A wonderful 3-level townhome in the heart of North Pacific Beach. This home has great outdoor living spaces featuring a private balcony off the master suite, and a viewing deck with a spa, BBQ grill and seating area.
The main living area has an open-concept floor plan with a full kitchen, a separate dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace to relax and spend time together. The Primary suite on the 3rd level features a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, and access to your very own private balcony.
One of the perks of this home is being located near some terrific restaurants and eateries, including a popular breakfast and brunch spot, the Fig Tree Café. There are plenty of other options down the street in both directions.

We loved this property. It was so convenient for the activities we were scheduled for. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants in Pacific Beach and two cafes right next door. We had 5 adults so we all had our own rooms and bathrooms.

This was a great place to stay. It is close to the beach and several restaurants close by. A bit longer walk or drive gets you to Trader Joe's and other grocery stores. The hot tub is very nice after a day of walking around the many San Diego sights. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to make several good meals. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is located in an ideal location; not too far out away from the beaches, but not close enough to be in the party scene. There are some great food spots in the immediate area, too. The property manager/s remained in constant communication with us the entire time and were willing to answer any questions we had. The space was more than ample enough for our family. My only gripe, if any, would be the parking garage is a bit tight to get in and out of. Overall, we would stay at this location again.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Pacific beach townhouse. Very clean and centrally located with a short 5 minute walk to Pacific Beach. Each room had its own bathroom which was great. It was a quiet location and from the top balcony you can see the water. Would consider staying again but with more people as the place was very large to the two of us.

The communication with the property was great. They checked in everyday and having two balconies was lovely. The place was clean and even the utensils were organized. It is walking distance to the surf beach where I would have coffee and watch the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again.

There was plenty of room in the house for everyone. Easy drive to attractions, Zoo, Legoland and SeaWorld. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Parking off street in a garage large enough for a Chev Tahoe, was a nice amenity to have in a beach community. Great trip, would stay there again.

We rented for our daughters homecoming. Overall space was good, was reasonably stocked for cooking implements. Feel like the house definitely not kid friendly, there was a baby gate at the top of the third floor keeping them upstairs. If you are planning to rent with small children bring plastic cups at the very least. Be aware of the tv cords going every which way. The beach isn’t as accessible as the listing states especially if you have children. The house is centrally located meaning there is a c-store just up the block and a restaurant next door ( only open till 3).
When we arrived the floors we dirty ( we got there after 5) the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. Also there was something very nasty in the main bathroom. We cleaned and noticed that the carpet on staircase was so stained that we thought the actual color of the carpet was brown. When we brought it to there attention they offered to send a cleaning crew, we didn’t want someone there while we were gone.
Be prepared to clean clean before you leave as the cleaners are only coming in to sanitize?
We did notice that the siting space was very sparse. They do have a great dining table. The hot tub was great

Great summer getaway
We had a great stay at this property. We had three adults and three teens. All had plenty of room, the condo was outfitted with everything we needed for our week near the beach. Location is excellent for walking or driving to the beach or restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying next year.

Great vacation rental
VRBO is only the coordinating agency. Bluewater Vacation Homes is the home managing agency and they did an excellent job in communications, coordination, and resolving all issues that arose. The home itself was older, but in very good condition and was exactly as advertised both in words and pictures.

Wonderful neighborhood and location
The location of this townhouse was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised to be just next door to one of the best known breakfast spots in North Pacific Beach, and within walking distance of many other great restaurant options. Close enough to Beach and a quick drive to La Jolla as well. Nights were quiet, allowing for the windows to be kept open for a comfortable temperature to sleep peacefully. The outdoor hot tub on the patio of the main floor was an extra treat!

Location is great! The neighborhood is very safe and convenient. There can be some noise from the restaurant next-door, but only during the day. The kitchen is minimally stocked with one pan and a few pots. Garage parking was great.

property management people were helpful. House was clean and in order and we appreciated the hot tub. As we saw in an earlier review, bottom bunk in third bedroom has a futon. Garage was very useful and two cars fit fine. Nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom.
Beach was 15-20 minute walk and at that closest point is well above beach/sand level - so not really that close for repeated jaunts or carrying beach gear.
We liked the pacific beach and boardwalk area, in general.

Good Stay for a Group of Friends
We had a girls weekend in San Diego and stayed at this property. It was clean and accommodated all of us and we really enjoyed using the hot tub too! There were restaurants and coffee shops right nearby - definitely check out the The Fig Tree for brunch! We were also able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and pier in Pacific Beach/Mission Beach but it was about 20-25 minutes. There are also scooters and electric bikes all over if you don't want to walk that far. The beach was a few blocks away as well. We really appreciated Bluewater holding our luggage at their office (very close by) when we checked out so we could still explore before heading to the airpot in the evening!

The townhome was spacious, clean and in an ideal location. There are great restaurants close by and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Communication was super easy with the company and made the whole process really smooth. Would definitely stay again and my friends had nothing but great things to say as well!

Short walk to the beach
This home was everything we expected. Just 3 blocks to the beach and great restaurants next door. It was great to have a garage for easy parking.
The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and pots and pans. The pantry had all the essential things to make cooking easy.
We were told by the management company that the house didn't have any beach supplies so we brought our own, but there were chairs, an umbrella and toys. There was even a cart to bring all the stuff to the beach which was awesome.

It was perfect for us. The location is excellent. The restaurants in in walking distance were really good. The condo was very comfortable right down to the futons in the bunk beds. The only drawback was not getting cable tv. We were looking forward to lounging at night watching the NBA playoffs. I caught some grief for that from the other guests but all agreed the overall quality and spaciousness of the place over rode it. Service response to the problem from blue water was excellent. It turns out a previous guest took the cable tv cables. Thanks...we had a great time in the condo.
