The hosts provided a lovely, clean and well-appointed retreat. The location was convenient to the wineries and downtown. We enjoyed the relaxing backyard patio. This was a lovely property and as descibed in the listing. Communication with the host was great. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Everything was ready for us, lots of amenities, easy to access and a super convenient location!
We loved the kitchen, front porch and backyard with seating and fire pit! Super convenient to all 3rd St has to offer and trips to local wineries.

Lovely home. Convenient location. Right across from a park which was great for a morning run. Walked to breakfast spots and had great wine tastings. Wonderful stay

This home was clean and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was located close to downtown and a short drive to many wineries. Our favorite place to hang out was around the fire pit in the evenings. Loved it!

We loved our stay at the Brooks Street House! We were in town for a family reunion, and it was perfect for our family of four (the fifth couldn't make it but there would have been plenty of room for her, too). The home is beautifully appointed and has been tastefully remodeled to meet modern luxury standards but still retain the original late 19th century charm. The garden area in front is well landscaped, and the back patio area would have been a perfect place to sit and enjoy the fire pit if we had a little more time. We had some family members come back with us to play games after the reunion, and the dining table accommodated everyone beautifully. The only drawback is that it is situated on a somewhat busy street so there is some street noise, but it sits back a bit and has trees that help serve as a buffer. The hosts have thoughtfully provided earplugs for those who may have trouble sleeping, but we did not need them (and I am a light sleeper). Rich and Jade were very responsive when we had a couple of questions. Check in was a breeze. We definitely recommend, and would stay again!

The house was clean inside and out. We did not realize the house is near one of the main roads in and out of town. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and was a perfect place for us to get ready for a friend’s wedding at a nearby vineyard.

This was the perfect location to the main area of McMinnville. 10 minute walk to most everything and the house is nice and roomy!!

The property was very comfortable and well appointed. It was within walking distance to historic downtown McMinnville shops and restaurants, and a good location for visiting wineries in the upper Willamette valley. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice stay the house was very nice and comfortable. Great parking. The house is on a busy street so you do get some street noise but it quiets down at night.
We would definitely stay again

We stayed at this property in 2018, and again this past week. It has been meticulously maintained. We will return here on our next trip to the Willamette Valley.
It is in a great location for visiting wineries in Dundee, Amity and Newberg, to mention a few.
There are great restaurants and shopping nearby in McMinnville.
The patio area with a grill and a wonderful fire-pit was a great place to relax and reflect when we returned from a day of winery visits.
We would highly recommend this property!

Brooks House was perfect for our visit to McMinnville. The home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and equipped with just about anything you could need. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit, dinners around the table and coffee at the spacious kitchen island. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful home. Thank you Rich and Jade for sharing your home.

We do an annual wine trip each year and chose McMinnville this summer. The Brooks Street House was the perfect place to stay. Fabulous, well-stocked kitchen, three comfy bedrooms, and a super backyard for lounging after a day of wine tasting. Rich was a great host, and super quick to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very comfortable property. It is a very comfortable home with impressive remodeling. The downstairs bathroom does have a claw foot tub, which makes showering challenging, but the upstairs bathroom more than makes up for it! It was a short drive to the Linfield campus for the IPNC.
I would highly recommend this property!

We had the best experience in the Brooks House. Jade was fabulous as a property manager. We will definitely be back.

House was amazing. Very comfortable and a nice layout. Was a bit surprised by the location. At the end of a bridge under construction and on a very busy and noisy street. The neighbors cat kept us entertained. We are all cat people so he got pampered 😂

Location perfect for our wine tasting junkets throughout the valley. Great for walking into McMinnville for a meal and shopping. The home is well appointed with anything you need while away from home. Kitchen is fantastic! Loved the outdoor space for dining and hanging out by the fire pit with coffee in the a.m. and wine in the evening. The only negative is the busy road that runs adjacent to the property that is currently under construction. Imagine the additional construction noice will be relieved when the construction completes so definitely wouldn’t keep us from staying here again if we make a return trip to the area.

Our stay was wonderful - clean, comfortable and very convenient to downtown and the campus. We had everything we needed. Construction was present but not bothersome. Beautiful home and property.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. 10-15 min walk to downtown, 15 min drive to the wineries, absolutely great location! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, there was plenty of parking and the backyard/fire pit was such a fun spot. Would definitely stay again!

3 couples stayed at the house for the UFO fest weekend. The owners have lovingly restored this old farmhouse and have made it a very comfortable place to land. The backyard fireplace is secluded, and the kitchen and bathrooms are VERY well stocked with the "regular" S&P as well as spare toothbrushes, etc.

House was great. Lots of room in the kitchen and well stocked. House is old so anyone moving around upstairs will be heard down stairs.
Location is a short walk to downtown.

The Brooks St house is beautiful! The attention to detail in the decorating is impeccable. The kitchen is well stocked and stunning! We enjoyed the patio and firepit! Bonus is the sound system throughout the house and outdoors! The downside is the traffic and construction by the home.

This property was clean and the decor was lovely and inviting. Three very comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, two nice bathrooms made our stay delightful. We enjoyed the outdoor space with fire pit both in the mornings and evenings! The location of this property is convenient to downtown McMinville and to many wineries as well as a quick one hour drive to the coast!

We loved the house. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The front porch has rockers and the back patio is amazing. It is just a few blocks from the downtown restaurants, wineries and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, house, backyard patio and fire pit. Only 0.6 miles from downtown and centrally located in the heart of wine country. The owners have equipped the house with everything you need for an effortless and fun stay!

Far and away the nicest short-term rental my wife and I have experienced. Easily the best equipped kitchen, most comfortable bedrooms, and AC throughout the house, (important as our stay coincided with the temps in the mid nineties). The owners even supply toothbrushes and toothpaste for the forgetful.
The house really had more the feel of a B&B than a short term rental, and an easy walk to downtown.

This was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. Our friends loved it. My husband and I had been there before. We sat by the fire, played games made dinner twice. Very well equipped kitchen for people who like to cook, like us. Beds are comfy too. Great place highly recommend.

Close to downtown, numerous wineries. Beautiful home with nice outdoor forefoot and picnic table. Very enjoyable.

Our second year here and love the new back patio furniture. We spent a good deal of time there and on the front porch. The front porch is great. Unfortunately, bridge repair was going on. Traffic there is loud so windows can't be opened at night. Thanks for the ear plugs but our ears weren't sympatico with them! Also, I was a little concerned regarding the main floor bedroom windows which are painted shut. There was quite a bit of concern in our family group about the lack of egress from that room should it be necessary. Other than that, our stay was great. We had everything we needed. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds are comfortable. Thanks for providing such a nice place to stay while in McMinnville.

This is a beautifully renovated property with great proximity to wine tasting. You can walk to McMinnville where there are great restaurants and tasting rooms. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. The only downside is traffic noise and bridge construction starting early on weekdays. The host does supply ear plugs which we definitely needed. Noise is prominent in the 2nd floor rooms and less noticeable in the downstairs room.
Gorgeous garden and nearby park.

This house worked great for us while we were in the Williamette Valley wine tasting. The road out front had quite a bit of construction so it was louder than usual, but house was great, walking distance to downtown and nice outside patio. We'd stay again!
