Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen, mooi en net resort, heerlijk ontbijt en we zouden zo nog een keer teruggaan.
We hebben er eigenlijk niets op aan te merken, behalve de prijzen van de drankjes in het resort. Ga beter ergens anders aan het strand bijvoorbeeld, een drankje doen.

Vor allem die Nähe zum Zentrum Karon, so dass ich in 5 Minuten in meinem Lieblingsrestaurant sein konnte.
Schöne Anlage, die vollkommen von der hektischen Umgebung abgeschirmt ist.
Ich hatte beim Buchen nicht aufgepasst und a. Keinen Bungalow und b. Ohne Frühstück gebucht. Mein Fehler.
Mit dem Zimmer im Hochhaus kam ich noch gut klar.
Das aber jedes mal beim Manager nachgefragt wurde, wenn ich etwas aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen wollte und auch Zwischenzahlungen verlangt wurden, fand ich doch ziemlich nervig.
Früher habe ich einfach am Ende meine Extras bezahlt und gut wars.

The welcome to the hotel was lovely - I loved the app for the hotel - the room had a good view was clean and had a very nice bathroom.
Bed was super comfortable!
Loved the swim up bar and breakfast had a large variety of options.
I got food poisoning from this hotel eating at the swim up bar (Prawn spring rolls) - I was so severely unwell we ended up having to call in an emergancy doctor with drip and had several medicines injected plus a bunch of medicines to take after including antibiotics. (£400 later...)
This unfortunately happened on the day we were due to check out and as such we were late not checking out at 12pm as stated - I received not 1 but 3 calls from reception asking why we had not checked out each time explaining we would be out of the room as soon as possible as we were trying to pack and leave whilst I was still extremely fragile with no sleep. Considering they were aware I was unwell as my partner had called them for help in getting an emergancy doctor there was not even a call to check how I was doing even more distasteful considering it was caused by their hotel (we know this as it was the only thing I ate that day that my partner didn't)
Aside from this and a less poor situation - we asked a member of staff one day where we could go for a late bite to eat as we had been on an excursion booked through their hotel which meant we did not arrive back until 9:30pm and after showering it was quite late - they suggested their bar/restaurant down at the beach which we asked how to get to and reception said ask the guy at the front they can take you in a buggy - we asked and the guy said no he can't he can only take luggage and we should walk all the way around out the hotel and down to the beach...this did not sound right to me and when we asked the cleaner he then directed us through the hotel. As lovely as some of the staff were we did find that there was some dismissive and less helpful and others much nicer.
For a 5 star hotel...I expected more.

La localisation proche de la plage, le petit déjeuner, la propreté générale de l’hôtel, la taille et le confort de la chambre et surtout la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l’hôtel!
Juste une petite amélioration - la salle de sport fitness qui n’est pas au niveau de la qualité et du standing général de l’hôtel. Espérons qu’une remise à niveau sera réalisée prochainement !

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek w pięknych okolicznościach przyrody. Piękny i zadbany ogród wokół całego terenu. 5 minut do centrum miasteczka Karon. Pyszne, bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie, personel bardzo uprzejmy, pokoje w głównym budynku czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Blisko do szerokiej i czystej plaży.

Сюда мы обязательно вернёмся! Взяли 2 ночи, чтобы просто посмотреть отель и пожалели. В этот отпуск это было лучшее место.
Здесь было отлично всё:
— персонал гипердоброжелательный и услужливый;
— завтраки просто отвал башки (пожалуй, лучшие, что я встречал в тайских отелях);
— таунхаус — бомба. Нереально гигантский номер, огромная ванная, никаких проблем с водой;
— уборка отличная;
— офигенные бассейны. Coconut pool так вообще с глубиной до 3 метров — кайф!
— т.к. отель частично ремонтировался и часть ресторанов была закрыта, заказывали ужины в номер — тоже всё было супер. Цены на еду приемлемые;
— местоположение — топ! Есть отдельный privacy вход по карточкам с пляжа;
— территория — топ! На ней будто оказываешься в приятном, ухоженном тропическом лесу. Вечером выползало много улиток — от мини до гигантских (смотрите под ноги, я случайно раздавил одну).
Не обижайте улиток 🐌
В общем, 10 из 10!

מקום יפה, סמוך לחוף קרון. חדרים גדולים ויפים. בריכה קטנה בחדר. היתה אפשרות להזמין אוכל לחדר דרך אפליקציה ממש נוחה ומהירה!
שיפוצים בזמן האירוח ולא ידענו על זה קודם! אם הייתי יודעת לא הייתי מזמינה שם. השיפוצים התרחשו בלובי, במסעדה ובבריכה הראשית. כל המתקנים הוזזו למקום אחר, לא נוח בכלל. כדי להגיע ממקום למקום צריך באגי. בפעם אחת התקשרתי ללובי כדי להזמין באגי והגברת בלובי ענתה ״החדר שלכם קרוב״. מתוך 4 לילות ישנו שם בפועל רק שני לילות כי בעלי אושפז ואף אחד בכלל לא שם לב שלא היינו.
החוף אמנם סמוך למלון אבל לא פרטי. צריך לחצות כביש ראשי כדי להגיע אליו.

