You won't believe how beautiful this unit is with all new wood look tile, granite and a lovely cultured marble tub, tiled kitchen and bath. All work completed 2/2017. This is a home away from home with direct ocean views and a modern renovation. The unit has all new sofas, chairs, and a dining table. We are local and there to help with all your vacation needs. This is a home, not a sterile hotel room!

Had an amazing view! Beautiful Condo with just about everything you would need And then some. For me the only thing that was hard and that’s not on anyone but me for Not thinking and asking more questions is that I could not fit my wheelchair through the bathroom door. Family, Was there to help get me through the door? I would definitely stay there again. Kim The owner was amazing

This place was small but cute! When we arrived, there was a welcome gift and some necessities already in the fridge! The views of the ocean were amazing! The convenience of the location and the amenities on the property made it the perfect get-away! I would not hesitate to book again! Thank you for being fantastic host!

We came and had one night only at this wonderful place and wish we’ve stayed here a week. Had everything we needed chairs, boogie boards, nice beach all the beach things you would highly recommend it and we hope to come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The decor of the condo had a very nice touch. The furniture was very comfortable. The 11th floor balcony view was very nice. The central location was very easy to reach various shopping and entertainment venues. The Beach chairs were very nice and towels were provided. Our one minor issue was the sliding door being heavy to open and close. Did contact property manager and she was very prompt in responding. We would definitely recommend the property. Great location; we were incorrectly directed to the wring tower however. One inside, we loved how the property was decorated. The refrigerator had not been cleaned from the last renter so we were unable to use it as it was visibly very dirty. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. There were some structural concerns with the property as we noticed many cracks in the walls and plaster chipped in different places.

This property was exceptional! The proximity to the beach and the views of the ocean were incredible. The gorgeous balcony and the two big windows that looked down the beach really add to the light in the condo and the views. We loved our time here and were delighted when the dolphins went by. Kim was very responsive when we had a question and check in and out was easy. Parking was very convenient. The reclining chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The unit was well equipped and had everything that we could need. We can’t wait to return!

My friend and I really enjoyed our December stay at Palm Escapes. The 11th floor, oceanside condo was comfortable, well equipped for cooking and quiet. The ample parking garage was right across the street. Our hostess, Kim, responded quickly to questions, and the arrival letter was very informative. Despite the cool weather we enjoyed walks on the beach, but the most memorable was sunrise each day!! The colors were amazing! We would consider this location next year.

This property has a great view and is just a football field walk to the ocean. It has a boardwalk that leads you right there! The room is decorated super cute and makes you feel at home, plus the beds are comfortable. Will stay here again!

This property has an excellent view with two sea-facing windows in addition to the balcony. We appreciate the instruction about parking in the welcome email, it made our life easier. We enjoyed our stay. We did not bother the host about the dirty kitchen range because we were busy enjoying the view; but this place could use a deep-cleaning.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was our first time in Myrtle Beach and being right on the water with the view from the balcony was amazing. This place had everything you needed and more. It was a bummer that the pool was closed during our stay, but we enjoyed the hot tub and the beach.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this property. Communication with the host was very clear regarding the property. The unit was updated and cared for well. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed the morning views from the balcony and even saw some dolphins! I liked that the building and unit and lock codes to enter instead of a key card.

Communicate was great previous to the stay and there were no issues during the stay that required communication. The condo is exactly as described. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Right on the beach looking straight on to the ocean. The balcony is also very good sized, especially compared to others in the area that are quite small. It is clear the owners want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay, as they provide nice towels, kitchen is appointed nicely and beach towels & beach accessories are available for your use. The owners left a handwritten note & welcome gift, a lovely personal touch. We would recommend this property.
