A Beautiful two story, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath townhouse, nestled in the most desirable location in Pacific Beach, North PB. Located at 880 Tourmaline St., Tourmaline Beach and Surf Park are less than 2 blocks away (5 min walk). We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in San Diego along with great night life nearby. Great coffee shops, a grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect.; Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it! You will Love this Home. It is very well done with an open layout, nice new kitchen, tile throughout, a beautiful slate mosaic courtyard in the front and a redwood deck off the back. We have a private parking space, picnic area with BBQ and have wonderful landscaping throughout.

This Home is high end and well appointed. It comes complete with a 3 flat screen TVs, DVD Player, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 6, 2 chest of drawers, two queen beds, a full/twin combo bunk bed, (fresh linens included), and beach essentials! Arriving at the house is confusing at first and don't know which gate to walk into or where to park. Once you figure out the parking in the back situation and which gate to use. The house is great, it has a shared patio with the next door rental, which depending on the neighbors could be fun. The house itself was clean, spacious and very well situated. Only thing was, there was no wine bottle waiting for us as the initial description mentioned. Minor detail but overall great stay and would come back.

This is a good house for a family, near lots of places to go, and it’s walkable. I wish we knew it was connected so closely with 2 other short term rental places which made it noisy at times.

Had a great long weekend with husband and son. Location in crowded residential area made it sooo nice to have a parking spot with unit. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Restaurants close by. We were there on cold spring weekend so didn’t have chance to use all beach extras but these would be great for next time (boogie boards, chairs, cooler, sand pails for kids) and bikes. Would recommend.

We needed somewhere close to the wedding in La Jolla we were participating in as bridesmaids and this was perfect. It’s in a great location and the space is big and comfortable. It can be chilly in the house, but they do have blankets. Host was helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend.

A few friends and I met up for a mini-college reunion. We each had our own space (one person chose to sleep on the couch), which was so nice. The space was perfect for our needs, which were mostly sleeping and hanging out - we didn't cook any meals or stay inside much. We intended to use the bikes and boogie boards but never did. Richard is very clear in communicating expectations, and his binder has really helpful recommendations for restaurants, etc. It's an easy walk from the house to the beach, restaurants, activities in Mission Beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Close to the beach, loved all of the beach chairs and toys! House had all of the amenities we needed!!! We felt the floors needed a good cleaning but other than that everything was great! Richard was very quick to respond to questions which was much appreciated!

Only downside to this wonderful place is the right parking so if you are staying with a bigger group keep that in mind. Comfortable beds nice common space and great location for our base camp for our week in San Diego. Host was very responsive to our questions while we were there.

We have rented many times. This is the best equipped and furnished kitchen we ever had. The beds were comfortable. It was great also to have bicycles available and beach equipment. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but is very well located, with easy access to many restaurants, services, the surf beach, the boardwalk, the sea and activities. This makes you feel like you are right away a resident of Pacific Beach.

The townhouse is close to several beaches. The bedroom on the first floor is handicap accessible, it has just one small step. If you have kids their are kitchen supplies for kids(bowels, plates forks, spoons). Beds are comfortable. A bottle of wine waiting for you when you arrive, We would stay again.

We stayed during a heat wave so thank god for air conditioning! The location was great and the place was clean and well stocked with essentials. The host responded right away when I had any questions. The only thing that is tight is the parking but I feel like all of San Diego has that problem. So I would suggest a mid size car or smaller. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place, loved the location, great place for our family to gather for our last vacation of summer. Loved the decorating, colors, bright & cheery. So nice having the umbrella, beach chairs & boogie boards. Would stay here again. Good, quiet, safe neighborhood. Only complaint was the floors were dirty. We all looked at our feet that night and noticed they were black. A few of us got down on our hands and knees and had to clean the floor. Please pass along to your housekeeping they need to clean floors not just sweep. Thank you for the great stay.

Great location, beach blocks away walk or drive, resturants walk to fancy or quaint little resturants all with in 2blocks of condo, Gelsons grocery three blocks away( great bakery goods) , French bakery eatery 3 blocks . Condo was very nice easy to find , Patio was a little small and shared with neighbors. Loved the veiw from our upstairs balcony. Beds were nice . All in all I would stay here again. LeRoy And Joyce

Great space for a family vacation!

This property was a great central location to visit San Diego. Our family vacations annually and we decided to go with a VRBO instead of a hotel and it didn’t disappoint. We had enough beds for everyone and plenty of space for eating and family games. The only critique would be details like parking. This is one of two units that are side by side and the parking space is very tight when both are occupied. We had to unload everyone before parking the mini van and was only able to enter and exit the car from one side while parked. Also there is some outside space but it is very close to the on there two units. If you don’t mind making new friends with the other renters then it probably wouldn’t be a problem. We prefer our space and privacy so we didn’t utilize the outdoor space. Over all a great unit and we enjoyed our stay, those where two things that were surprises when we got to the unit. I round recommend this space with that additional information provided. Thanks for the space to make great memories

Nice property in a good location next to the ocean. Not a great beach to play on but other beaches are not far. Property had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, towels, etc. It was a pretty cute place. Just a few critiques….super cheap furniture. The kitchen table, beds, dressers, everything felt super cheaply made. My little girls were nervous sleeping on the bunk bed because it was so wobbly. The master bed was the worst bed we’ve ever slept on. It was a rock! My husband had back/neck issues after sleeping there three nights. It was nice to have laundry but the machines had things in them most of the time we were there and the coin machine was broken. Central location close to everything we wanted to see. North Pacific Beach is a cute little town. Grocery store within walking distance and a great taco place called Oscars that the owners suggested. Parking space is super tight but seems typical for the neighborhood. We had an SUV and had to park all the way against the property to fit. San Diego was a fun place to visit as a family! Our kids of all ages had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay in San Diego. The house was nice and looked as listed. Outdoor lighting would be very helpful(to increase guests' sense of security), as the house is set back from the street and only floodlights are on the front and back of the property, instead of lights that stay on. Our guest had a hard time locating the driveway/parking, in the alley at night. I had one unpleasant interaction with the host, via phone , however it was resolved quickly by his spouse, who understood my concerns. Also, had issues with the front door lock. Location was perfect for reaching stores, local restaurants and a short walking distance/bike ride to the beach. Overall a good stay.

We had a Christmas gathering of 6 with a small dog and found the property very comfortable. It was clean and functioned well. It is very close to all the conveniences of Pacific Beach and Lajolla and only 15-20 minutes to Downtown. The only slight negatives were that the coin laundry was a hassle because the change machines didn't work and we had to keep going to the bank for quarters

We really enjoyed this space. It is nice and large and allowed for people to spread out. The downstairs bedroom is in a converted garage, and the noise from the alley can get a little much, but the use of space was appreciated. walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc.
