The 4 O'clock Run is in your backyard conveniently allowing you to ski all the way home at the end of the day, or even for a quick lunch. Walk less than ten minutes down the street and you can be eating at your favorite restaurant in town or shopping at all the local boutiques.
AMENITIES – After a big day of skiing, take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

Our stay there was ok but not great – not as good as our experience with other Pinnacle Properties. The property could use some updates and maintenance TLC for certain. Some examples - dishwater was in poor condition and difficult to start due to a loose front panel, games cabinet shelf was broken and collapsed, upper bathroom sink hot water was not functioning, many windows had loose or damaged screens that inhibited us from opening windows at night. Overall, the property seemed not tight and a bit dated and missing some desirable details – for more examples, master king bed lacked a headboard and there were no laundry baskets to use to haul laundry from the upper or lower levels to the laundry machine on the main level. Overall décor could also use a good re-fresh. The brook in the front was very pleasant but the main view was to other houses and a busy hiking trail. We vacation often in Breckenridge and because of these other factors we will head in another direction for our next booking.

If you're a family of two, with each having 2 kids, and you want a location close to a run and lift, this place is a perfect fit. While there isn't a "master bed room," there are two rooms with king size beds on the top and bottom floors. Combined with a loft (2 beds on the floor), a room with 2 bunk beds (4 total) and a pull-out couch, there is plenty of sleeping space.
The entire property is very clean, but the kitchen really stands out. Every kitchen item you could need is there, which provides all the options you would have at your own house.
For the ski-in/ride-in (nerds ski LOL), you are directly off the 4 o'clock run. Within a few steps, you're at the front door of your property. Also, for the moms, you can stand on the balcony at watch as your kids or significant other, as they finish off their run or sleds down the hill, from the comfort of this property.
With regards to getting to the lift (Snowflake), you are less than 300ft away. You can't get much better.
I've been to Breck multiple times, and this is the best property I've stayed at. I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy the mountain!

Our family of eight stayed at the house for four days while we were on a ski trip. The location is amazing for skiing— The lift was only about a two minute walk from the front door, and you could ski right up to the back of the condo. The snowflake lift drops you off in an area of blue slopes so if you were a true beginner, it might be a little challenging. For us with some who wanted to ski all day and some who only wanted to ski a little bit each day, It was perfect. The door has a code lock, so people could come and go as they pleased without worrying about a key. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.
Things to know: The loft is right outside the upstairs bedroom, so it may be better for kids than adults. Our teen girls stayed there and were happy. The condo was on a second floor, so it probably wouldn’t be ideal for someone who had mobility issues. If you have a second car and need overnight parking, check out the ski parking on airport road—it’s much less expensive than anywhere else.

We had a great time at this location: Plenty of room for family & friends, main street is within walking distance - it was great never worrying about parking. The kitchen is well supplied - I can't think of anything we didn't have. Pinnacle was quick to respond to questions, or any issues that arose. Initially, the washer didn't work, but it was fixed ASAP. Everyone was great to work with!

We stayed with two other families (5 adults/5 teens) and this was perfect. The girls loved the bunk room and it was tucked away in the downstairs. It's cozy with fireplaces and views of the slopes). Easy walk to Main Street and we used Charter Sports for our ski gear. You can actually store your boots and skis there and just hop on the Snowflake lift, so we weren't carrying gear up and down the stairs each day. Management was very easy to communicate with (we only had trouble with getting into the dumpster one day and they were responsive). Would stay again!!!

The bedroom set up would be great for families with kids but our adult friends drew straws to select their accommodations and have their own spaces.

Made the mistake of eating at Modis one evening and would warn anyone who is looking for a fine dining experience to avoid it.
The hot tub for the condo is a bit far. We drove to it..
we are big on the hot tub apre ski so we would have preferred more convenient communal hot tub but we knew about this from the other reviews.
Only one parking spot for all of us was the only drawback. (Especially for sleeping so many people) we also knew about this before committing to renting but it was inconvenient for the person who had to park at the public lot.

