This 2 bedroom, 1-½ baths Townhouse is located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. This Townhouse offers one queen size Rice Bed bed in the master bedroom as well as 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. This home has everything you need including cable, WiFi, and washer and dyer. This quite Town home overlooks a 2 acre courtyard.
Located just off the corridor from Ravenel Bridge to Sullivan's Island. Close to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, Patriot's Point on the Charleston Harbor, & the beach on Sullivan's Island.
Town home is on the last street before you cross over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan's Island - it's only 2 miles to the beach(nice walk or bike ride). On the Island you will find: Station 30 - a well known kite boarding spot on the East Coast & fabulous places to eat: Home Team BBQ, High Thyme, Salt, & Poe's Tavern.
Shem Creek is just 2 miles north of town home. Lots of places to eat such as Reds, Water's Edge, Vickery's, Watch the sunset and fishing boats come in for the day. Nature Kayak Adventures on Shem Creek offers kayak & paddle boarding tours and rentals.
Walk or bike about 12 blocks to the Charleston Harbor to the Pitt Street Bridge (1000 foot pier) and take in breathtaking views of Sullivan's Island & Downtown Charleston. Enjoy fishing & crabbing off the pier.
You are only 5 minutes to Patriot's Point where you can visit the Yorktown, watch College of Charleston Soccer, Baseball, & Softball. There are five golf courses within 5 - 20 minutes of town home. Isle of Palms Beach is 10-15 minutes away. Charleston International Airport is 17 miles north of home. Bikes, golf carts, kayaks, boats are available to rent within minutes of property. Three grocery stores are within a fourth of mile from home. Lots of restaurants are located near the property, some within walking distance.

Richard was great at communication! His place was nice, although we did not spend much time there, as we were busy exploring. This was our first time to Charleston and we thought the location was perfect. It was just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The townhouse was nice and quiet for relaxing at night. We only had one small issue and Richard had that fixed immediately. Thanks Richard for the great stay!

Excellent VRBO for a great price that’s centrally located around tons of area attractions.
Property has great amenities, including a private, covered patio with a grill. Overall, a perfect place to which to retreat after long days of exploring!

My family of 4, 2 kids and 2 adults, just came back from staying at Village Lady and it was great! The location can't be beat. Old Village is a quick drive and visiting the pharmacy, Pitt St bridge, Gala Cafe, and the hall helped create an instant feel of time past. We went to Acme LowCountry, Vicious Biscuit, Sesame, Pages Okra, and Bowens. All fantastic places that I will recommend to anyone I know that is headed to Charleston. Richard was friendly and responded fast to all communications. The condo has all the essentials that you need, lots of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish and dishwasher soap, a selection of cookware to make preparing breakfast or dinner pretty easy. The only item my husband and I would suggest changing would be to add some firm pillows to choose from in the bedrooms. When we go back to Charleston, we will be reaching out to Richard!

This unit had everything we needed. Two bedroom, with two twin beds for the kids. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The complex is very quiet and we were perfect distance from Shem creek and Charleston.

This property was perfect for my family! It was comfortable and the perfect location to see everything we wanted to see! An added bonus was the beautiful tree covered yard for our dogs! It kept them cool despite the high temperatures!

Centrally located. We enjoyed our time visiting Sullivans Island, Fort Sumter, Charleston, and bike riding to Pitt Street bridge and Shem’s Creek. Richard was easy to work with and answered all my questions.

Pictures are very accurate. Great location you can be at the beach in a matter of minutes and the same with downtown. The only real hiccup was the door handle on the back gate fell off but Richard had someone over there asap to fix it the next morning, he was notified early evening the night before the repair. This shows how responsive he is with his guests so it was actually a positive experience. So many things to see and do in Charleston. If I go back I would consider staying there again. Pool is nice. It rained the last 2 days we were there so we didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted.

This unit is close to everything...the beach, restaurants, golf and downtown Charleston. It's a great location! The unit was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was very attentive and willing to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This vacation home is in a quiet townhome community in Mount Pleasant. It was very easy to check in and adequate parking. We don't love stairs but the stairway handrail was very safe. The master BR had a queen bed as well as a 2nd BR with 2 queen beds. My spouse and I prefer King bed and different firm levels. We both found a bed and slept quite well. We bring our own pillows so can't comment on those. The living area was quite comfortable with couch, loveseat and recliner. the dining area was traditional wood chairs. Sometimes, it can be hard to find a good dining table and living area. Checkout was easy, I don't have problem loading a dishwasher or putting towels in washing machine. MP has plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We were in town for a festival in N. Charleston. The location was perfect in between festival and downtown. If I returned to MP, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Richard.

