Would stay again!

Fantastic breakfast! Nice linen and toiletries, great shower and friendly hosts.

Can be a little noisy and unfortunately the spa was broken, although we realise this is out of their control.

Spa pool not working, uncomfortable bed and noisy early morning and night. Walls paper thin.

Fantastyczny pobyt z widokiem na gejzer i Krzyż Południa

Bardzo miły, gościnny i uczynny gospodarz. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie, przy którym poznaliśmy fantastycznych ludzi z różnych stron świata. Znakomita baza wypadowa do zwiedzania przepięknych bliższych i dalszych okolic. Bardzo dziękujemy 😁

Super clean, and friendly hosts with a fabulous breakfast.

The breakfast was brilliant and the room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean.

The sofa bed was beautifully made up but was very uncomfortable for an adult.

Very friendly and professional bnb if we go back to Rotarua will definitely stay again

Breakfast was amazing. Loved the salmon on yummy toast. Even went out of his way to make my coffee just the way I like it.

Wunderbar für alle Aktivitäten in der Umgebung

Wir haben drei Nächte gebucht und hatten die große Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt ein hervorragendes Frühstück, das beste, welches wir bisher (nach 10 Wochen) in Neuseeland hatten. Die Vermieter sind unwahrscheinlich herzlich und haben uns für Unternehmungen gute Tipps gegeben. Lake Taupo und Rotorui ist sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Lage war für Mietwagen Nutzer sehr gut, ruhig und dennoch in Stadtnähe; das Frühstück war hervorragend; Dave und Shami waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit☺️👌🏼

Lovely stay in Rotorua

Our room was actually two bedrooms with a ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe attached to one of them. It had a very spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Our host Dave and his wife were most welcoming into the ground floor of their home. We availed ourselves of their washing service and lovely to come home to a washing basket of folded laundry This property is famous for its lavish breakfast and we certainly enjoyed a very pleasant array of breakfast items to start our 2 nights in Rotorua.

Great value in Rotorua.

Great room, very comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and view. Breakfast was delicious. Listed as a Mediterranean, but it was so much more than that. Hosts were very friendly and personable.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit erstklassigem Frühstück

Sehr familiär und äußerst freundliche Familie.Die Zimmer sind sehr neuwertig und mit Charme eingerichtet! Alles sehr sauber und richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist Superklasse,der Host macht noch dazu einen sehr guten Cappuccino!

Absolute Paradise. The best spot in Rotorua.

This place was a slice of Heaven. The room, the views, the owners, all couldn't be better. Do not hesitate - BOOK THIS!

Misleading

The place was clean.

We booked this place because it said it has Air Conditioning. However upon arrival I was told yes it has air conditioning but the guests cannot control it. As my wife has asthma we need a controllable A/C particularly here as the sulfur smell from the geysers iratates this health issue,so closing the widows made it a hot sticky evening. Parking is very tight but manageable. The host should be more forthcoming on there advertising that guests CANNOT control the A/C.

Very welcoming Hosts. Excellent breakfasts. Great tips on what to do in the area. Top notch.

Breakfast was good. Nice assortment of cheeses and meats. Yogurt and fresh fruit also. Great coffee made to order. Liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the main town.

Hot tub needs a new cover...couldnt open it without the hosts help. He is planning to buy a new one.

A lovely place to stay.

Everything! The hosts are lovely; the place is pristine clean, and comfortable. Shami is an excellent cook; you have to try her dinner, I did devour a whole lamb leg. I definitely recommend the place and will stay there at the next opportunity.

An excellent place to stay.

This was an excellent location just a few minutes drive out of the city with a view of the geyser and close to Te Puia. Our accommodation was downstairs with two beds, a kitchen and bathroom, and was very clean and comfortable. The cats were also friendly. Chatting with the owner over breakfast, which is served upstairs, was good to hear more about Rotorua and other parts of NZ. We would definitely recommend this BnB.

A slight mix up with the keys and initial access to the rooms was resolved quickly. There's nothing else to add in terms of negatives!

Great location, nice view, close to town & walks. The bed was really nice and comfortable. Dark rooms/curtains so that was good. Good shower pressure.