Food is not good in the pools restaurant. We had problems in each of the orders. The restaurant near beach was closed all the time.

We loved everything about our stay! The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The main pool was everyone's favorite. The food selections were impressive, and surprisingly all high quality while also being inexpensive. I did not expect that! Oh and get the buffet breakfast -- so high quality and full of variety. 10/10 would stay here again!

Sprawling hotel that is undergoing renovation at the front of the hotel ,albeit as are many of the Phuket hotel in this low season. Stayed in the main building in x2 Superior Paradox rooms which were modern and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel whilst large is a concrete jungle and not very authentic Thai when you gaze at it.Back in its heyday this probably was a great hotel but now it’s a little run down in many places. We only stayed for 3 days and then moved on.
Website shows a few pools but only 1 available to non bungalow/suite rooms which is annoying. Life guards on duty to check which is even more. Lisitngs doesn’t make that clear. Main pool is a tad hot but does have water scooters for rent which was fun for the kids.
The walk to the beach from the main building / swimming pool is a meandering 5 min walk which doesn’t sound long but is when you have to do it many times a day. Breakfast was average at best and cleared away prompt just before closing and nothing refilled within 10mins of closing. Restaurants and bars outside the beach side of the hotel are a bonus as not much happening inside the hotel.
Breakfast average , access to beach is a long walk there a back. There seem to be golf buggy around but for suite /beach guests only.

It’s a slice of paradise. The villas are incredible and nestled in your own little tropical rainforest. It feels as though there is no one else around. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

Beautiful breakfast with an amazing range of food. Room was extremely clean and modern! Perfect location, walk out right onto Karon beach. Quiet and peaceful location! The resort grounds were beautiful - felt like a tropical oasis!
Beach front restaurants were not open while we were there due to poor weather. However, this was out of the control of the hotel!

اللي اعجبني في الموقع انه الشاطى من جهة والسوبرماركت من جهة اخرى بجانب المنتجع 7/11 و Tops daily وصيدليه ومغسلة ملابس
والجهة الاخرى الشاطئ فهو يقع بين الشاطئ والشارع اللي فيه الخدمات ونظيف جداً من ناحية الافطار متنوع والاغلب اسيوي
لاشي محدد ولكن اذا اردت المطاعم العربيه في باتونق بيتش يعتبر بعيد بعض الشي بالسيارة تقريبا 20 الى 15 دقيقة وهذا لا يعيبه وينفع جداً للعوائل .. المسبح الخاص بالغرفه جدا صغير ليس مسبح بل مغطس فقط

חדר גדול מאוד עם חצר ובריכונת פרטית. שירות יוצא דופן, אפליקציה של המלון מאוד נוחה ואפשר להזמין דרכה הכל (כולל נקיון החדר כמה שתרצו ובשעה שתקבעו - כל יציאה מהחדר 5 דק אחר כך יבואו לנקות)
האוכל מעולה! (רום סרוויס גם דרך האפילקציה עד 22:00)
2 בריכות פעילות וגדולות מאוד עם הרבה פינות ישיבה ובר.
מיקום מרכזי בקארון, יש למלון יציאה ראשית מהלובי שמגיעה לרחוב שווקים וליד מקדש קארון (שוק הלילה של קארון במקדש בסופש)
היציאה השניה מהריזורט מגיעה למרכז הטיילת של חוף הים בקארון עם מסעדות וחנויות ברמה גבוהה.
המקום גדול מאוד ויש קצת הליכות.
התאורה קצת חשוכה (ברוב תאילנד ככה)
עשינו צק אין מהיום להיום מהבוקר ועכבו אותנו בכניסה בשעתיים והיה פחות נעים, כדאי להזמין יום לפני.
יש בריכה או שתיים שהיו סגורות בגלל שיפוצים.

Huge hotel. Tasty breakfast. Had all amenities needed in the room. Big shower, big bathroom. Stayed in penthouse, nice view from private pool on the roof
Hotel and rooms are super old. As soon stepped in to the room saw the standards and was very disappointed for the price paid..
Phones in our room did not work, we told reception when checked in but did not do anything. After turning on the AC very bad smell of poo started to come… asked for room replacement, did not have one..
and we paid for penthouse which was not cheap. Overall cleanliness very sad, dirty shower.
