We had a wonderful long weekend in Wine Down house in Suncadia.We were two families with elementary aged kids, all together enjoying the end of summer. The kids loved the game room and hot tub and the biking proximity to the pump track park (near Nelson Farm Pool)and Dawson park in the other direction. The adults loved the layout of the house, the comfy bedding the well stocked kitchen! We all made some amazing memories watching a herd of elk wander through the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and the rental agency was very prompt and helpful.
Since there wasn’t pool access with this rental (which is a bummer for kids) we visited the Cooper Swimming Hole out past Roslyn and the closer swimming hole at Hanson Pond (near to downtown Cle Elum). Both were wild and so great for kids to climb around, wade, and swim.

The Wine Down house is nice and clean, well stocked, with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, air hockey table, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Thank you, we had a great time

Our 4th stay at Wind Down and can't wait to return! As always, beautiful surroundings, home was clean, comfortable beds and close to all that Suncadia has to offer. We especially enjoy the morning sun on the patio and the fire table gatherings in the evenings. Fun for the whole family, had lots of ping pong tournaments indoors and pickle ball outdoors at Dawson Park down the road. Wine tasting and appetizers is highly recommended at Swift Water Winery just a walk away.highly recommend, VR365 is great to work with!

We had two families at this home for a few days of snowy adventures and absolutely loved this home! It's incredibly spacious, has a great layout and was very clean. The huge kitchen was a hit with the adults and the kids spent a lot of time playing in the game room. The company was in close contact with me during our stay, which I appreciated. The home worked well for our family of grandparents, two daughters and their families: i9 and 7- yr olds, and 2 and 1-year old. Great game room in the garage. Kitchen equipment was well stocked. There is only 1 Pak n Play. Rental agency refused to provide another. Bring your own paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, paper plates and plastic wear. Rental agency refuses to supply this or enough for a week’s stay. Knowing this, you’ll have a fun time here.

We had a thankgiving weekend here recently and had an amazing experience. The hot tub, fire pit and game room were each solid plusses. The kitchen was entirely outfitted (even for a Thanksgiving feast!) First and foremost, the management company was terrific - so much daily communication and explanation and immediate responses - that really made the experience feel like we were valued and appreciated. Would love to stay again (oh, and dog friendly huge benefit as well as playground down the street for our Little.

While the home and property are fine, there are two outstanding issues that would stop me from staying here again. First, the AC is not strong enough to reach the upstairs master bedroom. Second, in addition to that room being too hot to sleep in, the master bed itself needs to be replaced. It creeks and squeaks with even the slightest movement. Four nights of awful sleep has me returning home more exhausted from a vacation than ever.

Beautiful home, great location, mostly very clean. They asked us to remove shoes upon entering but we all ended up with black socks because the floor seemingly was not mopped. We would have been happy to mop it but there were no supplies for that. The photos of the property showed a pac'n play but the property manager said that none was available so we ended up bringing one and promptly found one in the closet. The dryer needs some attention - seems like a fire hazard with the lint screen falling apart and lint accumulating in the well. One of the smoke alarm batteries expired and we had to put up with an annoying beep for a few hours.(The dog was the most unhappy about that) The spare batteries that were provided were out of juice too. All in all we had a great time but would probably find a different house next time that has different Management Company and has access to pool.
(We knew going in that we were not able to use the pool but decided that would be a big plus for our group next time. We were also surprised that there was no recycling, We ended up bringing some of the bottles and cans home because we felt bad throwing in the trash.

Great location, beautiful views right on the golf course, wonderful patio with lots of seating options for a large family. We enjoyed the new pickle ball courts at Dawson Park just walking distance away, endless walks on the Suncadia trails, golf, wine tasting at Swift Water Cellars, bike riding, hot tubbing at sunset and lots of family time around the fire table. Can't wait to return.

We stayed at this home with a group of family & friends. We were pleasantly surprised how well this home was equipped and it was so convenient to all the activies Suncadia has to offer. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had amenities for all age ranges - The game room was a hit with the kids & teenagers and the adults enjoyed the patio, fire table, & view. The beds were comfortable and the gathering areas were relaxing... Thank you for a great experience!

“Wine Down” is a gorgeous and well-equipped home! We have stayed there 3 times, all in different seasons! We have 3 children, ages 5, 6, and 13 and they all LOVED our stays for various reasons. Our 5-year-old loves the game room, the room with the bunkbeds, and playing hide and seek inside and outside the home. Our 6-year-old loves sitting by the enormous fireplace, going in the hot tub, visiting one of the super cool parks nearby, and exploring the areas surrounding the home. Our 13-year-old loves how spacious the home is. He is usually climbing the mountain across the fairway, hiking or biking on the trails, or hunting the property for golf balls that didn’t land quite right😉 My husband and I always tend to overpack when renting a home. Over the years, we have learned that most places don’t have decent pots and pans, sharp knives, or anything to put leftovers in (Tupperware, zip locks, foil). “Wine Down” has it all! Everything is in fabulous condition! The kitchen is huge and so great when cooking for a large family and entertaining. The beds are all extremely comfortable…and pillows and blankets galore! We stayed during the winter when we were waist high in snow! We didn’t even need to leave the home to find spectacular sledding hills. In the spring and summer months, there are fantastic trails all over. During all our visits, we have spent a lot of time on the patio, next to the gas firepit. It’s so cozy and super pretty at night, looking up at the winery!

