Built in 1901, this gorgeous home has been completely renovated and is waiting on you and your family! Perfect for families that want to enjoy ALL of Historic Franklin's attractions without having to drive to get to them! Also, our home is located just across the street from two of Franklin's finest wedding venues...The Red House and CJ's Off The Square! We offer perfect lodging for bridal parties! Our home is also just 2 minute walking distance to the famous Puckett's Grocery offering amazing food and entertainment! Many restaurants and shops steps from the front door! Park your car and leave it there for your entire visit! And of course, exciting Nashville is only a 20 minute ride away!

This was our 2nd stay at this house. We love it. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was an issue at all was the internet is not great. It's fine for checking email and such, but you can't count on being able to do "work from home" kind of stuff because it is too slow. But hey, a very small thing for sure.

Fantastic historic house with the BEST location. We walked daily into town for coffee, lunch, dinner and shopping. The house is equipped with everything you need for a most comfortable stay. Will definitely book again!

This is a great property convenient to historic downtown Franklin. The house is spacious quaint and well equipped with beautiful decor. Off street parking was as nice feature. The owner was very responsive to any request. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

Great location, parking and house. Minor fixes: Front and back porch could have been cleaner and cushions worn out. Towel rod broken in main bath. TV Remotes had dead batteries. Only large spoons in kitchen.

This was our second stay and we once again really enjoyed our time. Very close to the main street with restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking available and my kids had room in the backyard to kick around a soccer ball. Had a couple minor issues but the manager responded to us very quickly.

This property was perfect for our girls trip weekend for wedding dress shopping. The house was very clean and organized, the property manager was easy to communicate with and the location is amazing! Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!!

Had such a nice stay in this property, despite rainy weather. This house is perfectly located with lots of yummy eats and good shops within walking distance. Perfect layout for our crew. The older kids had run of the upstairs and the adults and littles stayed downstairs. Will absolutely stay here again.
