Promised fireplace was not only turned off- It had an ugly sign laminated over it saying "owner does not want used"

The cleanest accommodation we've stayed at. Well supplied with kitchen utensils and laundry facilities.
Lack of privacy - all windows looked onto other townhouses or the neighbours across the road.

Serenity area, beautiful and cleaned unit we stayed. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Interesting layout. Resort facilities were good.
The location was nowhere near Rotarua like the name indicates.

We liked the out of town location, everything was supplied and in good condition.

The scenery was amazing! Surrounded by natural beauty.
Our kids beds had lake bugs like sandflys on the top of them when we arrived late.
But we just stripped the bed down and was fine

Lovely feel with lovely canals and beautiful lake frontage.

View was nice and it was good to have a room with 2 single beds for the family.
It was very small and the stairs were very steep. My 4 year old fell down them a couple of times and they were very narrow and carpet so were slippery. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The pool isn't heated and the spa wasn't that hot either.

Beautiful grounds and access to lake. Comfy house with good kitchen amenities. Good wifi, easy instructions and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is a decent drive from the nearest supermarkets and Rotorua Town Centre. The roads are narrow, winding and dark. If you are arriving late, keep in mind that there aren't many places you can go for food etc. in that area.

This was by far THE BEST HOTEL IN ROTORUA! Everything was clean and organized.
The apartment was very spacious and convenient. The hotel grounds offer a spa, large size chess games, swing set and table tennis. Great for families, couples and friends.
It was 10 minutes from the shops and so many fun activities in the town such as 4x4 self driving, maze course and museums.
The staff here are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Oni and Josephine! They were Amazing and made the stay so welcoming. Overall great stay would definitely recommend!!!!!!

Great space, modern furniture and design.
Bathroom was outdated compared to the rest of the property. We were called at exactly 10am as we hadn't checked out yet but were doing final checks and making our way there, seems a bit pushy from a hotel.

wonderful waterfront view
well equipped and clean