This townhouse was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay . The neighborhood was quite and close to the beaches and anything we wanted to do .
The owner made sure we had everything we needed and gave suggestions on places to eat .

Location was perfect. 10 mins to Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island. Charleston not far at all. We cooked a few meals while visiting and kitchen was fully stocked. Patio was an added plus on our rainy days. Bedrooms were larger than expected. Richard was a great host & always quick to resond!! We will be back!

The property was very pretty, nice pine floors, great pressure in the shower and rooms were comfortable, and clean. The unit had everything you need, like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, clean towels, extra pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, stove, utensils, plates, cups, a fridge, and a microwave (which was the only thing we used because we ate out all the time). There is a small cute patio with a table and chairs and a grill for whomever decides to cook outside. There is a washer and dryer as well. The neighborhood was quiet and had nice neighbors. My daughter loved the frogs she saw and other little animals she found. The pool is new and very clean, there is a tennis court as well. The property is in a great location, close to restaurants and attractions. The owner was also quick to attend to any needs that arose, like switching out the TV that was not working, that was done super fast!!
My family and I enjoyed staying there, and would go back next time we are in Charleston. Richard was very hospitable and attentive.

Charleston Southern Charm
We came to Charleston for a Wedding. Living in Pennsylvania, we wanted to see it all. Richard's property was perfect. A short ride to Charleston, Sullivan Beach and Isle of Palms. Enjoyed the food and hospitality Mount Pleasant has to offer. Would highly recommend staying at Village Lady by the Sea. The house was spotless and very comfortable.

Great location, close to everything Mt. pleasant has to offer!
The condo gives you easy access to Sullivan’s Island and Mt .Pleasant’s Old Village. You are minutes away from Publix, tons of restaurants and coffee shops, shopping…you name it. Richard keeps it well stocked and very clean. He is very easy to communicate with, and check-in and out could not have been easier. We look forward to staying ther again.

We stayed a week in this comfortable condo which feels like a home. The location is great for activities in Mt. Pleasant, the beaches, and Charleston. I especially enjoyed walking to the top of the Ravenel
Bridge. The owner is helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to land
Richard is an amazing host. He is quick to respond and he clearly cares about his guests. The space was better than the pictures. It was clean and perfect for my family. This is quite possibly the perfect location and lodging! The house was very nice with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and everything else was great too. It was close enough to attractions yet away from heavy traffic and crowds. The patio provided a private, quiet place to enjoy the evenings after a busy day. We hope to return for another stay to get away and catch many of the activities which we missed during this trip. Communication with the host was perfect, and he provided excellent recommendations for dining and other opportunities in the area.from

Convenient location in Mt Pleasant
Great stay in Mt Pleasant area! It's 5-10 minutes drive to restaurants, parks, & shopping in Mt Pleasant and 15 min to downtown Charleston. The townhouse is a little dated, but well equipped and spacious for a family of 5. Richard was very communicative, and made the check-in/check-out process simple. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay
When we arrived at the property we were very pleased with the patio area. We love spending time outside so this was our hang out spot. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. There was more than enough room for our group of 4. We also felt very safe in this neighborhood. All the directions we were provided were easy and accurate. Richard was able to answer any and all of my questions prior to arrival. He reached out a couple days in advance just to make sure we were all set with information. We were also able to meet him during our stay, so that was a bonus. Very rarely do you get to meet the homeowner, we were blessed to have him welcome us to both of his homes. The location of the property was also perfect for us to be able to see everything we wanted to see. If you are in town on a Tuesday night be sure to check out the local farmers market. Charleston was definitely one of the most welcoming cities we have ever visited. There are a ton of places that we want to see, but so far Charleston is #1 on the list of place would would return. Hopefully we will someday and if we do, I know where we will stay. Thank you for everything Richard, we had an awesome time!!

The size of this townhome was perfect for the three of us and our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant an walkable. We enjoyed Mt. Pleasant a great deal, but the location is also very convenient to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms!
