedrooms, one with a king, a fireplace, and a door to a balcony, the second with a queen bed. Both have extra high ceilings, extra high windows, and 42' flatscreens.
On the main level, you will find two full baths (3rd bath upstairs) featuring natural stone, heated floors, deep soaking tubs, and rainshower shower heads. The master bath also features a jacuzzi tub. LG steam washer/dryer.
Upstairs you will find an open bedroom/loft looking down on the living area, with two twin beds (can be made up as king upon request, a small fee applies). There is a flatscreen and DVD player. The third (upstairs) full bath features heated floors and a deep soaking tub.
The balcony is larger than most Sundial units, running the full length of the unit and unlike most Sundial units that have only chairs on the balcony, such is outfitted with chairs and a table to enjoy drinking and dining al-fresco.
Moreover, you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference --from luxury robes to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count luxury linens -- little things that are unique to our unit as we try to go the extra mile and deliver a superior experience.
Property amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), great BBQs poolside for guests, relaxing gas firepits (both pool and roof level), gym, ski check with boot dryers, bell service, complimentary wifi, paid underground parking and more.
Immediately out the door, you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar, to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the Canyons golf course.
And while you have the largest ski resort and the Canyons base village at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that a free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Great location next to the gondola, clean unit, responsive property manager. Ideal for ski trip. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Sundial. The condo is very centrally located. Wi-fi worked great and the apartment was very clean and well stocked on arrival. Very comfortable beds.

Great condo. Location and amenities were ideal for our ski trip.
10.0 / 10.0
Perfect location for a Park City ski trip— allowed everyone in our family to come and go on their own schedule during the ski day. Next to Red Pine gondola. Lots of restaurants and shops walking distance. Great unit (clean!), and three full bathrooms were ideal.

We’ve stayed at high end resorts, hotels and homes all over the country and internationally. This was extremely disappointing. We had lots of maintenance issues, we’ve never seen bathrooms so small, even the couch cushions slid forward every time we sat on it. Then, when I mentioned all of these things to the property manager via email, they told me that we would saved $1,000 by booking with them directly. What kind of response is that. We have no problem paying top dollar for top quality lodging. This was definitely the worst experience we’ve had yet.

Overall quite good. Great space and location. A hiccup with check-in, wrong dates given to front desk at Sundial Lodge (vs confirmation w/Vrbo) but owner/property mgr reconciled it immediately. Loved the ski/boot storage in main lobby. Kitchen a bit dated and missing a few things but would stay here again for sure!

2 bedrooms plus loft was plenty of room for our family of 5. Location right next to the gondola was great as was the ski valet in the lobby. Would stay here again next time we are in Park City.

We have stayed at the Sundial many times over the years, and the location near the base of the gondola is ideal. This was our first stay at this unit, and we were very happy with how well it accommodated our group. The property managers were great as well.
6.0 / 10.0
great location walkable to a lot, lots of hot tubs and good gym. But the unit itself was older and spartan, and many things did not work: blinds: unable to open/close, so no privacy and no sleep in. Fireplace in master bedroom does not come on. Shower light in 2nd bathroom does not work. The sprayer in kitchen so blocked it does not clean sink: do it by hand. The price for this was PREMIUM but the condition of the unit was below average. Note: location great. Adding to this, canyons rental failed to acknowledge any of our complaints so none of these were fixed. They texted us multiple times but never replied to our replies. So made a phone call and they promised followup but did nothing. There are plenty of other properties in canyons village so I would recommend any of these, as long as it was not canyons management company.

Great condo in excellent Park City Resor location. Great views. Hot tub is easy to get to and gym is one of the best.

This property was excellent and I would def stay shsin
I will always book directly from them from now on as vrbo charged me excessive cleaning and service fees of over $300. Live snd learn, I guess

A week in June
Check in was seamless and easy. Property was well kept and as advertised. Fits a family of 5 very well. They accommodated our request for a late checkout which helped us a lot - so this is a good property manager to work with. I would recommend this property!

Spring Break 2022
The property was very clean and centrally located in the village so it’s was easy to access the Gondola and Orange Bubble lift with kids and equipment. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location and Property!
I've stayed at the Canyons many times, but this property was my favorite. You can't find a better location, at the base of the mountain just steps to the Canyons Gondola. Close to shopping, restaurants, ski rental and much more. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Great place and location
The condo was great. Plenty of towels, cleaning products and amenities! Beds were comfortable and there were tv's in every room! The skiing was great and we loved the ability to rent skis and necessities at the village. Checking in skies and boots was very convenient. Utah is beautiful. The only complaint, which has nothing to do with the owners or property management, was the fact that there were several places on site that were closed or had weird hours. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will be back.

Excellent location
Property was just as listed - the management company was excellent - there is a ski valet system - the only negative part of the experience is that the reception staff are not engaged and not very helpful. This may be due to inexperience or youth

Very easy and convenient
Everything about this property was easy and convenient. Location is perfect checking in was fast. The only problem we had was the condition of a few items inside the condo. Dishwasher was a little broken, master bath light fixture flickered and a few other little things. Nothing that affected our stay but just little things that could be polished up. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent location; Great property.
Our group stayed at this property for a 4 day ski weekend. The location was superb, right next to the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Chair. The property was clean. The host was responsive. Check-in process was easy. Below-ground heated parking in the building was also great. I would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised.
I had my three adult children and we had a great time. The place was exactly as advertised other than the fact that it was not ski in/out, but I think that is because the Canyons was not fully open. Otherwise it was all good !

The location was great. Most convenient spot regarding location to lift and shops.
Overall experience was great. The property is a little dated and the bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty tight but typical.

Off season bliss, but….
Great location, even with all the pre ski season construction. (Dust and noise except on Sunday)
Our unit was fairly well equipped for cooking and such.
The humidifiers, which every room has, were in need of cleaning. All of them smell moldy and musty and had to be turned off because of the smell.
The feather pillows in living room were flying badly and need switched perhaps.
The whole place needs a deep cleaning badly. As I was looking for some dropped items on the floor, I noticed how much dust, dirt, and spilled foods, were under the sofa, tables and chairs in the living room, and our bedrooms too. All of our sinuses were a little to a lot on allergy alert and usually felt better when not in the unit. (Even with the air alerts)
When we were out of the unit for 1/2 a day while waiting on a flight out, we all started feeling better from being away from our units dirt, dust and mold.
So as I summarize, … Off season Bliss, but

Very Convenient and just what we needed after long days of skiing!
The location of this condo can't be beat. It was steps to the lifts and have an easy ski valet room for access to equipment. There are restaurants and stores steps away and the property had everything you could need. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 - having a washer dryer was a huge bonus and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed all hanging out in the living room (time for the new couch though - the cushions dont stay on it!) The only downside was a lack of storage - when you ski you have a lot of stuff and there was no where to put ski stuff at the end of each day - I would be nice to have hooks or shelves or lockers for everything either in the main area or in the rooms. We throughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Great property and location. Lots of construction going on around the resort which is loud but tolerable. Upstairs twin beds are probably not for adults to sleep in. Property manager was so accommodating! We definitely will return to this unit and property.

Great location & unit!
Great location with easy access to the lifts, shopping & dining. Unit was comfortable and worked well for the four of us. Only negative would be lack of storage. Small vanities in the bathrooms and no place to store food in the kitchen, but overall was very pleased with unit.
