The Loft style condos offer an open living environment with 20 ft ceilings & glass front windows so you can have a majestic view of the Giant Steps ski runs & Brian Head Peak.
The Space:
As you step inside this magnificent 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2-story loft condo, you will be struck by the modern furnishings and fixtures that add to its charm. The electric fireplace surrounded by rock gives a cozy and warm ambiance to the spacious living room, which features a big TV and a huge sectional couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. The open plan kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.
On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, a big TV, and an en-suite bathroom. A loft connected to the master bedroom has two full-sized beds, perfect for children or additional guests. The other bedroom on the main floor also features a comfortable king-sized bed. There is a laundry room that is located on the main floor also.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a bathroom that boasts a walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and his and her sinks. The game room upstairs has a TV, a pool table, a ping pong table, and toys in the closet for the little ones. Each story has a private patio, with the main level's patio featuring a BBQ, making it perfect for outdoor cooking and dining.
