spotless and everything catered for.

Great property for a weekend stay. Everything you could need was included. Well stocked kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee and sweetie jar, lovely bathroom and great bedrooms. Everything was spotless. Entry system and communication with the host were easy. Absolutely amazing location, right in the heart of Dundee, literally 1 min walk from Caird Hall and Slessor Gardens. 5-10 minutes walk from bus and train stations.
Couldn't fault anything. If the windows are open, there is some street noise, but that's to be expected in the centre of a city.

Bath tub was way to high to get on and out

Spacious, nicely decorated, good facilities and location.
Could probably do with a new mattress in the main bedroom.
Noisy at times with the window open, which was needed because of no air con.

Lovely apartment. Well equipped and in a great location, close to the town centre, Discovery, V&A and just behind The Caird Hall.
Apartment was perfect.

The location was prefect for us to get to a bus and travel to St. Andrews.
The bed in the main bedroom had a wire frame that was just hard on the edges and difficult to set on getting in and out of bed.

The organisation all along so we knew everything about the booking before and on arrival. The place was ideally located especially for graduation at the Caird Hall (literally a 1 minute walk away). It was very clean and had everything you need for a trip away from home. The tea, coffee, etc provided were appreciated and the bottle of prosecco and cookies on arrival a lovely touch. I'd highly recommend this place for a very affordable visit to Dundee.
Because of the very warm weather while we were there, we had to have the windows open which meant we heard a lot of street noise plus the seagulls nesting on buildings across the street. This is out of the control of the landlords, but would recommend packing earplugs if visiting during very warm weather.

The apartment was amazing. There were lovely personal touches from the complimentary bottle of Scottish wine to a jar of sweets on the counter of the amazing kitchen. Probably the loveliest and most considerate apartment i have booked to date.
Absolutely nothing.

It was a modern, clean apartment, clear instructions for arrival and helpful owners happy to resolve queries. Lovely arrival touches - wine and shortbread. Great to have access to a kitchen & a bath. Comfy beds, nice decor. Loved the Oor Wullie Butt n Ben picture in the living room.
It was quite dark inside the apartment as there were very few windows - those in the apartment were high up so you couldnt see out of them. Quite a bit of street noise late at night due to location and passersby leaving pubs etc. The parking was tricky to find and expensive (pay by hour car park).

Beautiful apartment for a fantastic price and a brilliant location. The added touch of the shortbread and wine was so lovely. Would definitely recommend!

The human I dealt with, kirsty, was very pleasant. The flat was fine, clean, bang in the centre, well equipped.
The automatic emails were very aggressive. If someone comes in we keep your deposit. You have to deposit money in advance. They advertise parking but there isn't any. The premier Inn is £3 a day.

A great central location with all that was needed and more for our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
From my point of view, only, the bath proved a stumbling block. I am short and have an arthritic knee and hip so just couldn’t get into the bath as it was terribly high.

The location, the kitchen was very well equipped, rooms were a good size.
The email I was receiving through the Casa Fresa I was expecting the flat furnished to a pretty high standard but I didn’t.
One of the bed’s mattress was damaged, it dipped at the bottom, I didn’t mention this to the agent as we only stayed for 2 nights.
When we booked I requested one of the bedroom’s to set up as a twin, this was not done on arrival, when I contacted the agent this was sorted promptly which I greatly appreciated, thanks to the house keeper!
Also the company pre-authorised £200 from my credit card prior to my booking in case there were damages during our stay which I thought was a bit excessive!

It was clean, great facility and in the centre of town.
One bed was broken but I am sure this was not spotted from a previous visit and when I reported it we had a good response.

Really well equipped and comfortable space. Brilliant location, check in straightforward, felt very spacious for our group of 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
The only points for us were that the heating was very hot, especially during the night, and we couldn't seem to adjust it. We also are keen to do our bit ecologically and found finding somewhere for the recycling waste was a bit of a mission through town!
