Very happy with our stay.

We had a nice vacation. Felt the basement could have been utilized more with maybe another pull out sofa. Kitchen well equipped but needs some maintenance as cabinetry is aging. Backyard smaller than it appears on site. This home is right off major highway intersection, so walking very accessible to other destinations. Would not recommend this home for small children do to highway and house sits right on corner where cars turn in.

This house was perfect for our group of 16. The downstairs is amazing… so big and open. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and a short Uber ride to bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a big group.

This house was perfect for a big group of ladies! Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. Location was perfect. Would definitely recommend to other big groups!

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, house was very clean, and plenty of space. Only downfall was the Wifi was not super strong but other than that everything was great!

The house was clean and well designed to optimize space. The number and size of beds was just right for me and my wife and our 3 children and their spouses as well as our six grandchildren (aged 9-18). Although location is very close to the Coastal Highway there was no disturbing noise.
There were some problems. The house has 3 levels and bedrooms on all 3-despite the layout, there is only one zone of air conditioning controlled by a single thermostat located on the 1st floor. The result of this is that the 2nd floor rooms are hot when the first floor is chilly and the lower level (basement) is icy. The other problems are easier to fix. There is a remarkable lack of comfortable seating: the numerous dining room chairs have seats replaced by wooden planks that I could tolerate for a limited time. The living room is dominated by sectional leather sofa that looks comfortable but made to fit giants. The bedrooms are lacking lighting (2 night tables but only one lamp in the room) and a chair in the bedroom is usual. A mirror and adequate towel racks should be provided.
The staff at ReMax were excellent and were a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive and followed up on all problems.

We absolutely loved the location of this beach house!! The bedroom selection was great overall…teens were able to hang in the lowest level and plenty of room for the rest of the family upstairs. Loved having the several different living areas. Beautiful and spacious kitchen and loved the king dining table to dinners and games in the evening. Linen delivery was seamless as well. Small details like having hooks on doors to hang wet bathing suits or towels would be great but overall we loved this property and will definitely be hoping to book again next year!!

Great house. Everyone loved it. Thank you!

Really roomy home. We enjoyed having the backyard and deck areas. Easy to get to downtown Rehoboth and Dewey.

Incredible, clean, beautiful home that was PERFECT for a bachelorette weekend. Plenty of space, lots of comfortable beds & bathroom configurations, easy communication with booking agent, and fantastic location - walkable to town & beach. One thing to note is that the house lacks scissors, good cutting knives for cooking & does not come with linens, cleaning supplies, TP/paper towel, etc. Otherwise, highly recommend!

We had some hiccups ins the initial property as there was a gas leak, but they acted quickly to ensure we had alternative plans and set us up next door. The communication was A+.

My friends and I had a girls weekend recently in this property and we were blown away at how accommodating this house was for all 13 of us to stay in comfortably! The decor was beautiful, the kitchen table was massive for us all to sit around, and the location was perfect for all we had planned. Highly recommend!

This property was spacious and ideal for large parties…however, the property had a very pungent odor that was hard to ignore, especially in the basement. Also, it was quite a long walk to get to the beach. A couple of the showers had not been cleaned as well.

The house was very nice, new, clean and spacious! We were 4 families with 6 kids and we had planty of space! The only downside was the basement. It was also very clean, but there was a slight smell lingering around. There were air fresheners everywhere, that probably helped a bit, but we still didn't use the playroom and bedroom downstairs. Overall great house! Location is convenient as it's right off rt.1

Plenty of space to accommodate our large group for our annual NYE trip. Location is good and we enjoyed a nice walk to the beach on an uncharacteristically warm new year's day.

The house is in a great location to everything. The overall size of the house was perfect. My only issue would be the basement has a strange smell. It almost seems like the sewer lines are messed up.

The house was great in terms of space, cleanliness, furniture and freshness. Perfect for 3 generations of 11.
Location was not ideal in that not really walking distance to beach area except for the young adults. Young kids and grandparents did not want to do the walk, especially with the inevitable beach chairs and other gear one needs to take.
The reviews of the property mentioned there was 1 parking permit, but there was none and several communications with realtor proved fruitless. No contact with owner was possible. A permit would have enabled us to park on the streets near the beach.
Only other negative was no beach chairs or other equipment or bikes were provided as has been our experience with prior rentals.
So bring your own beach equipment, bikes and parking equipment and this house is perfect for large multi-generational families .

I understood that linens were not included and had to be added on. However, I was not aware that no toiletries/toilet paper/paper towels were included. Also, the basement has a bit of a musky bad smell. None of these impacted our experience too much, so overall it was a good stay.

This house had plenty of space and bathrooms for all 14 of our friends. The location is great as it sits between Dewey & Rehoboth and if you don’t mind walking 20min you can walk to a variety of different activities! Our only concern was the parking — a neighbor came and told us they would tow our cars, even though we were parked where Remax recommended. We did not end up getting towed, but Remax didn’t seem to have a solution in the case that we would.
4.6
Huge place with lots of beds. Just make sure you carpool because the parking options are slim outside the driveway! Close enough to walk or bike to the beach, and the surrounding neighborhood is cute. Deceivingly spacious back yard, which was a nice surprise.
The booking process was a little annoying, having to go through both Re/max and VRBO. Also the address on VRBO did not match the rental agreement address, so just double check your information and cross-reference the re/max site if you're confused.

Started off a little rocky when a shelf in the kitchen collapsed sending glassware crashing and shattering across the kitchen. Re/Max responded relatively quickly to unlock the closet with the vacuum, but we had swept up most of the glass by that point. Also had a gas-like odor in the basement that are/max told us came from the downstairs bathroom not being used in awhile. After running the sink and shower for hours it disappeared enough that we could use the family room down there but I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep in the downstairs bedroom that first night. Other than those 2 things the house was great. Well furnished, spacious, and great access to Route 1. The walk to the beach was far for our little kids and elderly though. Overall I would come back.

Beautiful house with a convenient location between both rehobeth and Dewey beach. Walk to beach was a bit longer than we expected. Very doable just makes it more difficult with kids.

Perfect for a large family
This house is very open so it is perfect for a larger group of people. About a 20 min walk to either the beach or downtown Dewey. Owners were extremely responsive. We will be back!

Family time at the beach
The house was nice. Everything went smoothly. It was unfortunately stretching it a bit when it mentioned walking to the beach. Perhaps it could have been clarified for distance and walking in the streets. Young ones could walk to the beach, but not me.

The house was great! Great location, very clean and beautiful home. The only problem we had was the air conditioning didn’t work when we arrived and it was very hot and humid and it was difficult to get someone out to the house but that was due to remax not the owner

Three families held our annual get-together at Dodds Addition. The house is beautiful, and it had plenty of bedrooms. We could easily ride bikes to the Boardwalk or Gordon’s Pond and then enjoy dinner together at the large dining room table. We also were a very close drive to stores and restaurants. The yard is small, but the kids could play in the driveway (when the adults weren’t occupying it for makeshift pickleball!). We will be back.