Property description was a little misleading - there is no hot tub on property. There was some optional sleeping arrangements listed but they aren’t ideal and aren’t private. I'll echo the previous reviewers' comments. The pictures look excellent but the unit feels extremely cramped for a group of 8+. The only common area is a very small living room/kitchen . The water heater is also a major problem that I'm surprised they haven't solved. We could never shower more than two kids before someone was stuck with an unpleasantly cold shower. A cheap tankless heater would fix the problem. Finally, there was absolutely no reason for the company to instruct us to drive to their office in Frisco for check in. We were coming from the South of Breckenridge, and it added 45+ minutes to our journey. Checkin consisted of retrieving a torn paper parking pass that we could've easily printed in advance (or housekeeping could have left inside the unit).

The Blue Sky ticket office is right at the lift making it easy to pick up/or purchase tickets if needed. There are also 2 rentals places within a minute walk - Charter Sports at the lift or Christy Sports at Pine Ridge Store making it easy to avoid lugging all of gear on the plane. It’s a short walk into town, and best of all - it is truly “ski-in” — right off of 4 o’clock run and around the side of the building. AMENITIES: they thought of everything from basic toiletries, tissues, and toilet paper to dish detergent, cleaning sponges, and even detergent. We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBOs and this place was by far the best stocked! It was very much appreciated and a big help for people flying in from across the county. SPACE: this place was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The loft is a bit smaller then expected (the pictures looked much larger) but the kids still loved it. LOGISTICS: getting our access code, directions, and additional details was very easy! Pinnacle Lodging sent us an online guide and text messages to keep us posted about our arrival/departure. They were even able to grant us early access when I notified them via text about an earlier than expected flight.My only suggestion would be for the building owner (not really this unit) to put ski lockers on the ground level. Excellent Summer Stay!
It was perfect for our family of four. Hiking, electric bike riding, and playing Cranium in the evenings, Main Street was a short walk away, we even went to the tennis center and took a group lesson. We had a blast!

Great Location and good condition condo.
The location was great and the condo was in good condition. We had plenty of room and very fast access to all attractions we wanted to do. The only drawback was the check in process. Had to turn back around and drive 45 round trip to pick up check in packet back in Frisco. Besides that it was great.

Great Location and in good condition.
We did a family trip with 10 people to this location and we loved it. Location was great and the condo was in good condition. The only drawback is the check in pick up amd drop off is about a 50 minute round trip drive (construction in Frisco) to pick up the parking pass and door code. If arriving early head to Frisco and wait for check in, do not be in Breckenridge. Besides that, it was great.

Beautiful place, clean, well equipped and functioning, including the kitchen, heating, fireplaces. The location is perfect, 100 yards below the 'Snowflake' lift that takes you to peak 8 or 9 lifts, and an easy 10 minute walk down to the town center with tons of shops and restaurants. Shopping is 5 minutes away by car. Nice views of the 4 o'clock run, that takes you home after a day on the slopes. Check-in/out process was easy and the property Manager was in touch by text message, even for personal questions. Highly recommended.

This place slept a lot of people, which was nice but it only comes with one parking pass so you can only have one car. We parked a second car with no problem but the building seemed to have low occupancy when we were there.The leasing agency was great with communication, fast to respond mainly through text. But you have to pick up your welcome package right near I-70. I have no idea why they couldn't email everything because to enter the unit you needed a pass code on an electronic door knob.Overall the unit was very nice and updated with new furniture and well equipped in the kitchen. The basement has a nice master with a fireplace and additional means of egress as well as bunkroom; but both rooms share a bath. Upstairs has a loft but it is about 5 feet tall, great for a bunch of kids as well as a master. I don't remember the bathroom (s) upstairs.All the beds seemed nice and new. Great linens and blankets.The unit is a ski in. But you have a 40-50 yard up hill hike to the snow flake lift. If you are renting the place right at snowflake is great.Overall the place met our needs for sure. Pretty good value for the money. I have rented 15+ places in Breck and this in top 1/3 for the $$.
