We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Suncadia. Everything was as described and the host was great with communicating and answering questions. The neighborhood was very nice, with ample options for relaxing walks. Would highly recommend this home and host!

We absolutely loved our stay! Amazing house with beds for everyone, large kitchen which made family meals super easy, and great location. We hope to stay here again!

We had a foursome that stayed at the house and played both Rope Rider and Prospector golf courses over two days. We made dinner at the house on Friday night and found the kitchen to be well stocked with all of kitchen tools needed. We had an issue with the hot water, but our contact came right after we called her and fixed it on the spot. She was fantastic. We will definitely do this trip again and will rent this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures were accurate (not always the case) and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The owner provided very detailed instructions on the house and amenities. We had 11 family members here for a birthday celebration. Everyone was very comfortable with plenty of space for games and relaxation. They provided plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of place settings along with large cookware & bowls for food prep & cooking. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner should consider installing grab bars in the main floor shower (or offer a shower seat). A member of our group has mobility issues and needs these items in a shower. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of space. Great outdoor amenities. We didnt use them because of negative temperatures and wind. We sure wanted to. Instead we cozied up on the couch with the fire. We would rent this house again. Fully stocked with everything.

We were a family of 5 (two adults, one teenager and two toddlers) with extra teenagers! Pros: Large Community Table, Great MudRoom with heated floors for our snowy/wet clothes, Good Location. Cons: Overly complicated techy TV situation, No TVs in any other rooms but Primary Bedroom (which again we couldn’t figure out how to work), Lacking in Kitchen Appliances/Utensils, Garage is full and unusable. This house felt very lived in with lots of stuff inside. We didn’t have much room for our groceries and things. The property manager was great - very responsive and quick to fix a minor hot tub issue. We would likely not return but this is due in part by our family size as this house was not our favorite for our kids (no garage full of games, no extra TVs, etc). Otherwise a practical house, just not for us.

Had a two days Christmas stay with the family.
1. On Christmas day, got a 4am call from the owner to turn off the fire pit saying it is unattended and it was on for too long, when some of us where on the patio.
2. On the second day the hot tub temperature did not go above 93F.
3. Offers for rent a house for up to 18 people and provides only 1garbage bin, no recycle, and after all, complaining for too much garbage left in the garbage room, after Christmas holiday, when everyone has at least one gift=boxes. Plus, all the other trash.
4. Insinuated that we broke two window handles and that some decorations are missing. Of course, paid quite a bit of money, to go and grab some decorations.
After all, of course, got an extra charge for all mentioned above.

We had a great time and had many encounters with different wildlife just on the property which was amazing. We hunted for rocks on one of our many walks that we painted and created a rock garden we hope to see it grow if the owner likes it.

Beds and amenities in the house are great. Plenty of everything, including kitchen supplies. Check in was seamless and the hot tub rocks.

Clean, spacious, and amazing memories made. I booked this to celebrate my birthday and a few of my friend’s birthdays, and it was perfect for us 12 people. The communication between the property owner/manager and I was amazing, and they were kind enough to accommodate for early check in when I asked for it. We loved the hot tub and the cleanliness of the house without being too far from downtown Cle Elum. And we even talked about booking this again for next year.

Incredibly well designed house and property- the owner has thought of everything! We enjoyed the fire pit (s’mores kit included!) at night and the hot tub with metal camp coffee mugs in the cool mornings. Easy access to trails and a lovely screened porch room to enjoy throughout our visit. Thank you for everything - we will definitely recommend Cois Na Coill!

Overall wonderful house and vacation
The rental was easy to access and as it appeared in pictures. Very well stocked and convenient to area activities. They provided extra touches that were really appreciated. Although it says it sleeps 14 there was no bedding for the futon and not extra bedding anywhere in the house (I called to check) so really there was was only beds 12. The fire pit and hot tub were wonderful. Bring an Xbox if your kids want one because although it says you receive the code to get it, the property manager said it is not available. Overall loved our stay and would stay there again.

Great spot!
We had a great time at this house, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal The fire pit was great, lots of space to sit. The stadium chairs we a nice touch and easy to dry off if wet. Steve was very easy to deal with and the pricing was much better than booking direct with Suncadia (though no pool access, we didn't miss it). Thanks again

Beyond disappointed
Dirty house and rude owner. This was to be our mid-winter break vacation with our 3 small kids. When we arrived the property was dirty. Within 5 min of walking through the house my socks were covered in dog hair, we found stained/dirty bedding, clothes and undergarments from previous guests were left behind and there was just a feeling of dirtiness. We called the property manager (who is also the cleaner) and she offered to come back and clean “again”. We declined the offer as that just felt awkward. My husband then proceeded to spend the next couple of hours trying to clean. The owner called me and said that my description of what I was seeing didn’t match what his cleaner had told him. I asked if he would like me to send pictures of what we were finding and he said he would like that. I sent him several pictures and he apologized and gave us a $500 refund. I appreciated that gesture. When we returned from dinner, we had to clean bathroom floors and bathtubs (all covered in hair) to try and get our kids ready for bed. I sent the owner 2 more pictures. He then responded and said he was concerned with our diligence to prove that his home was dirty and that he was concerned we had something more sinister in mind. I still have no clue what he meant by that but I was deeply offended. I never once asked for money back and was only sending pictures because he had asked for them. I thought he should know that his cleaner wasn’t cleaning his property. He then texted again and told us he wanted us out by 12pm the next day and he’d give us a full refund. I was relieved to be leaving the home but obviously sad that my kids lost their entire mid winter vacation. He did give us a refund but not before he commented on VRBO that he thought we had “OCD issues”. I am appalled that VRBO allows their owners to treat renters like this. We have never had a problem renting homes through VRBO.. and hopefully this is a one time horrible experience… but this was bad. Dirty home, rude owner who kicked my family out after less than 24 hours… I am not sure I could dream up a worse experience. Again, I’m thankful we received our refund, but it was awful.

