Lots of space and close to the lake, vineyards and Naples.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The property is beautiful. My 2 small dogs roamed the very large property including the 3 ponds. We even fished in one of the ponds from the pier. The location was perfect. 6 mins from a launch for your boat or kayak. Also a short drive to restaurants, winieries and breweries. The host was very responsive prior to our trip and gave suggestions on what to do. Hope to return soon.

Thought I was renting a house to stay at. Turned out to be a house to stay at, with a beautiful, large private park in the backyard. Met Flame, a very friendly golden that played with our dog.

We enjoyed our stay in the Naples area! Beautiful village with many excellent restaurants and wineries. The property was clean and easily assembled. The property was decorative with beautiful antiques. Recommendations: new couch for sure and need places for 6 people to sit and enjoy. Cluttered with to many other furniture pieces and decorative decore.

The outdoor spaces are amazing... lots of land to explore and so pretty! Ponds, grape vines, rolling hills, wildflowers. Also an incredible patio with picnic table, adirondack chairs, and firepit!
Inside space is cozy. Only suggestions i have would be updated mattresses and a light source out on the patio for security at night.

We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend! We had lots of land and four ponds. We would walk around and enjoy the scenery. The house itself was amazing and just what we were looking for! Spacious and clean. There are plenty of appliances and items for cooking. They had seasonings etc. We cooked dinner there a few nights and had everything we needed to make our dinner. The owner was very good about getting back with us when we had questions. It is amazing. About 20 minutes from Canandaigua Lake, close to Wegmans and Walmart and other stores.
I would highly recommend this place

The expansive outdoor portion of the property, especially the back patio with the fire pit, makes this a 5-star stay. The actual house is clean and cozy, though well-lived in. The main bedroom is nice, but the pull-out couch is worn out. This is a good spot for a couple, or a couple with kids who can sleep in the twin bunk beds. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and the kitchen has al the amenities you could hope for, and then some (we loved the coffee selection!). Overall, a nice place to stay, especially during warmer months when you can enjoy the outside.

The entire experience was terrific. The property highlights were the double patio areas that could seat at least 12 complete with a Hot Shot fire pit, a real nice propane grill, plenty of acres to walk about. Access to the lake was basically a 5 minute drive to the boat launch that also has Kayak launch attached. If you like wine there are plenty of wine tasting spots to visit. Overall super and the property contact is great.

We had a nice stay at this location. This is our second stay here. The place is VERY clean, which is important to us. Communicating with owner was easy and you can tell she cared. The location is set off the beaten path but very close to the ski resort we were visiting (Bristol). There were lots of towels and extra bedding and pillows. WiFi and cable worked well. No complaints. If I had to make a suggestion: a sign or address that points you to the entrance /door you're supposed to go in would be helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great little guest house on a beautiful private property. The outside area had a great place to eat and relax by a fire. We went on the paddleboat on one of the ponds and enjoyed eating grapes off the vine.

Gorgeous views
The home was very warm and welcoming, felt like home as soon as we opened the door :) The property was absolutely gorgeous! Loved sitting out back by the fire pit and enjoying the views of property and wild life.
Carolyn was also great in keeping in communication with us. She was a pleasure chatting with and friendly in her conversation. We had a super good time exploring the land.

Would have been 5 stars if ceiling had not leaked and if we had received an apology.
Very quiet, peaceful location. A fresh grape pie awaited our arrival. However, on our last night, the ceiling in the third bedroom began leaking profusely through the smoke detector. My son was sleeping in that room. He woke me up around 1:30 AM to inform me of the leak and that some of his clothes had gotten wet. We scurried to find a bucket to capture the rainwater--it was a major leak with water pouring out of it. He had to sleep on the couch for the rest of the night because the bed in the third bedroom was wet with rainwater. The next morning I informed the property manager. She did not apologize for our inconvenience nor did she offer a refund.

Beautiful relaxing long weekend
The guesthouse was very clean and inviting! We were pleased to be able to bring our 2 senior dogs. We all enjoyed the picturesque yard with three beautiful ponds and enjoyed each other's company around the fire in the patio in the evening. Everything was well taken care of and exceeded our expectations. Our questions were quickly answered by the helpful owner Carolyn. We did have a neighbor dog visit once, a very friendly dog. Our entire family had a wonderful time and teens enjoyed the paddle boat.

Idyllic setting, peaceful break
The property is in the most beautiful undulating grounds. We spent a lot of time outside, on the terrace, wandering around the garden. Inside the property is really well kept, bright and cheerful: The listing photos dont really do it justice.

Amazing and Peaceful
This location is so amazing and peaceful. We loved walking around the grounds with our dogs and taking in all of the fall scenery! The house is large enough for everyone to have some quiet time and the kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to cook for yourself. The back porch is a wonderful pace to relax and spend time with the family. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Beautiful property
The property is very beautiful. We loved walking our dogs around the ponds and up the hill for a great view of the lake and surrounding hills. The house was clean and well stocked. Our only complaint would be that the bunk beds were uncomfortable to sleep on and the couch could use an update.

Hidden gem
We had a great relaxing stay, my husband and son fished most of the time there and caught tons of fish. My son saw a buck while he was fishing and said it was the biggest one he ever saw. Great place to let your dog play, wished I brought mine. Met the neighbor and their dog, very nice and cute puppy. Thanks for a relaxing week and quality time with kids.
