I liked the decor of the place, it was very cool. I also liked that it was a little further out from the main centre of Fira, as it was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly, shoutout to Bobby & Maria :)
We like the fact we had a fridge, iron, the balcony was a decent size with a view of the water.
Close to some fabulous places to eat - Tholoto Brunch for breakfast/brunch. Kokkalo for the best steak we’ve had! 10-15 minute walk to main city centre.
Very clean. Pleasant vibes.
Our air con broke the first night, to be honest they replaced the air con unit which was appreciated but it impacted our first night significantly from waiting around. I felt it could have been handled better and the problem acknowledged faster.
The best sun loungers with shade at the Katsaboo pool got booked out by a big group from a cruise liner one day, even though hotel guests had booked them. I didn’t like that the accommodation prioritised non-guests over guests. It felt a bit greedy.
Communication could be better at times, and by that I mean not having your guests chase for updates on things they requested, asked about etc.
I found the Katsaboo restaurant overpriced compared to other better restaurants on the island. The price of most alcoholic drinks in my opinion was overpriced.
We found the bedroom pillows very uncomfortable.

Such a lovely place for a quick stay in Santorini. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful.

We traveled for a wedding and really liked that the group could stay at the same hotel. It was not over crowded at all, and very relaxing, with 2 pools, and a pool bar. Maria and the team were fantastic in getting us checked in and to our rooms, even comping us a free drink as we waited for the rooms to be ready. Maria also scheduled us transportation each day when we needed to be shuttled to a wedding event, restaurant etc.
The rooms were a tad small and we were there during a heat wave - the AC took a bit to cool the room down. Sometimes we had to wait longer than we would have liked for transportation, but part of that we chalked that up to being impatient Americans :)

Professionally run. I made the mistake of taking the ferry to come to Santorini. Yet they're in touch on how we'll reach the facility even late at night. We were picked up from the port almost midnight. We made good friends with the people who are very warm and made our stay truly memorable.Kudos esp. to Maria, Anna, and Mario...
Their restaurant KATSABOO BTW is on another level.
NONE.. wish we could stay longer.

A picturesque hotel that is located away from the main tourist street. A nice restaurant on site. the reception staff changed my room to one with no steps. The price seemed good value.
The photos need updating on bookings.com - quite misleading. The notices saying they would charge for marks on white towels or bedding. The pool water looked green. Its uphill to fira main town but good its down hill back.

All the staffs are lovely and very accommodating especially Maria and Angelina. From our arrival, Maria already helped and guided us for our itinerary throughout our stay like booking for our tours and restaurants. Our room is well cleaned too and they have a great restaurant with delicious selection of foods also a great sea view and pool. Its a perfect location too, just a few minutes walk to town center. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will go back again whenever we’re in Santorini!

Staff was exceptional. View gorgeous. Location perfect.
Size of the room was a problem. No place for luggage or clothes. Price of sunbeds at main pool was ridiculously high.

Well taken care of, well located, if you don t kind going up and down the nice streets. The staff were very nice.
The water in the pool near the restaurant not too clean and smell too much of chloride. They asked 50 eur to be spent in the restaurant if you wanted a sun bed (you have the option of staying in the smaller pool for free - I thought this one was prettier and cleaner, also not so crowded).

Clean facility. Friendly servers by the pool. Nice selection of beverages by the pool. Nice room terrace. Good size shower room.
Receptionists were not very friendly (they were trying to, but looked fake). Our ferry was departing at 12:15pm and they told us to leave by 10am as there will be traffic. We reached the port at 10:20am...made us think they just wanted us to leave the room early.

Clean and modern, quiet and relaxing.
Cost of drinks at the bar was quite high and having to pay for hire of sun beds at the Katsaboo restaurant, we ended up using the hotel pool instead as this had no charge but this was still lovely and fairly quiet whenever we went.

