This property was beautiful. Great location and walking distance from the town that you can just walk around and get lost in thought in for days if you so choose. Restaurants close by, about 25 minutes from the train station and a gondola nearby if you wanted to go the beach for the day. The pool was very nice, wish we had more time to spend and linger there, but there was just so much to see and do during our 3 day stay in Taormina. Probably one of the best check in experiences we had during our 2 week Italy trip. We were welcomed with help for our luggage, a bottle of water, creamer and wine to greet us and shampoo and soap supplies for the bathrooms. Small ammenities, but welcomed as other places did not always supply these types of things. Really enjoyed this location.

Fantastic location with easy walk into town. Beautiful views from the large patio. Set-up with everything you could need for a stress free vacation. And dedicated parking as a huge bonus!

I stayed at this aparment for five days in November 2023, and it was outstanding. The apartment's location is outstanding. It is very close to all the shops and restaurants in Taormina, and also has a spectacular balcony view of the Ionian Sea. Communication with the property manager, Nadia, was excellent. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Taormina.

The space is wonderful for a family. We were 2 couples so one couple had to use the back (service?) bedroom. Amazing terrace space with wonderful views. Beautiful decor. The elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage 3 floors down (property is on 3rd floor) Nadia was helpful and on time.

Great property but no information on the area or the place such as how to use the washer etc. Was upset that the refrigerator in the kitchen didn’t work, learned later that the previous guests broke it. They had added a very small refrigerator in the living room but way to small for our needs and it didn’t make ice. Also the stove didn’t work the first day because the previous guest had turned off the gas. When I addressed the owner for some kind of compensation she said absolutely no, take it up with VRBO- beware. Will not be staying there again on our next visit.

Everything we had hoped for and more! Wished we would have stayed longer. Nadia met us at the parking garage then gave us a tour of the apartment. Would be helpful to have directions on how to exit the complex to city center. View is spectacular! Enjoyed the pool. Easy walk to bars/restaurants/shopping. Chairlift is close by to take down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again, only longer next time!

Apartment is just as the pictures describe: beautiful, clean, comfortable, modern convenience and perfect location - 10 minute walk to the main area. We loved it, especially my Sicilian parents! A few suggestions to managers: - Super difficult to find, even the coordinates that are sent send you around the corner, not the parking garage. They should inform you that the parking garage and pedestrian address are completely different. It makes sense to have someone meet you at a specific generic location and follow to apartment, it’s nearly impossible to find. - A written down list of instructions in the apartment would benefit everyone. Example: where to bring garbage and recycling, where are extra towels, which floor is pool, garage and street level. Where is the funiva for beach access, a recommended taxi or car service, which set of keys do what and show where the street level gate is at the Ashbee Hotel entrance. Most people who arrive are on no sleep with long hours of travel and will not remember the maze you have to walk through with manager with no signs or apartment numbers to access the apartment. Therefore, instead of bothering the manager every day with questions, everything listed would be easier for everybody. Nadia was very helpful and responsive when asked all these questions, but it would be easier for everyone if it was just explained better upon arrival. We would definitely recommend & return, thank you.

The apartment was beautiful and in the perfect location. The only issue we had was finding the garage with our car and this was not anyone’s fault except our own and when you miss it you have to make a full 10 minute turn around to get back there and this happened at least 4 times. The garage was not easy to find. Besides that, the check in process was great. The apartment was beautiful and with all the amenities needed. The pool was a nice place to relax before getting ready for dinner. My whole family wishes we could have stayed a couple more days minimally.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment is large with a huge balcony that has amazing views. It’s in walking distance to local shops, restaurants & the cable car. Luciano was also fantastic to deal with.

Overall location was beautiful, centre Taormina right outside the condo!! Condo was spacious and very clean! Only feedback would be in the check in process… if a client is driving, please provide them the address to the parking spot before arriving versus the general apartment number… this was very confusing… We texted Nadia and she didn’t respond… until we called her again… the manager needs to be at the property at least 10-15 minutes before cars are in the parking space as their are gates and you can’t access without proper access… so in summary: 1) property manager meeting you there… be attentive to your texts the day of arrival and arrive 15 minutes before guests not after your guests are waiting… 2) provide parking lot access address before the trip and not the general condo address. Really very lucky to have found such a wonderful spot in Taormina. Very close to top of the hill and the walking area and in a beautiful condo complex overlooking the sea. The balcony was so large and a beautiful view that even though the 3 bedrooms and living room were large we spent most of our time on the balcony. Very welcoming host who met us on check in and very clean rooms and apartment.

The villa is an amazing location very close to old town Taormino with a beautiful view. It has an excellent floor plan for the three bedrooms and groups of friends and family. Some provisioning shortcomings: they were only 4 wine glasses for a three bedroom villa, no cocktail glasses / tall water glasses, no plastic glasses for pool area and the bread and cooking knives were beyond dull. There were only 4 coffee pods provided. Nadia was very attentive to our msssages and responsive. Also pool and hot tub are not heated

Terrific property all the way around. Be sure your GPS can accept a latitude and longitude. We got lost for a bit, but the owner came to our rescue.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was difficult to bring our luggage to the actual room. The property manager gave us instructions to get to the parking garage. They were very difficult to understand. She couldn't join us in the car to take us to the parking area for health reasons. It would have been better to meet her at the parking structure to have avoided all the steps to reach the property with luggage. The way out of the grounds were very diffcult as there are no signs indicating where the exit was.

Beautiful spacious condo with a great view and lots of extras. The location is perfect for accessing town or beach. There are 3 bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry. Large terrace overlooking the water with views of Italy mainland. The check in/out process was easy. We loved our visit and would come back without hesitation

We were traveling here for our son's wedding and our location was perfect in relation to all events and gave an opportunity for the groomsmen to get ready before the wedding. Very clean, beautiful views, great patio, very stylish and newly furnished.
