It was wonderful! Check on that ice maker, it's pretty loud and annoying! Super easy to get to and parking was fabulous!!!

The property was very clean and well stocked. Easy access to parking lot and short walk to the pool. The check-in and check-out process was very easy! Perfect for what we needed, so much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Management was quick to respond. They were also very helpful with booking, questions, and information. The unit was clean. The master bed is a bit worn. The shuttle was convenient & appreciated. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and courteous.

Location of condo was perfect for easily hopping on the shuttle in the condo parking lot to get quickly to Steamboat mountain also with an easy drop off. Condo had comfortable beds and good showers. Worked out great.

Nice and comfortable condo, with convenient bus to slopes. Loved the living room with fire and the place was well kept and well stocked with everything needed to cook and hang out. I notified Property management company about a small faucet leak/ no urgency just a heads up/ and they came out the next day to have a look.
We specifically wanted a condo with two beds in one room for the teens and this was one of the few available. It was quite tight for them but it worked.
Would stay again for sure.

When we first arrived at the Steamboat condo, we noticed how clean it was and how well-stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were with supplies. The overstuffed living room furniture and the beds were so cozy and inviting. It felt like home, with none of the usual chores included. Rick and Margie, the owners, have a great list of recommended restaurants, and the ones we tried were fun and delicious. Five nights in their condo made for a great getaway. We'll go back again when we can.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The fully stocked kitchen made for ease of cooking. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is super quiet and made for a very relaxing stay. We will go back next summer, for sure!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Rick and Margie's beautiful condo last week!! It was cozy and comfortable and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Conveniently located near downtown Steamboat and close to the gondola too!!
We highly recommend this condo !!!

First and foremost, the location was superb. Surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains, the views from the condo were simply breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sight of lush greenery and exploring the scenic hiking trails nearby. The convenience of being just three blocks from the gondola/base area made it easy to access restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.
The condo itself was a true home-away-from-home. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by how well-maintained and clean it was. The living area was cozy and inviting, and the brand new gas fireplace added a touch of warmth and charm to the ambiance. The patio provided a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or stargaze at night.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to prepare delicious meals with ease. The dining area was spacious, and it was delightful to enjoy meals together as a family. The comfortable beds in both bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep, and having two bathrooms was a definite plus.
The property amenities were exceptional. The year-round heated outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off on sunny afternoons, and we made great use of the hot tubs to unwind after long days of exploration. The sauna was a luxurious treat, and we appreciated having a barbecue area for grilling.
Exploring Steamboat Springs during the summer was a true delight. The city offered an array of activities for all ages and interests. From mountain biking along the scenic trails to enjoying the smooth, dry snow at Howelsen Hill, every day was filled with excitement and adventure.

The condo is in a nice location. We enjoyed the amenities of the pool and tennis court.
The condo felt a little old - kitchen light is a little noisy, but nice, quiet neighborhood, overall comfy. The condo felt well stocked of things we needed. It does get a little hot in the evenings, but as others have mentioned - there are unit fans in the rooms and those definitely helped.
The showers have great water pressure. Communication with the owner was good and helpful.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Clean condo and everything works. Got what I expected. Hot tub/ pool access was a plus. Shuttle ride to the ski slopes was BIG PLUS! Also it was a short walk to the base of the mtn! Condo was loaded with kitchen appliances.

The condo is in a nice location with shuttle service to mountain. The unit could use some updating and the mattresses need to be replaced. Overall decent place that gets the job done.

The condo was very clean and convenient to the ski slopes. The shuttles run on a regular schedule so it is easy to get around. The complex had great hot tubs and a pool

Location was good, close to the resort. Had all the supplies we needed to cook. Upon our arrival the condo was clean. There is no AC so it did get hot sometimes in the condo, but they did have fans. Overall a good stay.

The property managers were quick to respond to our requests but did not act on them even though a couple of them were relatively minor (a flickering light in the kitchen, a broken broom) although to give credit where it is due, the internet to the unit was restored the next day.
In my search the property was listed as 450 yards from a lift. It is not ski in/ski out but there is a shuttle that runs frequently to and from the mountain until 5 at night.
On the cleanliness side, no dishwasher detergent (used my own) and no working broom to clean while in the unit, and a used towel was left in one of the bedrooms when we arrived.

The place was clean, location was great (10 minute walk to the base), shuttles worked well!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It's proximity to the mountain, with the shuttle bus usage, was ideal for us.

We had a great experience staying here even though it was a little tight for pulling and parking our trailer in the parking lot, very clean, good location, and had plenty of room inside for our gear

This condo is in a great location. Just a 5 minute drive to drop off skiers each morning, but also a free shuttle available that comes right to the condo parking lot. Well stocked kitchen and coin-operated washer/dryer in the next building. Well maintained with walkways cleared and parking lot plowed each day. Surrounded by beautiful trees! Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the condo and how well stocked it was as well as the good location. There was a water main break and iTrip arranged for us to move into a very nice replacement condo. We had a great race at Run Rabbit Run and were able to rest and relax afterward!

Great condo!
We’ve requested this condo multiple times. The location is close to the ski area and a quick trip to downtown. The condo has been updated since the last time we stayed there. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to stay in and do your cooking at the condo. Great pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

Some friends and I stayed at this property for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. The host provided toiletries and dish/hand soap which was a nice touch. The convenience to the mountain on a Timber Run-specific shuttle was also a huge plus. We would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here during ski season. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and the ski resort is close by. The property manager was very responsive and accommodated our request for a pack-n-play. Everyone at the front desk was helpful as well.
If you plan on staying here I do recommend having a car if you need to go grocery shopping or want to visit downtown. But the proximity to the village was excellent, and walking with snowboards and even strollers was easy enough.

Staff was wonderful and unit was conveniently located. But a couple of issues inside the unit, master shower was clogged and water would back up, microwave broke (but a new, small unit was purchased and delivered in record time!) and fire place did not work but staff was very apologetic and offered to try and get and repair man into fix it. Overall a wonderful stay, just a few small issues.

This is a great location, close to the slopes. Quiet. Enjoyed the convince and ease of this ground level unit. Sometimes had to wait a bit for the shuttle but nice to have a free shuttle over to the slopes and only a short walk from the slopes to the shuttle stop. The kitchen made cooking meals easy after a day on the slopes.

Comfy Condo
We LOVE Steamboat and we have stayed at several condos in the area. This is hands down the nicest condo we have stayed at.
There is a ton of attention to high-end details that makes this condo comfy and cozy (doors, tile, etc.).
You can't find anywhere nicer for the money.