We were so looking forward to the whole Suncadia experience and didn't realize that hidden in the fine print of the listing was a restriction that took away our ability to use all of the Suncadia amenities. No use of the pools at the lodge or the Nelson Farm. If we had known this in a more upfront manner instead of finding out after we made our reservation and made a call to find out what the procedure would be for using the pools then we're notified by an agent that hidden in the restriction portion of the rental agreement was a notice that no pool use for renters. We were very disappointed. Other then that the property was reasonable with the exception of a few minor problems. We will not be going back to this property. We like Suncadia so we will rent only from Suncadia in the future.

Fun Weekend Getaway
This was a great place to stay! The garage game room was a hit. Plenty of room for three families with a total of 8 kids. Only recommendation would be plastic plates, cups etc for kids to use when dining outside. We would definitely come back!

Great property minus a few mishaps, but they were quickly resolved
Property was as described but had a few things we needed assistance with. That said, the property manager got right on them and resolved the situation quickly.
Game room was fun and had games for all ages.
Kitchen was excellent and the space included plenty of items to cook and enjoy with friends and family.
Overall great stay and would consider coming back!

Wonderful Holiday weekend
We had a lovely time at this Suncadia rental. We frequently travel to Suncadia, as it's a fun and easy weekend escape for us. This house was well decorated, clean, located in an ideal neighborhood (plus being in a cul de sac - which is nice and quiet). The only thing keeping me from giving the home 5 stars are very minor (and did not prohibit us from having a great weekend). The first is that the oven didn't work. I had meal planned and some meals were BBQ and some were oven. The property manager was quick to respond, but unfortunately there was no way to fix the oven. He did drop off a great countertop cooking unit - it just unfortunately wasn't large enough for my two racks of ribs I was planning to pre-cook. Luckily, we were able to use the BBQ to cook all our meals, even if it was not planned that way. We made due. Secondly, there is really no Master Suite. The upstairs bedroom clearly has the master bathroom (it's spacious and well done), but it has a queen size bed (and a squeaky one at that - it's true that you can't move without it making noise). The King bed on the main floor does have an en suite bathroom, it's just a smaller bathroom (and with a tub/shower combo) - not ideal. Besides that, the home is amazing. The garage is super fun, with lots of activities for the kids. The property management is phenomenal - willing and ready to assist in any way possible. We would consider this home again for future trips.

Incredibly well kept property
Just an immaculate place, super comfortable, great lay out. Like brand new. Perfect for three couples. Bedrooms one and two have private bathroom. Bunk room is next to the third bedroom and shares a bath with it--keep that in mind if planning with kids. Also, not appropriate for big dogs. TA cat-sized pup is perfect. Also... all dishes are Mikasa, so maybe bring some paper plates if you have kids. :)

Fun house
Great house, was fun for kids and our dog. The biggest issues were 1) the BBQ grill had not been cleaned recently. It was too dirty to cook on as the built up grease/food remnants caused to be too hot. 2) The TV was overly challenging to use. We just wanted to watch some football and the cable package didn't have it. We had to log on thru internet which wasn't ideal.

Great Suncadia Getaway
Excellent property for a nice easy going Suncadia weekend getaway. Our group enjoyed the house a lot. It is very nicely furnished inside and was very clean. The game room in the garage was awesome as we spent a lot of time there playing table tennis and air hockey etc. Plenty of space for 10+ people. Stocked Kitchen.

Before School Starts Get-Away
A great space for teens + parents to get away together. We brought lots of bikes which kept everyone active - we even came face-to-face with an elk! The weather was great for swimming so the only disappointment came from not having access to Suncadia's pools, but we substituted trips to Lake Cle Elum and Cooper Creek and all was well.

Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and cookware, but be sure to bring all your own spices. The only negative to mention is that there is currently construction right next door. They didn't work on the weekends and only lasted till 5pm during the week day. It wasn't that big of a deal but just something to be aware of these next few months. The only negative to mention is that there is currently construction right next door. They didn't work on the weekends and only lasted till 5pm during the week day. It wasn't that big of a deal but just something to be aware of these next few months.

This staff at Vacation Rental 365 are courteous and attentive. This particular house is beautiful and in a great location. We have stayed many times and just love it. As many know, construction around Suncadia is booming and we got unlucky in that the lot next to us was doing dirt work the entire week we stayed. It was windy so it was a daily brown out for the back patio. We did let staff know and they took care of us for a dinner (which was nice). I would add if I was building there, I would want that dirt guy as he worked his tail off! Looked good. May be a bit of noise going forward with the build but the dirt and grime should be far less. I would rent this house again many times over.
