Старый отель, можно остаться на пару дней

- Классное расположение: море через дорогу, идти 3 минуты - За углом работает ночной рынок, дешевые морепродукты и деликатесы. Часто там ели, это сильно скрасило опыт проживания

Отель был сильно уставшим - постоянные проблемы с wi-fi. То не работает, то какие то ошибки, то плохая скорость - сломался лифт, за 3 дня не починили, дальше перестал следить. Ходили по лестницам с сумками - в бассейне почему то была горячая вода. Может нагревается за день и бассейн не охлаждают - часть персонала на рецепции плохо знала Английский. И общение порой было странным. Например, у нас была ранняя экскурсия с выездом около 6 утра. Завтрак с 6.30. Я вижу что завтрак уже начали накрывать, спрашиваю на рецепции, можно ли нам перекусить – отвечают нет нельзя, ведь завтрак еще не начался. Странно

Un hôtel au top.

Le style de l'établissement. La chambre spacieuse et toujours bien nettoyée. Le personnel souriant. L'emplacement à Karon, face à la plage et à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Déjà plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement, jamais déçu.

Beeindruckend!

Helles, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, gut funktionierender und leiser Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Er gab auch Handtücher für Strand. Das Pool am Nachmittag im Schatten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Leckeres Essen zum Früchstück, fällig ausreichend. Das Meer liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Sehr schöner, langer Sandstrand. Wir waren angenehm überrascht! Herzlichen Dank!

Leider hatten wir im April extreme Hitze. Es ist nur in klimatisierten Räumen oder am Strand zu ertragen. Das hat natürlich nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Die Meereswellen, die am Strand brechen, machen zwar Spaß, können aber auch gefährlich sein!

Enjoyed!

It was nice place with quite stay. Amazing balcony. There was direct access to the pool. Bed was huge, you can sleep any direction. In our room was shower and bath. Conditioning (central) was excellent. There was a safe in the room. Hotel located close to the see - first line.

Wi-fi connection was not very good, we used local sim-card.

Невероятно приветливый и всегда готовый помочь персонал. Хороший чистый бассейн. Постояльцы тихие, никаких проблем. Пляж на расстоянии вытянутой руки.

Не очень заметно, что отель был на ремонте. Мебель чистая и удобная, но видавшая виды. Но так как номером пользовались исключительно для того, чтобы поспать и помыться. Эти бытовые визуальные мелочи практически незаметны.

Enjoyable, good value

We stayed in a pool access room which was great. The room was a descent size. The resort is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wifi was fast.

Some of the daily housekeeping items were not always replaced, but it was just a matter of chasing up the items. Wifi cut in and out and we had to keep signing in.

Excellent location, great value for money. However they need to have variety verities of food. Change the flavour.

Clean room and I did enjoy the pool room. It’s close to most restaurants. Great location

My room smell very the AC goes off. Uncomfortable bed. The staff at the reception wasn’t friendly.

It was an ok stay for our last nights in Thailand

The pool area was lovely and the bed was comfy

The deluxe room seemed very dated and worn and the bathroom ceiling looking like it was crumbling. The shower door in our room was hard to close and looked like it was going to fall off if we used any force.

Good location. Beach front

They are understaff. Always had to tell them to make the food available when the counter is empty and wait for a long time. Stayed there for 3N. Everyday same story.

Not to be recommended.

Location is top but that is about it. The hotel is old and 'worn out'. The staff are anything but forthcoming. They seem to be indifferent to what the customer likes. Breakfast is mediocre.

Apart from the location (at a wonderful beach) everything (staff, facilities, service) was below our expectations.

I’d stay here again and recommend this hotel if it fits your budget.

The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

They seem to be renovating because the pool bar was not open. (great experience the time when it was open)
