A wonderful experienced

The awesome place! The food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaner didn't know English, but she knew the word for cleaning and she did a good job. There was also a button to request room cleaning. The parked lot is guarded. It has a huge and beautiful view of the sea. Superb view of the sea and palm trees. The pools were clean and a very pleasant water temperature. I recommend it!

Every place has slight disadvantages, but in this hotel the advantages are much more.

The aquapark is very kids friendly.

Animation team was very good and attentive. Shows were very good.. Fair prices at retail shops

Food, coffee drinks No iron supplied to the room, when I asked they said no. Few experienced and many intern waiters, kind treatment. Food quality was low. Drinks are average. Mix of branded and nock off brands. Al a crate restaurants average

It was between good and very good

The aqua park and the rooms were very good

The food was fair in its variety and taste except in a la carte it was perfect and it needs more entertainment activities especially for families also the fitness centre needs better equipments ,and there isn’t any sport facilities such as tennis court or beach volleyball ,etc

Loved it, we'll be back!!

Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly throughout the resort. Food was good and plentiful, waiting staff where superb. Spa was great. My niece is a wheelchair user and the staff took over the pushing of the chair whenever they were around, brilliant 👏. Thank you to each staff member we encountered, you all were amazing.

I'm very disappointed. For the price we paid, our holiday was a failure.

Breakfast was good. But lunch and dinner - no. Same food all week. No variety of meat, just lamb and it smelled disgusting. Children don't like lamb. For a whole week there was beef and chicken only once. No seafood.

The plates in the restaurant - with stains. The carts they served with - full of food, dirty and with flies on them. Staff uniforms - white and all spotted. No one used gloves. They touch and pour into the glasses with dirty hands and then give them to the guests! This cannot be a 5 star hotel under any circumstances! Around the pool - full of leftover food, dirty trash cans.

Review of the infinity by yelken

Sunbed area was really nice looking out to the sea. Staff were nice. Bed was amazing so comfy. The hotel was nice.

For a 5 star Hotel the food was not good. Food very plain just ordinary nothing exciting.

Great location, views and activities but too busy and requires better upkeep

Lots of activities - the aquapark was a hit with the whole family, kids club (great staff Arya and Tina), mini disco, playground, pier area was lovely as chilled, more space and beautiful water, huge selection of delicious food from the buffet, great views, good location for ladies beach and getting a dolmus into the centre, cocktails from the terrace. Overall we had a good time

Too busy and noisy around the main pool in the middle of the day (better first thing or after 5 pm) with sunloungers packed like sardines, people reserving sunlongers with towels then not using, slippery surface around the pool - both children slipped and banged their heads. Communal toilets and other shared areas sometimes dirty. Our room was noisy at night with bins being dragged to bin area in the middle of the night. One lift got stuck with children inside for about 20 mins. Building work unlevel and shoddy in places.

we had a good week but the cleanliness can be improved.

the food was good and well served. Many hotel guests so it is understandable that there need to be strict rules. There was a young staff of people working there and they were nice.

the hotel was globally good but many aspects were not well cleaned or maintained. For instance, there was a glass wall on all of the terraces but those glasses were never cleaned. The same for the stairways that were quite dirty.

Every thing in this hotel is bad especially cleanliness around the pool inside main restaurant its horrible. The food quality very bad all day we eat outside there is good choice for dinner or breakfast. This hotel Meets the definition pay more get more less.

Aquapark, pool, beach, location, big rooms. Variable food and breakfast.

Leaking water in bathroom, broken door in bathroom . No available towels at every room cleaning. Eggs never well done in the breakfast.

The view and the waterpark only!!!!

Do Not Stay In This Resort !! They ruined our vacation The hotel reception treatment was very very bad !! The service is bad they did not respond to our calls and ignored us for long hours .. The treatment during all time was very bad !! The photography shop was so racist !! They delayed our check-in for two hours due to inability to read properly (Booking in English) .. they have attitude problems.. their management is bad they didn't even apologies.. They treated us very very bad during all times .. The resort was dirty ! Very very dirty ..
