We "have thought of everything!" This 8-bedroom lakehouse is a rare find! Perfect for multi-family gatherings! Two separate, yet connected, houses give you the space to both gather and spread out. We strive to provide all the 'extras' so everyone is entertained and you can relax.
The lake has a gradual increase in water depth, clear water, and clean sand (no muck or lily-pads) makes this a perfect getaway for families with children of all ages! You will not find another rental property like this one!
Multi-family vacationers or group getaways will love this property with access to two 'houses' (connected internally, but can be separated for additional privacy) for a total of 8 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, and 2 living spaces.
Located on Pine Lake, just off of the popular Chain O' Lakes in Waupaca, WI, this property is easily accessible from Appleton (45 min), Oshkosh and EAA (45 min), Stevens Point (40 min), Sand Valley Golf Resort (1 hr), and Nordic Mountain (20 min)! It is also a great getaway from Madison (1.5 hours), Milwaukee (2 hrs), and Chicago (3.5 hours).

Incredibly comfortable for a multi-generational family! Felt like home: well stocked kitchens, ample room to gather as a group or sit on the window benches to watch the kids fish and play on the ice (toys included). Sturdy dining room table made meals comfortable and game playing for a large group and clean-up easy. Great communication with the host for our questions. I can imagine a summer stay would be even better!

This was our second year for our family gathering for Christmas in February with our children and grandchildren. We love our time together at this lovely place and the closeness of the community for shopping (forgotten items) and the opportunity to explore the area. We all gather in the lower level to prepare meals, play games, or just enjoy catching up with one another. We recommend this lovely place for families to gather together.

We had a group of 17, with a mix of adults and teens, and the design and layout of the property was terrific for our group. 4 levels meant there was always enough space to spread out, while the basement was large enough to accommodate everyone together when we wanted. We loved having 2 kitchens and refrigerators, and the space by the lake with the fire pit was also very large and nice.

My extended family-including 10 adults and 12 kids ages 7-23 had the best time in this wonderful cabin. We weren't there 20 minutes before the kids were in the water. Beautiful beach, so many water toys, games to play inside, and so much fun. The owners have thought of everything-down to hoses to wash off the sand above and below the house, including plenty of parking. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful cabin for us.

Huge place, 4 floors. Had 6 families and plenty of space inside and out for spreading out. Not great AC, one night was hot on some floors. But beach had very clean sand and water. Beautiful sunsets, good hosts, nice deck and fire pit. Water toys were great. Overall, the families all wanted to come back, had a great time!!

Wonderful property with a beautiful lake and plenty of water "toys" for the kids and adults! Lots of bedrooms that fit all 20 of us! There are lots of steps, both inside and outside of the house. So you have to be physically able to handle steps. Our entire family had an awesome vacation. We would love to come back!

This house/property was perfect for our large family! There was plenty of room for all 26 of us! The patio was large enough for all and lots of parking(we had 7 cars and 2 boats). The lake was clean and shallow enough for the young kids to play in! Kids and adults enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boat and lily pad! Well supplied kitchen.
Very poor Wifi, could not stream-bring DVDs!(We were told about this ahead of time). Air conditioning did not reach 1st floor. LOTS of stairs-4 levels in house, plus stairs to beach/lake. Google maps was way better than Apple!

We had a group of 23 with ages ranging from 5 to 65. The property has 4 floors with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach/swimming area is very nice. The lake is clean and quiet. There are kayaks, paddle boards, and a paddle boat. We had a very relaxing time and there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a vacation. One thing to be aware of is that because there are 4 floors, there are a lot of steps from top to bottom. The owners are great to work with and responded quickly to answer all of our questions. If we had the opportunity we would definitely come back again.

Christmas in April
We LOVED it. There was so much room for the 20 of us. Having a bathroom on every floor was amazing. We also liked having two kitchens and living spaces. It let us spread out for games, conversation, and naps (haha). The lake looked beautiful and we enjoyed sitting around the campfire our first night there - unfortunately the weather did not cooperate on Saturday. Would definitely rent this again! Thank you

Perfect Large Group Getaway
This property was absolutely perfect. We had kids and adults who were all happy for a long 3 day weekend! The house fit us all so comfortably and the activities right out the backdoor were so much fun! We had many fishing holes open, kids sledding down the hill right in the yard and 4 wheelers and Otter sleds whipping kids around on the frozen lake. And when we couldn't get a truck started on the day we had to leave, the owners and cleaner were so helpful and understanding in trying to get us out of there. We definitely want to check this place out in summer to enjoy the beach and not frozen water! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Family winter weekend
We spent the weekend with our whole family with grandkids ranging from 18-3. This is our first winter experience at a cottage and it was a huge success! The cottage accommodated our family perfectly. The kids loved being on the ice enjoying hockey and the ice fishing experience even though no fish were caught. Their biggest enjoyment was sledding down the hill from the cottage onto the lake! Fun was had by all! Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this location on Pine Lake. The house was spacious yet cozy for our holiday time with extended family. We spent some time on the ice enjoying the wonderful winter scenery. Family reunion
Excellent site for multifamily group with small children. The bedrooms are spread through three stories of the house, so one crying infant does not wake everyone. The lake is sand bottom, so no mud, and the beech is gradual, so there is time to retrieve a small child if they start to wander in too far. The lake is small and calm enough for older children to explore in a kayak without getting lost. There is a flat grassy partially shaded area for people not inclined to be swimming to sit and watch the fun. We were there in the fall, so not a lot of neighbors around, but everyone we met was polite and friendly. We did not feel the need to do any off site activities, but the Ice Age trail is a <15 minute drive away for hiking. Highly recommend this property.

Family Fun for Sure!
This property was wonderful for our family get-together. There were 13 of us, and there was PLENTY of room for even more guests. It was nice to have two kitchens and living spaces so the kids and adults could have their own areas. The various floors made things feel private and quiet (there are quite a few stairs, however). The beach was amazing. . . having two docks was awesome, and the kids loved the swimming platform and lily pad. The amenities were amazing as well. . . so many sand toys, yard games, board games/puzzles/books/DVDs, etc.. The owners of this property have truly made it a home away from home and thought about the little things to make someone's stay comfortable.
