It was a great location and spot.

Loud cat next door I imagine, almost seemed like it was trapped in the wall. Hammering type noise from above on Saturday into Sunday morning. Wasnt aware of the 40.00 parking fee, which I was a little bummed with since we arrived late on Thursday and had no one to get the pass from. Car was on the tow truck at 9am but was able to stop him.

Great views and convenience in a comfortable condo on the beach!

Location couldn’t be better, with easy access to both Flagler Ave and the beach, as well as gorgeous ocean views from floor to ceiling windows and the balcony. The kitchen has anything you need, including an ice machine and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have full baths attached, which is very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

If you want a place that looks like a goodwill showroom this is it! Pictures are better than actual home.

The location

Didn’t care for the unstable coffee table, lack of towels, moldy/mildew shower curtain, the light switch didn’t work well, the keypad was a totally irritating as it had to go through a clearing process every time before you could enter with a 10 digit code!!! That’s insane and I have a keypad at my house so it’s not user error….the keypad alone nearly ruined our stay at the specific unit. Will never stay here again. Everything was outdated and looked like it came from goodwill. The wooden towel bar was black from mold or mildew. There was no proper nightstands (just folding tables with ugly lamps) and truly no place to set luggage on the side of bed closest to to cabinet holding extra linens. It was just ok and definitely not up to my standards for a place I’d give a higher rating for. Definitely didn’t like the couch covers since they didn’t stay in place with normal use.

Very good

We always try to stay at the Oceania when we come to NSB. Great spot and love the condos and walk right out to the beach. It was clean and stocked with essentials.

The master bedroom bed was okay somewhat bouncy but clean.

I think I did. I would not recommend this unit to anyone unless it gets a lot of repairs.

It was the incorrect unit. the one we got was meant for two couples. It was dirty and in disrepair. For a unit that was meant for two couples, we got three chairs on the balcony. The queen mattress was old lumpy and con-caved. Coffee pot was broken but at least that was replaced. Too many other things to list.

Totally Relaxing and Refreshing !

We really liked the location and the view. Everyone was polite and respectful of our privacy. Restaurants and Shopping was all close. One of the Best parts was how Nice and Quiet and Loved how the town seem to shut down early in the evening.

Nothing we could possibly think of to be unsatisfactory !

Not a dislike just a note that our bedroom door hinge was broken, and door couldn't close. Not a big deal.

Good property spoilt by major issues

Good location and reasonable apartment with balcony overlooking the beach

Bedroom & lounge flooded when it rained Bed linen dirty Charged $50 for free parking Management of condominium totally disinterested Agency difficult to deal with. Kept issuing same platitudes without doing anything to resolve the problems

Very good

the location for the price was great. Was exactly as described and pictured. Overall comfortable and so convenient. Would most likely recommend to others. There were a LOT of fees added on but I saw those before I booked and it was still reasonable for what I got.

My only real complaint was the temperature.. really more the lack of air circulation. Was very hot sleeping especially since we couldn't turn temp down past 73.. As much as I loved the property and thought the price was fair, that might be a deal breaker. Even just ceiling fans in the bedrooms for sleeping would've made a big difference, or a fan in the bedroom corner or mounted to a wall.

$300 Service fees. but I got no services. and booking.com did all the booking. total of $900 in fees, that makes this property quite expensive.

Great location, easy beach access

Non upgraded kitchen, rusty hinges in bathrooms, tv turns off every time you try to turn the volume up or down- then won't turn back on for at least 3-4 minutes

I rent 6-8 times a year and this was, by far, the worst place I have ever stayed.

The beach was beautiful.

Wrong key code. Couldn't get in. Everything old, tired, and dirty. Smelled like an ashtray and the clothes I hung up still smell a week later. Rude, rude staff. Towels like the ones I keep in the garage to wash my car. Had to wash everything in the kitchen before using. No coffee? Not even a welcome packet? And finally - a list of check out duties including dishes, laundry, and trash. After paying a cleaning fee? Ridiculous.

Very nice, and felt safe and comfortable in this location.

Great Location, and Accommodations. Unit was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Location was in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Parking was limited to one vehicle, which is understandable but not convenient for our two party stay.

Needed a fan in bedroom. The fan did not work. Also, the shower head could have flowed better.
