Take a quick drive via I-25 and I-40 to historic Old Town where you can shop the Plaza for authentic turquoise and silver jewelry handcrafted by the First Nations vendors selling their wares. Our house is conveniently located near I-25 to head north for a short drive up to Santa Fe for a day trip. Or for a more leisurely and scenic drive up to Santa Fe, simply head south on Tramway Blvd. and around the Sandia Mountains to the Turquoise Trail.

This is a must-see event with balloonists coming from all over the world for this one-of-a-kind experience. We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us! We had three adults and two kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were super comfortable and house very warming. We needed to check in early and Chris quickly responded and accommodated the request. Would stay again.

I booked the VRBO and I decided that my other three sisters and I needed to get together to discuss estate planning. Two of my sisters live alone and we wanted to discuss their estate plans. We are 69-77 in age. We had not all been together since our mother died twenty years ago. The oldest sister lives in Albuquerque and has a beautiful house two miles from the VRBO. We loved the VRBO. It is in a great location. We drew names to see who would get what bedroom. We had no complaints. When the oldest sister came to visit us, she noticed MINOR things that she said we needed to report. I can’t even remember what she said!! The only thing I noticed was the top of the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I’m tall! LOL. If I were to go back to Albuquerque, I would definitely stay at this VRBO, but I never plan to return!! The VRBO is equipped with everything one would need to cook (which we didn’t do), including lots of spices, ingredients, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this VRBO.

Property was all that was advertised and more. Clean and comfortable, convenient to downtown and tourist amenities and surprisingly quiet. Couldn’t have asked for better or nicer accommodations.

The house was spacious, clean and well kept. It included all the needs to make it a home for a lengthy stay. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful views and close to local attractions of various types as well as daily needs such as gas stations, supermarkets, etc. Highly recommended.

I could not manage the AC. Even after I switched it to off, it kept coming. The shower glass was covered in spots. Probably needs a vinegar cleansing.
Overall the property was great and Chris was very helpful.

Two of my adult kids and I came to hike and climb. We went to Whole Foods on our way into town and ate most meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The tvs were set up for us to stream our Amazon prime movies. And there’s so much great hiking nearby! Great experience!

Convenient location in NE Albuquerque with million dollar homes across the street.
Kitchen had everything one could need and I appreciated being able to park in garage.
Felt completely safe and comfortable.
My concern about street noise from Tramway Rd was not an issue at all unless sitting outside and even then it was not a big deal.

Great communication, fantastic location, wonderfully clean! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Chris was very informative about different things to do. We loved being right next to the Sandia‘s. We hiked and ran every day. Just 10 minutes from Rainbow Ryders and not a bad drive to Santa Fe for the day. Everything was perfect! I would stay here again if I don’t end up moving here. I am a single mom and came with five of my kids. We felt very safe and comfortable.❤️

Recently stayed over spring break with my family including my grandad. The home is in a great location easily accessible to grocery stores including Albertsons and Trader Joe's. We felt the description of the unit was accurate and were very comfortable during our stay. The owner was easy to reach before and during our stay. Overall, we had no complaints and enjoyed our time there.

Very nice home with well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, and nice decorations. More blankets would have helped the four of us because the comforters on the beds were very warm.

Excellent property & location. Would definitely rent again! Christopher was very responsive to any messages to him from the time we rented to when we checked out. He was very kind in working with us when our flight to Albuquerque was cancelled & we were delayed a day in arriving. Property was well stocked with all that we needed. Thank you, Christopher, for a great experience!

Great place to stay in ABQ for a family or 2 couples
I stayed here with my sister and her husband. They stayed in the main floor master, and I slept in one of the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The house was spacious, clean, well-decorated, and had all the facilities we needed. It's located in a quieter area of town near the mountains. Air conditioning worked really well (maybe too well - got a bit chilly and we had to turn it down or turn it off, at times). It's great to have an attached garage and a full kitchen, compared to having a hotel room. We split the cost, and it cost less than having to pay for 2 rooms at a modestly priced chain hotel.

Great stay
This was our second stay. Great location and had all amenities we needed. It will likely be our goto stay when we visit ABQ

Amazing Stay in Albuquerque
We were visiting from California in order to attend a memorial service for my aunt. The house was well equipped & it was in a nice location. It took a little time to figure out the roku set up for the TVs & the evaporative cooler, but we got it. My parents were able to watch the local news & we were very comfortable. As people who live in AC, it was very helpful to watch a video on how evaporative cooling works. The video explained which windows to have open and when. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs western bedroom and let my parents have the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing such a great house!

Large home in great location
We couldn’t believe how large this home was compared to the pictures. It was just me and my husband so we didn’t use the upstairs bedrooms or bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. The decor is nice without having too much “stuff” around. Our hosts responded quickly to any questions that we had. We had a great time.

Well appointed 3 bedroom house
Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. The host left coffee, sugar, sweetener and tons of spices. Nice to travel and not have to pack supplies for a few nights stay. Comfortable beds and loving room furniture. The host thought of everything. Even a gas fireplace to take off the chill.

A relaxed and stress-free experience
A couple of friends and I were looking for a place to stay while we were in New Mexico and we stumbled upon Chris's home! His home was very clean and nice. My friends really loved the amenities. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable like we were in our own homes! Chris was also very helpful with whatever we needed. I highly recommend booking with Chris for an enjoyable experience, and I might just end up booking here again if we are ever back in New Mexico!
