Perfect place to stay

We loved everything about this house, its within walking distance of Lincoln town centre, parking was easy. It snowed when we were there but I imagine the garden at the back would be lovely to use in the summer month's

Lovely house in a beautiful city

Very clean and comfy. Secure garden for our dog. Easy parking but still close enough to the city to walk in.

Not a dislike just an observation for others - there is a school at the end of the street (no issues with the school or the children) just avoid arriving at the end of the school day as it does get very busy with parents collecting children in their cars. Parking at any other time is not an issue, plenty of space.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice comfortable home away from home. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only a short walk from central Lincoln. Didn't have any trouble getting a parking spot in the road in front of the house.

Lovely cosy home

It was super clean. Such a lovely house. 3 bedroom with living room, dining room and kitchen. Beds were super comfy too.

Brilliant!!

Everything was great ... location, house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of information about things to do, local amenities, etc. Fabulous ... if we are in Lincoln againI would hope to be able to stay again

Pleasant and relaxing

The property was in a quiet street overlooking allotments and 5 mins walk from South Common. It had on street parking. The facilities were good and the accommodation clean and well maintained

Perfect Lincoln city break!

We loved our stay at 23! Really handy for walking into the city and perfect for our needs. Fabulous beds and furnishings, spotlessly clean, warm and really comfortable. Nice touches: milk, tea and coffee, shower gel, hand soap etc.

Shower wasn't great. Although beautiful, shiny and new, we found it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature and pressure.

The house was very neat, tidy and clean. Very nice little place to stay.

The stairs were very steep but the rest of the house made up for that.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked but the oven was a bit tricky to use

We liked how clean and tidy the place was. The sofas and beds were comfortable and all the amenities we needed were provided. They even left milk in the fridge which was very thoughtful! Great view of the cathedral from the front bedroom. We didn't walk into town but caught a taxi for £9. Would definitely recommend and would certainly go again if visiting Lincoln.

A suggestion would be to have blackout blinds in the bedroom.

Lovely comfortable stay, ideal for us all in the lovely historic town of Lincoln.

The cosiness & little touches, made it home from home.

The shower unfortunately wasn’t great for my daughter, she’s tall & couldn’t fit properly under the shower but everything else was great.

The house was spotless, very cosy, very well dressed, even decorated for Christmas. It was on a quiet street. It was really cold weather for our stay but clear instructions were left as to how to use the heating for it to get warm quickly.

The stairs were a little steep but there was a banister so no problem

Lovely Lincoln Town House.

Nicely decorated and cozy. Owners were great, couldn't do enough for us. Location was good, a few mins walk to the start of the shops. Parking available and no issues. For a central location it's quiet enough.

Not a negative, just for others information; Stairs are quite steep. We coped with it, but be prepared.

This place was exactly what we needed, the common was just across the road so a good place to walk our dog. it was only

It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for cooking. we did a roast chicken dinner. The facilities were comfy and plenty of storage.

the stairs are very steep, nothing you can do about it but anyone with mobility issues would find them difficult.
