NEIGHBORHOOD:
The neighborhood is both safe and inviting. Homes and yards are very well maintained. The majority of the houses in the area were built before the 1950s. They’re quaint cottages and bungalows full of charm and character. Neighbors are frequently out walking their dogs and strolling through the neighborhood. Homes in this area are only on the market for days as this area is so popular due to it’s central, midtown location, and neighborhood appeal.
There is so much to do in this area, especially with Expo Square/Tulsa Fairgrounds being two blocks away. Utica Square, an upscale shopping and dining area, is less than 2 miles away (with a 24-hour Walgreens). There are so many restaurants and places to shop within a few miles. Please see our Welcome Book for all of the best, local hotspots and maps.

Home was clean and comfortable.
Very close to the fairgrounds which was important to us. We really enjoyed the property and didn’t want to leave!

My husband and I are native Tulsans who moved away decades ago, but still have family and friends there. This rental was a perfect place for us to have a "staycation." Everything was so comfortable, clean, organized. It really did feel like being at home. As we get back to Tulsa regularly, we'll always check on the availability of this property before we consider anywhere else.

The coziness and character of an older home with today’s conveniences. House was comfortable and well-equipped. I think this is the first rental that I didn’t have to wash towels or buy paper towels or toilet paper during our stay! Host was easy to contact and replied promptly. The security system added peace of mind, but the neighborhood was nice. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

My family of 4 enjoyed our 4 nights at this cozy and quaint cottage. For an old house, it is well-maintained and well managed. The owner cares a lot about every single detail, which we found impressive. She made cookies for us (what a warm welcome!) and her kitchen is well stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar and many other things. It is very well centrally located in Tulsa, so we were able to get just about everywhere in less than 30 minutes.

Such a charming property and we really enjoyed the personal touches offered by the owner. This property had coffee, dish soap, shampoo and an abundance of towels. These little things make a difference when you're traveling. Comfortable beds as well!

We loved the house and hostess. We would absolutely stay here again! There were 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space inside and we loved the backyard. It was in such a cute neighborhood and convenient location in town. The decorations were so cute. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Comfortable beds, super soft towels, and even homemade cookies. We loved the binder with info and used it to choose a place for dinner (Dilley Diner is delicious!). Also enjoyed the board games, corn hole, and basketball. Great getaway spot in a comfortable home in a convenient location.

This house felt just like a home. We have stayed in properties all around the world and this was the easiest and most comfortable. We did a great deal of cooking and everything we needed was there. The bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable. The decor was fun and so tasteful. The yard was lovely - including the side patio. And the neighborhood was lovely for evening walks. So convenient to everything in Tulsa. Thank you Natalie!

Natalie was so amazing to communicate with. The house and decor is so very beautiful. Natalie’s homemade cookies are yummy. Lots of games to play, we enjoyed monopoly. There were plenty of fluffy towels to use. We loved her kitchen, had everything we needed. Beds are sooo comfortable, soft bedding slept so well here. It’s a very quiet neighborhood everything you want to do in Tulsa is a very close drive from here. This was our first visit to Tulsa and she has a guidebook there with lots of helpful information on places to go and see. This is your home away from home in Tulsa. Thanks again Natalie for sharing your amazing home!! We hope to come back again!

We could not have asked for a better experience. This home was clean, cozy, and well appointed. The Christmas decorations and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies added a special touch. This home will definitely be our “go to” accommodation while attending events at the Tulsa Expo Center.
