We were nicely surprised at the quality of the retreat. It was in a great location along side a flowing creek. What we really appreciated was the promptness of communication and kindness from the host. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our family enjoyed our stay here while visiting RMNP. Great location to the park and town of Estes Park. Lovely spot on the river and owners provided lots of extras to make for a great stay!

Perfect week in Estes. House is great location.

Great property, close to downtown. Lots of little toys and games for the kiddo too.

Stayed here with my husband and 17-year-old son The house was very cozy and offered lots of space to relax both separately and together. Beds and furniture are very comfortable and the house has all the amenities you’d want, plus more. Downtown is about a quarter-mile walk away so we never had to battle with parking downtown. The only negative thing is the proximity of the house to the highway, which can be pretty loud during peak hours. Mornings and evenings are quiet, though, making it easy to enjoy the sound of the stream in the backyard. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and agreed that the house was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic. Ladies took full advantage of the adjacent Spa. Close to town and event. Overall, delightful vacation.

will book again for sure.

We were in town for a wedding and really busy with those activities so it was so nice to return to such a peaceful home. It was stocked with more than we could have asked for (coffee, tea and syrups, plenty of towels, bathroom amenities), very comfortable bed and very clean. We had several wild life visitors right outside as well! I loved the little touches and really appreciated the calming bubble bath recipe. I didn’t have a chance to try the spa this time but this lovely home is definitely due for a return visit.

On our trip was husband (40s), daughter (teen), MIL (70s), and me (30s). When we checked in, Ravit was there to greet us and show us around! It was extremely clean and came with so many amenities - games, books, multiple TVs, information about the local area, maps of hikes and hike information, a two-person hammock (and boy did we use it!!), copious outdoor seating near the river, ice trays (so many places don't supply ice trays!), and, my very favorite, a fan in each room for white noise.
The beds & pillows were very comfortable, and we took advantage of both the deck and the lower-level outdoor seating area. Shower pressure was great, and everything you could want for a nice shower or bath was supplied. There was even air freshener in the bathroom! The courtyard is also a great hideout when the elk pass through so you can get good pictures but stay at a safe distance. And we did see elk pass through! A big bull came right by chasing two does.
The house is situated right next to the highway to Beaver Meadows entrance, so the street is busy. But you couldn't hear any outside traffic noise from the inside.
Here's what I wish I had known:
The house is two floors (one bath upstairs, no bath downstairs) with a big staircase. My MIL has mobility issues, so she took the primary, but the bed was a bit high for her with her issues, and the stairs were difficult. It wasn't the most accessible. If it was just us three, it would have been perfect.
Will stay again! TRY THE SPA!

Property was nice and clean. Easy to get in and out. One recommendation to owners would be to have some blankets in the living room area. Fireplace was not working and it got chilly in the evenings. Would have been nice to have some blankets around.

We had a great stay at Ravit's place by the river. We stayed 4 nights, and the house was very clean and had everything we needed, as well as being located close to everything downtown. In the evening deer came down the hill to drink out of the river and were great to watch.

We spent five nights here with our two grandaughters and enjoyed it immensely. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but an easy drive there and to other attractions when we wanted. The girls are under 10 and Estes Fun City was a short walk so in high demand from these two. The only downside we experienced is the traffic noise from Hwy 34 made it so we didn't feel much like sitting out on the deck or patio. I don't count this against the property as about everything in Estes is close to busy roads in summer. Wish I'd brought my fly fishing gear as the river in the back yard is open for fishing! Overall a great stay and easy to work with the owners.

Came to Estes for a larger family reunion, this was a great place to retreat to after hiking in RMNP and other family events. Loved listening to the water flow by at night while enjoying the deck or porch. Kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't use it much after breakfast as we were out and about enjoying the town which was an easy walk away. Bedrooms were comfortable, the shared bathroom was also appointed nicely, even with spa tips!

I can't say enough about how much I and my extended family enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen actually had things that worked and you could use. The cupboards were as well stocked as any VRBO I've stayed at. And the cherry on top was the on-site spa. I gifted one of my sons a massage and the staff was wonderful.
And as a side note - I'm a HUGE Big Lebowski fan. My young cousin was trying to get a kids movie playing downstairs and couldn't figure out the DVD player and eject the disc that was in it. I was wearing a favorite shirt depicting an iconic scene from the movie. I pushed a button and that very scene on my shirt began playing. This Dude was meant to stay here, abiding...

Location was a short 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Estes Park, and even closer to restaurants/breweries.
The owners thought of everything from fans, to coolers, coffee, and tylenol.
Backs up to a rolling stream. Some road noise l, but the stream blocks most of it out.
Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Just loved staying in this darling cottage!! They made it all so easy to get in and it was super private. It was also very clean and adorable. It is just a magical little place.

