Had a awesome time , great location close to town

Our place in steamboat was wonderful! Everyone was very responsive and had great recommendations!
(Even specifically dog friendly recommendations!)
Would absolutely use again!

Large property and great location for multiple MTB trails and gravel riding out the front door.

Great location for what we needed. Place was great except there were no chairs for the deck or porch.

Property was situated in a great spot, just for enough outside of town for a view but close enough to get anywhere downtown in minutes. Private back yard was worth the price of admission alone for our dog. Staff was always super responsive and offering their availability if we needed anything, would book again!

Older Property that is not fancy, but well maintained. Very clean and comfortable with well stocked kitchen. Location provided nice view but it’s a steep walk back from town. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Steamboat. We walked downtown, enjoyed dinners on the back patio, and loved sunsets on the front deck. Our dog was welcomed and he loved the fenced in back yard. Some people commented on the dated furniture, etc. so I wanted to mention we found all furnishings to be clean and comfortable. PLENTY of space to gather with family and friends in an open concept kitchen/living area. The bedrooms are all well-appointed and clean. There are extra linens should you need them as well as dog bowls, games, and books for you to enjoy. All you need to do is show up. I highly recommend this house.

Loved Little Moon Trail! At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful Mountain view all around! At first we were all concerned with the stairs (5 senior citizens age 70-78) but, we did just fine! Proud of ourselves going up & down several times a day at the end of our stay 😀. Home was nicely furnished with all our needs and conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, a deck and please, remember, the view!! Had the great fortune of seeing a big bear walk right by the property!! Amazing property. 5 adults with plenty of space. Large rooms, open concept kitchen, dining & living room.
One very small comment...we could have used a better large frypan. There was only 1 of those with 2 broken handles. Many people don't cook while on vacation but we were in Steamboat for many days and did cook. Everything at this property far outweighed this little inconvenience!

Spectacular views from the many large windows in the house. The house is very spacious and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware and bath towels. Heated garage is a plus! Had six people in our group and plenty of space. Love the large butcher block island and flow of the kitchen into the dining/living areas.
Had just a couple issues upon arrival—trash was not taken out from previous guests and TV did not work. However called and they promptly came over to rectify.
The shuttle service is terrific—easy to reserve and prompt pick up.
The only downsides: the turn into the garage from the driveway is super tight, may have trouble if you have a large SUV/van. Also, our driveway was the only one not shoveled/plowed, so we got stuck several times in the deep snow ruts, trying to exit the driveway.
Also there is only one TV available in the main living area—could maybe use some tvs in the upstairs bedrooms. Otherwise fantastic stay and very responsive to texts.

Great property for our 4 day stay. We brought our dogs and could keep them in mud room when we were away. Property was a bit dated but to be expected when you want to bring furry family members. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit busy - there is nowhere to walk without traffic. Close to ski area. Overall a positive experience.

Spacious and beautiful unit. Very well
stocked with supplies. Convenient location between town and the mountain. Management company was very responsive- shuttle was very reliable and drivers were great!

We loved our stay at little moon trail. It is in a great location that is somewhat tucked away but so easy to get to the mountain and to get to downtown. The complimentary shuttle service was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

This was an absolutely perfect condo. Comfortable; accessible (despite A LOT of snow); well-equipped with games and puzzles as well as all the things you need for a comfortable stay (extra towels all kitchen implements including a crock pot, washer/dryer, heated garage, and on and on). The property manager was immediately responsive; the shuttle was perfect - comfortable, on time and responsive. We can't say enough good things about this condo and location. It was 3 minutes from town, and the views were absolutely spectacular.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The property was in a great location and had a beautiful view. We had ample parking and the property was spacious and the kitchen well appointed. The property was a bit dated, some of the furniture was a bit damaged or dirty, but overall it was a lovely stay.

All was fine except for an electrical switch in master bath

We really enjoyed Steamboat and this beautiful townhouse. It works great if you don’t have mobility issues as there are many steps. The itrip folks were wonderful to assist with minor issues

An athletic event brought us to Steamboat. We really enjoyed the accommodations, location and views of downtown and surrounding mountains was beautiful.
My only issue was communication prior to arriving was mute and unsettling. We finally got our check in instructions and door code an hour before arrival. Wish there was a prior Email saying "we are looking forward to your stay with us" or more confirmation than just an hour before, after having to contact the management company myself.
Otherwise, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

The townhome was great for our family vacation! Beautiful views, minutes from town, and easy access to the ski slopes. The views were amazing with big windows to show it off.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Moon Retreat over fall break. Cozy, comfortable, family friendly, gorgeous views of the mountains and downtown, plenty of space for our family to hang out in the living room or spread out when we wanted to do our own thing for a bit...just a fantastic spot all around. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you could need, the beds are comfortable, and the townhome is located close to pretty much all the main attractions around Steamboat. Would recommend and we'd stay here again. Thank you!!

This home has a nice floor plan. the kitchen was very large with a huge island to hold things we brought in. Extra nice to have new dish sponges awaiting us too! Mgmt very quickly responded with any questions or requests. Very unhappy with the filth of the carpet & area rugs throughout the home. Mgmt said they didn't have time to clean it between stays, IMO they should have delayed our arrival to take care of this old, very nasty and extremely spotted carpet throughout the 3rd floor, stairs and throw rugs [I changed the color of bath rugs just by washing them!]. Also noted dirty ceiling fan blades and greasy stovetop vent hood. Shame it's not kept up better/cleaner and paint refreshed because it's a nice townhome in general. Lots of open garage space was appreciated. Didn't like that the master bedroom windows face the noise from below the hill so very loud traffic several times a night/morning. We didn't find a walking trail down to town [as noted in literature] and even so, knew if found, we couldn't walk back up as it's "extremely" steep down the hill [and we are in good shape physically] but only a short car drive down with a nice, small boutique grocery store at the bottom for convenience. Smoke from California was an issue most days of our stay so not having an AC to close off the windows and have fresh air in the house, at least to sleep, was not favorable. Best ever is the black bears [and elk] who visited us, we think one bear slept a couple nights in the backyard which we think is pretty cool, but may scare some people. The restaurants are superb, as is all the wait staff we experienced in Steamboat - we really enjoyed all the food choices and friendliness of everyone.

Lovely Little Moon Retreat
There's literally nothing negative to say about the Little Moon Retreat. Everything was perfect & beautiful. And so comfortable! We had 6 adults plus a dog staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

We found Little Moon Retreat to be super comfortable for our group of 6 people. (3 well behaved couples...) Plenty of space, great kitchen and living area, great outdoor deck with a nice grill, which we used. Bathrooms were nice also. Plenty of towels and supplies. The location is indeed walkable to town, and the hike back up the hill provides a nice short workout for the legs. It's also nice to have a garage - one of us is a cyclist and it was handy to have for storage and a covered place to tweak the bikes. A+

We enjoyed the townhome, nice neighborhood and being close to town. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. 3-story so lots of stairs.

Great experience. Lovely neighbors and property was as advertised. Once we figured out the path into town (it needs a little clearing) we walked in several times. Appreciate that they allow dogs. Extremely responsive property management which was much appreciated!!!

Overall it was a great place to stay. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked, the beds are comfy and the views are great. There was a lot of dog poop in the backyard rock area and on the patio, and a lot of white dog hair throughout the house, when we arrived. Other than that it was perfect and we would stay again.
