This modern, recently remodeled condo is centrally located in the Seasons at Avon building, within a 5 minute walk from the Westin Riverfront Gondola, Nottingham Lake/Park and the Avon Summer Concert Series! With its convenient location and comfortable accommodations, The Seasons at Avon is a great value for guests looking for easy access to the Beaver Creek ski slopes and Avon’s shops, restaurants and entertainment. This particular unit (#314) has two levels and is one of only a few in the building with mountain views from all bedrooms, unobstructed by exterior hallways.

Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony or in front of the fireplace in the open concept living/dining room. The primary bedroom includes a California King bed with a new (2024) Leesa Legend Hybrid Mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks located on the second floor with one half wall open to the stairwell. The downstairs second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with shared access to a third full bath. The unit includes a full-sized washer/dryer and a gas grill available on the balcony. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage which has two guest parking spaces and a secure ski locker.

The Seasons building is situated directly across the street from Avon's state-of-the-art recreation center, offering numerous activities, athletic equipment, a water slide, lazy river and pool/spa open to the public for a fee. The Westin, a few steps on the other side, also has an ample Athletic Club space and luxurious spa also available by fee.

Nottingham Lake is a quick walk and offers ice skating in the winter and swimming with beach paddle boats and paddle boarding in the summer.

You can be in Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead in minutes. The Avon Transportation Center is adjacent to the property with a shuttle to Vail and Bustang service to Denver. Walk to a variety of restaurants and shops in Avon, or take the shuttle to the main village of Beaver Creek.

Modern well appointed condo with room for everyone. Gourmet kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances. It was an overall premium experience and an easy walk to the gondola. Would rent again.

We had a great week skiing Vail and Beaver Creek. The condo is perfectly located for access to both mountains. It’s a two minute walk to the Beaver Creek Gondola and the free shuttle to Vail is directly across the street. The kitchen is well stocked and rooms are plenty large. Having three bathrooms is also a huge plus when a group is all trying to get ready to head out together. Overall, great stay, I highly recommend!

Had a fabulous stay in this condo while on a ski vacation with my family! The place was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us and had the ability to accommodate at least two to four more people. It was very well appointed, with interesting furniture, a fireplace, plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms, a small deck with a view of the Beaver Creek mountains, a cafe table and chairs and a large grill on the deck, and en-suite baths in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen and bar area are beautiful and well stocked with everything needed for meals and cocktails! The condo is very conveniently located! With stores, restaurants, the lake in Avon, the shuttle buses to Vail and Beaver Creek, and the Beaver Creek ski gondola all just a short walk away! Overall, it was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay there again!

The property was exactly as advertised to include the short walk to the Gondola. The property was well appointed, and everything worked perfectly. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Parking was easy for two cars with no drama as in other ski areas. Overall, this property set the conditions for a stress free vacation.

The appointments were over the top great. We are a family of foodies. We had a beautiful cheese souffle for dinner and the kitchen had everything and more. The glassware is plentiful for all the glass snobs. The decor was lovely. It truly was like home.

Location, communication and cleanliness were great. Only issue was no central AC and bedroom AC units trip the breaker if below 72. This may not be an issue majority of the time, but we visited during a very sunny/hot week in July which left the condo a bit warm when we got home from activities late in the day. It does cool off during the evening. Would definitely visit again but thought it was worth sharing.

The floor plan on this condo was prefect. We could easily congregate in the living room/kitchen. We love to cook and this kitchen comes with everything you need. Gorgeous unit in ideal location, we walked everywhere we needed to go. Condo is situated in best part of the building, views from every room, close to elevator and fitness room. Modern, luxe updates throughout, easy check in and great communication with property manager. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the location very much. The views from this property are great as long as you can look over the gravel of the floor below. Close to Nottingham Park which are teens loved. Walk to restaurants! There is no pool in the building. There is no central air either but they do have some fans in the rooms. It would be great to get another king bed in the unit. We enjoyed the condo - very clean - but thought the price was high for the older building. Management company was great and very helpful!

The property was the perfect size for a family of 4 adults and it would have easily accommodated a few more. The modern, updated condo was exactly as shown in the pics and had all the comforts of home. The property manager was super responsive and provided additional resources regarding local activities. The location was perfect too - walking distance to recreation center with pool and gym, large park surrounding a lake where we took an evening walk, and easy access to Vail, Beaver Creek and towns to explore west of Avon. I would definitely recommend this property and would return again in a heartbeat.

Everything was as advertised. Two things to note for potential renters: (1) there’s no door for the upstairs suite, so you lose some privacy; (2) you’ll have to store your skis somewhere else, which is slightly annoying. Otherwise a great stay!

This condo has all the conveniences you could want for a weekend getaway. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Access to Beaver Creek Resort is a short shuttle ride or walk to the gondola across the street. The condo is very clean and has a modern mountain decor that's relaxing. Visiting this condo in the summer is just as great as the winter. We'll be back.

Would definitely stay here again. The property is fantastic and well represented on the Website. Very close to the Gondola that takes you to the ski lifts. Very convenient, close to the bus stops and shopping / restaurants. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We especially liked the Wine Decanter! The only negative I have is that the water is not very warm for showers and bathing.

What a beautiful condo and right in the middle of everything! I was impressed with the high-end appointments: great kitchen, furniture, media, beds, really nicely laid out. Walkout access to the gondola, restaurants, and beautiful Avon Park. Easy garage access too. We'll be back!

This beautiful property lived up to the photos. The location is fantastic. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Property managers were super friendly and responsive. We wouldn’t change a thing, and would gladly stay again!
