Vielen Dank!

Location within easy walking distance of plaza.
Excellent breakfast.
Big, clean rooms.
We were lucky enough to get "upgraded" to the upper floor with easy access to tea and coffee making facilities.
Tours can be arranged by the owners. Don't miss the 4WD trip to Carbonera Valley with thousands of wax palm trees. Morning
Nothing!

Location was great. Christian was an excellent host; very knowledgeable and accommodating. He also cooks a mean breakfast.

Great location and amazing staff, super helpful. Beds are extremely comfortable, best way to recover after trekking plus jet lag!

There was plenty of parking outside. The breakfast was good with made to order eggs.
The place is massively overrated. It is not really a hotel, more like a house where they rent rooms. The staff is not always there. They give you a key to the front door and the room. Also the room locks are poorly installed and flimsy so any guest could easily get access to the other rooms.
The room didn't have much space, only a 60 cm / 2 feet space around the bed. There was no place to leave my suitcase without it being in the middle. My room was by the entrance and the kitchen / breakfast area, so there was a lot of noise starting at 7 AM that didn't let me sleep.
I decided to stay in this place because of the good reviews, but he price I paid doesn't justify the level of the hotel.

This place is awesome! Super friendly staff, if you're into yoga, be sure to inquire with the owner- great practice! The shower was my favorite part after the hard but beautiful hikes and the breakfast is DELISH on the patio. :) Thank you!
3.5
Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, fresh breakfast
Little hot water to shower, no WiFi in the room, had issues to get in touch with the owner outside of check-in
4.5
Great location with an easy walk down to the centre and main shopping /restaurant street.
Breakfast was delicious: fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast ,coffee/tea.
nothing, but would recommend getting some softer pillows.
4.5
Charming house in a quiet street within walking distance to the center, you can find some lovely coffee farms (e.g. Momota, don eduardo) just at the end of the road. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The rooms have just been renovated so everthing was perfect, shiny and new :) the breakfast was also very good… I can highly recommend this place!

Good breakfast! Great staff.
The street is quiet, but if your room is downstairs on the street front, you can hear every passerby talking clearly out the open window. It can be muggy so the fresh air of the open window is needed.
We are light sleepers, so it woke us up if a truck or motorcycle went by.

lovely place, the room is very spacious and we even had a bath. hot water all day long long, was clean and served simple good breakfast.

Located on the edge of town in a quiet location but short walk to the centre. Big bed, nice room, only place we’ve been in Colombia where we’ve had hot water in the wash basin. Good breakfast with yoghurt - and brown bread! Simon was very friendly and helpful.
Minor points but pillows very flat. Could have done with one more or plumper pilllows. Light in the room was very dim, 2 of the ceiling lights weren’t working

A place to come back to.
Location that balance quick walk to the center and quiet place with the family.
They (Simon) were there for any question and need, and helped making us feel like home

cute little townhouse with 3 bedrooms where you can meet lovely people. breakfast was very good, just what you need to fuel your day. rooms were very clean, and the staff was wonderful!
maybe just some fluffier pillows would be nice
2.5
the property had a great location
There was no privacy in the rooms, very small rooms and bathroom had mold and humidity issues. there was no washer or dryer. Rooms are adjacent to the dining area, no privacy.
3.5
good location, good service
no air conditioning, so the humidity made everything moist
mattress was 2” thick, like sleeping on a board

Located in the quiet part of town, short walking distance from downtown. The top floor setup was perfect for our family of 5 with two independent spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living/dining/kitchen area where we played games at night.
Our experience was better thanks to Cristina the host and Nayeli the cook. They were very kind and warm with us. Cristina helped us with our our transportation arrangements and it worked out great, always on the clock. Thank you Cristina… hope to be back soon!

Very friendly staff, assisted us with getting to Cocora Valley, know nice restaurants and can help with anything you may need! Breakfast was very good, with local juices and a choice of toasts and granolas and eggs! Will definitely stay again!
Depending on your liking, but for us the beds were a bit hard, as we are used to soft beds, but that is all depending on your personal preference!

Amazing, beautiful place with perfect amount of space for 4. The 2 bathrooms and the living room space was very convenient after long day trips. Cristina was also extremely helpful and accommodating for our extremely late arrival, thank you so much! It was also a quick walk to the town center and breakfast was very convenient.

Great location on the edge of town (5 minutes walk to the city center), so very silent to have a good night sleep. Breakfast is simple but very good.
Personnel is very helpful and will tell you all of the good places to visit.
Also nice hot water from the shower.

La Caracola is just 5 minutes by walk from the city center, the amenities are new yet they look classic and stylish and everything was perfectly clean. Alan and Juliana took great care of us and were very helpful whenever we needed, they even gave us a ride when our last bus to Salento had left. The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended.
