The property overall was great. The house was located on a private road with about 10 other lakefront properties. It was walking distance to some trails which was nice to hike with the family. The house was well maintained on the inside and met our needs with kids and adults. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary pots, pans and utensils to make dinner and breakfast. The house contained life vests in a bin in the laundry room that could be used for the paddle boat. The playroom with ping pong table was a huge hit with the kids. The only minor complaint would be the cobwebs covering the outside furniture and entry way to the house. Found a broom to take care of them. Would rent again if looking for a nice house to relax on the lake.

The water heater was not functioning properly and we had to go into the basement every morning to turn on the pilot switch. The last morning we woke up to a 50 degree house because the heat had quit working - had to reset that. One of the chairs at the kitchen island was broken.

We had a wonderful visit at Captain Jack's. Beautiful view. The home was very nice. 1 issue we had was one of the bedroom's sheets were dirty. They looked like they did not get changed from the prior visit. So we just changed them with the extra set of sheets we had. not a big issue.

Perfect place to Celebrate College graduation
This place is a slice of heaven. Location was perfect and the fact that there are few stairs was very important for our older family members. The home is better in person, so spacious and welcoming. All the cooking utensils you could think of. The stress instantly leaves you as you sit on the patio overlooking the lake. We booked an extra night just so we didn't have to leave at checkout. The owners take great pride in making sure the house is perfect.

Finger Lakes is great
I loved the idea of getting away with my kids. The area was amazing everything we were looking for. However, the outside of the house full of spider webs and tons of bugs. When we walked inside the house was great and comfortable but there was spiders in the kitchen area.
The management company really did not prepare this house for us.

Thanksgiving 2019 at Keuka Lake
The 6 of us spent Thanksgiving here. The kitchen was large enough to cook dinner for all of us. The game room upstairs provided fun for the family. We were able to bring our beloved dog to make the holiday complete!

June 2017 Stay
What a great location. We had a family vacation to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and the accommodations did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and more. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes Region and we will be back. Thanks for sharing this home with us.

July 2017 Stay
The grill was defunct. The replacement that was delivered wouldn't get hot. A treble (fishing) hook was found on the living room rug. There were no saucepans in the 1 qt - 3 qt size range. The cookie sheets were rusted. The screen door to the deck was not on its rails and wouldn't work. 2 of the coffee table legs were barely attached. One of the kitchen stools had been damaged and not repaired. The kitchen ceiling light was not clean (dead bugs). In all, there was a clear deficiency in the care and maintenance of the property - not "premier" by anyone's standards.
The people we dealt with at Premier Properties were very nice, helpful, quick to deal with the problems we reported.
