НЕ ХОДЕТЕ В ТОЗИ ХОТЕЛ. ЗАБРАВЕТЕ, ЧЕ СЪЩЕСТВУВА.

Еднообразна закуска, няма хубаво кафе, няма разнообразни плодове - трагедия Налягането на водата е непостоянно. Много шумен хотел. Вратите нямат никаква изолация и се затбарят с тряскане. Няма къде да сложиш бански или хавлия да изсъхне. В банята няма нито една закачалка. Няма къде да си сложиш куфарите. Нямаш никакво място да си извадиш дрехите.

Когато пристигнахме в хотела, управитела на рецепцията ми предложи да платя в брой и да АНУЛИРА резервацията от BOOKING, тоест да не получат комисионна от моята резервация. След като отказах, тъй като нямах и 122 370 THB (около 3220 Евро), ми бе предложена друга "схема", плащам резервацията по предложената ми цена от Booking.com, плащам В БРОЙ ДОПЪЛНИТЕЛНО за друга стая и плащам отново в БРОЙ ТАКСА ОТ 6% върху цялата сума, заради плащането с карта. Въобще схеми от нахитрели Тайланчета. Питам кой ще ме компесира за завишената цена?

Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage, der kurze Weg zum Strand war super. Genau gegenüber war ein 7 Eleven das war toll.

Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir kein gutes Gefühl. Das Personal war nicht zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war dreckig und musst noch mal gereinigt werden bevor wir einchecken konnten. Die Ausstattung vom Zimmer war nicht toll und es war auch nicht sehr sauber. Im ganzen war es nicht sauber auch nicht in den Fluren oder im Frühstückssaal. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Sie stelle sich immer wieder auf zu kalt. Das Hotel im ganzen sah aus als sei es noch nicht fertig gebaut oder nicht zu Ende renoviert worden. Wir würden es nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nicht dorthin zurückkehren.

Stroomuitval Airco, geen gekookt water, geen föhn…geen knopje in kunnen duwen voor housekeeping schoonmaak. Dus na lange dag trip geen schone aangevulde kamer. Ochtend voor vertrek gebeld en gemeld aan receptie. Weinig interesse, houding van: kan gebeuren…Duur hotel geen service

Inte bra!

Fin utsikt från rummet och god mat vid poolen.

Vi blev bytta av Phoenix hotel till ett annat hotell som är trestjärnigt istället för fyrstjärnigt eftersom de hade problem med deras AC. De sa att detta hotell (Best Western hotell i Karon) skulle vara bättre. Dock var det inte bra! Hotelldörren har en stor glipa under dörren som gör att kryp kommer in, ödlor över alla väggar och tak, balkongen var smutsig och inte fräsch att sitta på, hård säng och ofräsch toalett. Det fanns många andra hotell i närheten som de kunde byta oss till istället för detta.

Великолепное расположение, красивые виды с бассейна на крыше, рядом есть пруд и в целом живописный район, приличный номер с учетом цены.

Самое негативное, что запомнилось, иногда возникал запах из сливов в душе, приходилось закрывать дверь в ванную, и не хватает вешалок для сушки, пришлось приспосабливать дверь в душе, и стульчик на балконе. Кондиционер хороший, но поймать нормальную температуру, чтобы тебе было постоянно комфортно, не удалось, приходилось периодически включать/отключать кондиционер.

Le manque de respect et de courtoisie de certains résidents envers le personnel. Le gaspillage constaté lors du petit déjeuner. Certains résidents ont laissé des plats entiers sur leur assiette.

Merveilleux séjour

L’emplacement proche du centre et de la plage. La propreté, la literie, le personnel dévoué et très réactif. Nous avons pu louer des scooters à l’hôtel, à un très bon tarif, cela nous a évité de laisser nos passeports et n’avons pas dû laisser de caution. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, et nous y reviendrons.

Le mauvais comportement et le manque de respect de certains résidents, envers le personnel. Le gaspillage constaté lors du petit déjeuner, certains laissaient des assiettes pleines de nourriture. J’étais choquée par tant de gaspillage.

Bad uten hylle ved servant. Satte toalettsaker på gulvet, etterhvert satte de inn en barnestol for sette fra seg på! Løse fliser på badegulv samt ikke noe vanntrykk. Dårlig rengjøring ! Ikke noe bord på rommet bare en stol. Dette er vel IKKE et 4stjernes hotell, men nærmere 2 stjerner. Glass og kopper ble ikke skiftet. Krever å gå refundert 10000 bath!

Room smelt like poo

Location is all I can say was good about our stay here unfortunately.