My sisters & I enjoyed our stay; everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable. The entire home is tastefully decorated & the location is quiet & peaceful.
We look forward to a return stay later this summer.

nice place, very clean, quiet during our stay, interesting hand-crafted decor and older period furniture, comfortable beds, good attention to extras for convenience and outdoor fun, well-stocked kitchen. Typical sleeper sofa was not so good for adult , but 3 queen+ beds were fine for remaining 3 pairs of adults. Easy drive to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mtn National Park.

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised, very clean, and close to downtown.
However, there were some parking issues where we were blocked with other vehicles, or access was blocked. The fireplace was amazingly effective and kept us toasty the entire time.
With all of us over the age of 60, it would have been helpful to have a half bath downstairs. As a stage 4 cancer patient with limited mobility, the frequent trips up the stairs during the night to the bathroom were scary.
All the necessary items for a great stay were plentiful, and we didn't have to make trips to the store, which was a huge plus..
We would stay again as we had a marvelous time.

We had a wonderful time staying in Estes! The house was beautiful, clean, and well kept. There was enough room for all 7 of us in our group to spread out without intruding on each other's space. The location has super easy access to downtown shopping and a lovely view of the river. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property seemed too good to be true, but it was just as advertised! We enjoyed our stay very much and enjoyed our chat with the hosts Ravit and Monte. When we struggled with getting the temperate just right, they popped right in to fix it. My son fell in love with the hammock by the river and spent as much time in it as he could. We would gladly stay here again.
4.8
That is the easiest way to explain this place. It is beautiful, peaceful and of the highest quality. Beautiful artwork throughout the home and everything you may need is available, making it truly feel like a home away from home. The proximity to downtown Estes Park makes it the perfect location. If we are ever back in Estes Park we will for sure stay here.

The property was clean, well stocked, beds very comfortable and location was unbeatable. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furnishings. Will be coming back!

Beautifully decorated and updated home along the Big Thompson River in just outside of Estes Park. The amenities were fairly luxurious and it was very well equipped with lots of extra household goods. The home is set up to be a wellness retreat and is attached to a spa. Highly recommend this awesome home! Beautiful yard with plenty of relaxing areas near the river. Be aware that the home only has one bathroom, so any one who stays in the downstairs bedroom will have to trek up a steep staircase to the bathroom even if it’s the middle of the night.

We enjoyed our two-night stay in Estes Park. Communication was great and we were even allowed to check in early. You will love this property. Tons of bathroom pampering amenities. It's attached to a spa which smelled wonderful lol. They provide tons of extras - hiking gear, baby supplies, fans, much more. Only 1 bathroom but it was large. We ate on the deck overlooking the river. So relaxing and peaceful. It's located close to really everything. I couldn't recommend this listing any higher. It was terrific.
4.8
We liked the proximity to Downtown Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointing thing was we purchased meat to grill on the deck, but the propane tank on the grill was empty. Otherwise, the property was clean and comfortable.

Adventure in Estes Park
We had a wonderful couple of days in Estes Park. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. The only drawback was that it backs up to the main road going into Rocky Mountain national park, so during busy times of the day you couldn’t hear the river. Overall though I would recommend it for anyone that is active and on the go while you are in Estes park. If you are looking for something more secluded, this may not be for you.

Great location and property close to the Main Street of Estes.

Great place for walking into town
Very clean and great accommodations. Two things we weren't prepared for, back yard is pretty close to the highway with quite a few cars driving by. Second, we had to share the back yard with the spa guests. Not a deal breaker, just not totally private.

Very nice gem in the heart of Estes Park
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would for sure consider staying again when we return to Estes Park if it's available! The location is fantastic, a 10-20 minute walk to the shops in downtown Estes means don't have to worry about parking there (if you've not been there before... that's a *huge* bonus). The drive to RMNP entrance was 7 minutes. Location is very quiet. At night the street across the stream in the backyard isn't busy at all. There was no issues with the spa attached to the house. Don't worry about seeing people on your way in and out. Like... 1 or 2 people come at a time from what we saw and you can't hear anything from the house, which other than one of the bedrooms and lower patio is all upstairs. Never once caused us to have to park anywhere but one of the 4 driveway spots. Now if you're bringing multiple cars, then maybe one would end up having to park on the cul-de-sac during business hours. Another reviewer mentioned the dog boarding place being noisy, but we never heard the puppies from inside the house and outside it was no different than hearing like a neighbor's dog down the street. The host was very nice, we met her a couple times dropping items off for the spa. WiFi was good enough for us to stream our shows and for you fellow gamers out there bringing your gaming laptops, I was able to play a few online games. But you probably couldn't stream & play simultaneously. You're in the mountains though so that's expected. Kitchen had everything you'd need and the gas grill on the deck was super convenient. We ate all our meals at the house except for one dinner out during our week stay. Oh and another bonus... just a quick walk to an adventure park for those of you that like doing ropes courses!
I would say our ONLY suggestion/comment was maybe some blackout curtains or at least some shades in the bedroom. If you're planning to sleep in late... once daytime hits the master bedrooms is lit up. Privacy wise though it was not an issue.
Overall absolutely worth the stay. Very comfortable and cozy place to stay during your adventure to the Rockies!