The pool was lovely - room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the sea on the east side of the island.
The staff were outstanding - they stayed open until 2am to check us in!
Would definitely stay here again.

very relaxed and friendly staff. good facilities
I booked a room with a cave spa and balcony. I didn’t get either. There were flood lights directly outside the room which meant the room was very bright at night when trying to sleep. Not very impressed at all.

The staff were absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for Angelina on reception and she was so welcoming and gave us so many tips and recommendations for our stay. Babis was also phenomenal. From the moment he picked us up from the airport he set the tone for a fantastic stay and he was there to help a hand throughout out entire stay absolutely anywhere we needed. A man of all the talents!! The rooms are great, beds are comfy, pool facilities are fantastic and the restaurant was absolutely outstanding (would highly recommend the stuffed calamari to anyone). Thank you for a wonderful stay and I already can't wait until my next visit to Santorini to visit again!

The customer service from staff was amazing. We didn't have to worry about our bags as staff took them to and from our room.
The receptionist took so much time educating us about the island and things to do so we knew the best places to visit.
The cost of the onsite restaurant was quite a lot.

Very friendly staff and great view form our balcony (not caldera view but still very nice). Clean room with service every day was great. We did not use the pools but they looked amazing, if it had been warmer or if we had less off site plans we would have definitely hung out by the pool more. We loved the walk to town, so it was a plus for us, but for some people the walk in to Fira would be strenuous (very steep).
When we checked in it was 11 PM and we were so tired but the front desk person went on and on about what would be on this jeep tour they offer and tried to get us to book it even though it was like 3x the cost of similar tours by bus. Also the hotel restaurant is very expensive (6 euro for coffee, ~20 euro for chicken souvlaki, 8 euro for basic small beer). I suggest you get food and drinks in town for cheaper or same price but with a way better view. The restaurant doesn't open until 9 AM so forget going there for your morning coffee, unless you are looking to sleep in.

Nerd here, but if you're familiar with Star Trek TNG this place is pretty much Risa. They just want you to be happy.

The pictures of the rooms are exactly what you are going to experience. The hotel is impeccable and beautiful. They have a restaurant accessible from the hotel, and they offered a dessert wine tasting.
We were a little bit tired when we got to the hotel, and I think the check in took too long because she was trying to explain all the tours they had available for us in case we had nothing planned out.

Pools and installations of the hotel makes it very comfortable, it is also conveniently close to Fira still being a very quiet place. If you want to chill out and also be able to run around the island during the stay, this is a very good option.
I found the extra cost for everything a bit excessive. Prices at the hotel restaurant are not cheap, what is ok for a meal, but you also have to incur with them if you want to have a drink by the pool or if you want to order a dessert to your room. At the end adds up quite some money to the accommodation cost.

I was very happy with the room, especially with the nice bathroom. The outside area with the pool was also great and the staff very helpful. The hotel is around 10 minutes outside the city center, which ensured it was calm. However, the road to the center is not nice to walk on (there are not really any sideways).

The receptionist!!! She was the very best!! The hotel is super cute , comfortable has all the amenities you need! Loved the restaurant Katsaboo at the hotel ,they do amazing dishes.
The pool was phenomenal eventhough I didn't swim.
The location for me was perfect a bit away from the craziness of the center still super well located is only 5 minutes walk to the bus station.
All was good for me

Everything you could possibly need is in this hotel. It's a collection of different suites. Ours was the more basic one but it was amazing. Things we loved: nice balcony. Close to downtown fira and the water (10 minute walk). Great wifi. Strong AC. The thing we loved the most was that there is an associated restaurant which is INCREDIBLE. We had breakfast included and it was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Also, one night we got dinner there and it was also incredible food. The hangout area near the restaurant where me and my friends hung out every morning is also lovely. The view is beautiful.
Nothing to complain about! The only very minor issue was that the cleaning staff does not understand the signs hanging on the door. I had an important meeting and hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door because I didn't want to be interrupted. But despite that, the cleaning staff still knocked and tried to enter. It was a bit stressful. But not a big deal.