Wonderful! Tesla charging station!
What a great cabin for a group of friends/couples to have a chill weekend together with no major plans! There was 8 of us total, all couples, so we each got our own bedroom. We planned on doing a lot of meals together and baking so packed a bunch of stuff that in the past we have found other places lacked but not this cabin! The kitchen is fully stocked with mixing bowls, mixer, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, large skillet pan, tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies, storage containers for leftovers, so many spices and condiments, so many drinking glasses of all sizes and plenty of silverwear. We were also so happy with the s'mores basket that had everything - marshmallows, Graham crackers, chocolate and the extending marshmallow sticks! The cabin had a great open layout where we could either be enjoying the kitchen, dining room or living room and still felt all together. The firepit is close to the hot tub too so you can enjoy either one at the same time and not feel too far away. Our group enjoyed taking the dogs for a walk on the paved trails around the neighborhood and walked to the winery with the dogs! I was very surprised the winery allowed dogs on the inside! It was great! The mudroom in the house was amazing too for just dropping all of our extra stuff and not letting it get in the way or cluttering the main areas and having the dog foot was station was so perfect!! One of our friends drives a Tesla so having the Tesla charging station in the garage was a huge plus!
Things to note that might bother you but didn't really impact our stay much - there are large powerlines that run behind the property - right by the firepit/hot tub/sun room. They make a very audible buzzing noise, especially when raining or snowing. You get used to it but it takes away from the outdoor away from the city experience. Also, be aware if you hook up to the speakers for music, you might be blasting your music outside. We had no idea our music was playing outside until we were getting ready to go into the hot tub. Sorry neighbors!! We ended up just playing on our own device because we were not sure how to prevent it from playing outside but we also didnt try very hard to figure it out since we had a nice portable speaker backup.
Anyways, we had a fantastic time and would stay again! Everything was in working order and we had no issues. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!

Perfect Fit
We had a wonderful family reunion with brothers, sisters, grandmas, grandpas, babies, in-laws, outlaws and friends! Loved the hot tub and fire pit, and the house was the perfect fit for us in every way. It was also our first trip to Suncadia and we will likely be back.

Fabulous Stay at Cois Na Coill
Our extended family enjoyed a long overdue time together at Cois Na Coill. The home and surroundings are extraordinarily beautiful. High quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great hot tube and fire pit which we all enjoyed. The family also enjoyed both the inside and outside games. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for the lovely hospitality.

Wedding Party
This property provided the perfect accommodations for the wedding party for our sons wedding. Close to the winery as well as beautiful setting. Enough rooms for couples, kitchen was great for meals. Great outdoor area with firepit and seating. Driveway was large enough that parking was not an issue.

Overall we loved the property. The pros were that the hot tub was big and perfect location close to the house. The fire pit was beautiful! The interior was well done high quality home. The large table was fantastic. It’s a smart home with lots of great tricks like a QR code for WiFi, universal remote for joining sound streams, and more. The interior was stuffed with spices, plastic bags, plastic ware for the hot tub, a bottle of wine, and s’mores for the fire. Great place, great amenities, and great vibe. Even a few games and a tennis ball for the pooch. Also can we talk about the heated floors! This was the perfect home for our visit. The setup and layout was great for a group setting or for multiple families. There was even a ping-pong table in the garage. The cons are that there are power lines in the back that have a little buzz to them, but it did not seem to bother anyone there. We also had the weekend interrupted mid stay by the property manager needing to clean the hot tub. Not that big of a deal except a little heads up would have been appreciated. We were also checking out the next morning so it seemed like it could have waited to us. There are also several cameras outside the premises that are NOT the Ring / Blink cameras that you unplug. They are commercial style cameras and one was pointed at the hot tub. A little too intrusive for my preference while staying. I’ve rented units with security before, but as a guest we had the ability to unplug the cameras. Not the case here. Lastly, the upstairs master bathroom had a trash can under the sick with leftover garbage from someone before. One of which was some used things that you don’t really want to see if it’s not yours. Overall, I thought the home was beautiful and fantastic. If we return to Suncadia we would consider renting this home again. Even though there were cons, I am still rating this property 5 stars because the home itself was great and I understand that many others don’t have the same privacy concerns I do. Thank you for the great visit!

Excellent stay with one hiccup
My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. It’s just as pictured. Everyone had their own space. There was AC and a fan in each room to keep us cool despite the rising outside temp.
We loved playing basketball in the driveway, chatting and exploring in the backyard, eating all together at the massive dining table, and walking to the park about 15 min away. The house was well stocked with towels, all the kitchen gear we needed for cooking and eating (even Tupperware!), and games. The property manager is great and responsive both during and after our stay. My mom forgot her electric toothbrush and the property manager immediately offered to send it to us which we really appreciate.
But we seemed to arrive right after a party group and the quick turnaround resulted in us being questioned by the owner for things we did not do/break. We did talk with the property manager both while we were there and after which helped and things ended up being okay but it soured the experience a bit. I recommend reporting every little issue you find and taking pictures to ensure you aren’t blamed once you leave. Hopefully this was a unique situation and future stays won’t have this problem.
Overall we had a great weekend relaxing and being all together as a family in the house.