As soon as we got to our room and opened the door it stunk of poo! Asked if we could be moved to another room and got told the place was full that night but they would send someone to fix it and move us the next day for the rest of our stay. Housekeeping showed up and sprayed some nice smelling stuff which masked the poo scent for 10min. They didn’t give us a different room and each time we returned to the room we had to air the place out to the point we could stand being there. Nice facility, but wouldn’t stay here again because of the odour.

Location is pretty good

We had several inconveniences during our stay : The sound of the elevator is extremely loud and you hear it everywhere. The AC is also loud, and you don't have much control on it. either on very powerful or not. And it's so humid that you rather be sick. Cleanness was very disappointing. Smell of sewer in the bathroom, ants invasion (and you can tell that the cleaning is really badly done) Reception not really helping, poorly trained, and not really helpful.

Sehr modernes und schönes Hotel mit Top Lage

-Sehr modern, sehr sauber, sehr neu -2 Infinity Rooftop Pools mit unglaublich schöner Aussicht auf den Ozean -beste Klimaanlage die wir in ganz Thailand hatten -Guter Service -Frühstück war super -zum Glück nur Russen hier, geil -Lage war Top,100 Meter zum 7/11 -1 Min zum Strand und in die City

-einer der beiden Pools war sehr sandig -Duschen am Pool haben nicht funktioniert

Okay hotel

Great location close to the beach and centrum.

We booked a non smoken room, but got smoked room which was on the street side and very noisy. The smell was awful in the room. We asked to change the room but it was possible after the first night, so we asked to cancel the booking but it was not possible. The first room was terrible because of the smell and noise of the traffic even there was sea view from the balcony. The other room what we got was clean and calm. Staff was unfriendly at the reception and also at the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was okay, but also very noisy atmosphere. I am happy that we hadn't booked any more nights than two.

Mega Lage und Aussicht, für 2-3 Tage optimal. Empfehle es jeden der nicht auf sein Geld achten muss weil es an nichts fe

Die Lage vom Hotel ist optimal, nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand, der auch viele Schattenmöglichkeiten zum entspannen bietet. Top Pool Aussicht zum Meer mit romantischen Sonnenuntergang beobachtungsmöglichkeiten.

Leider waren während meines Aufenthalts Umbauarbeiten am Rooftoppool, sodass ich in den anderen Abteil des Hotels gehen musste um einen anderen Pool benützen zu können (wusste auch nicht ob ich das überhaupt durfte da mir dazu keine Information am Tag meiner Anreise mitgeteilt wurde). Auch dieser Pool befand sich auf dem Dach. Leider lag mein Zimmer auch direkt neben dem Aufzug, was im Grunde auch nicht all zu schlimm wäre, wenn nicht bei jedem ankommen im Stockwerk ein mega lautes Läuten ertönt wäre.

Very good location close to the beach. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms were spacious enough.

Very moldy rooms, the smell is constant. The AC is loud and doesn't cool the room in its entirety. We had to change rooms because the first one was unlivable with the amount of mold, you can clearly see it on the walls.

Все понравилось ) но если едете на месяц как мы , рассмотрите вариант родить тут неделю и в других частях Пхукета осталь

В целом отель не плохой, не 4 звезды точно, но жить можно, персонал вежливый, расположение хорошее, платили на месте наличкой, завтрак не был Включен, так же номер без балкона легко поменяли с балконом , но с видом на другой отель , нас не смутило) рядом есть 7/11 все можно купить там , так же рядом много кафе и рынок )

Убираются каждый день, но сквозь пальцы, постель за месяц проживания меняли раза два, из которых один раз попросили мы поменять. Так же нет никакой сушилки для вещей, на балконе грязно вещи вешать в номере нет вобще ни одного места сушить что либо. Нам нужно было выехать раньше на 3 ночи по личным обстоятельствам, попросили вернуть остаток, не вернули) бассейн очень маленький всего на 8/10 мест, ни одного зонта от солнца нет лежишь как на гриле чисто.

Pleasant

Good location and nice rooms. The breakfast was perfectly fine and they rent you bikes for a good price.

The bed was a little hard and the walls are really thin so you hear everything from the other rooms. There were just Russian people and they don’t care about the sounds if it’s 3 am in the night. So sleeping was hard sometimes.

The woman cleaner was stupid. I told her for three times no ring bell at 10 am because we not yet wake up but when we leave the room for coffee at afternoon when we back until night no one come to clean room until I saw them and told them to clean room it’s be like that every days

Fantastic value for money

The complimentary breakfast was great. Excellent location; 2 mins to a 7-11, 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins to bars. Swimming pool is clean with a nice view towards the sea. Rooms were clean with great air conditioning and well appointed bathrooms.

The pool area only had 6 loungers and could have done with some tables and parasols. The balconies (on the garden) are only big enough for a single chair The road outside can be very busy and tricky to cross.
